    I went in for a quick bite to eat while running errands. The young man at the register also made my Philly. Sir I must say thank you, thank you and thank you. This was the best sandwich I have received from the firehouse subs company. I will be back just for your services.

    The last time I ate here they didn't quite have it together, training new staff while the current staff already working look confused on how to prepare orders. Asked for no mayo got mayo on the sub anyway, asked for my sub cold and got it hot🤔

    Sandwiches are ALWAYS on point. I get the large italian with extra dressing and onions everytime and they never fail. Good service and delicious everytime i drop by. 2 thumbs up!

    Like to give a big shout out to Christine for being such a friendly, outgoing employee She made sure my order was just right and even though the website said they didn’t have the meatball sub she made sure we got one. Thank you Christine.

    Went to come get food a couple months ago. Store Was closed and only taking online orders because they didn't have staff. Went a month ago and staff was back but took forever to get subs because all the staff was just talking and not working and were moving slow. Went today to get a sub and once again closed for you not online orders due to no staff... Think corporate needs to investigate or take control at this point

    they force you to donate if you say no. cancelled my entire order, to re-do it & guilt trip me into rounding up/ donating. very unprofessional & won’t subject myself to it again.

    They are hounding you for a donation before you even order. Then at the end, you can hardly tell what they’re asking. It sounds like they’re asking you if you’ve completed your order, but then you realize they’re asking you for another donation, which you’ve now inadvertently agreed to. Also, all the hot sauces are just gone. Never coming here again.

    Visited twice this past week. My daughter and I went, ordered 3 subs, we were the only customers at that time. About 10 minutes later, we hear "excuse me, we don't have any white bread just wheat ". On another 5 minutes one of the employees came to the table and stated "we ran out of bacon on the last sub". Finally after about 20 minutes we get our food and head home. Our subs were so heavily soaked in condiments we had to eat them with a fork. Tried again this weekend, again the only customers in the restaurant ordered 2 subs. Took about 25 minutes to get our order this time we had to search to find the meat. Don't think we'll order from this location a third time.

    Food is good but I'd you're charging $5 for Mac and cheese, I'd expect it to be put in my bag when I go home. Not to mention the male employee in particular was complaining about having to do their job very loudly to the other ones. I get it. Ive been there. But the customers don't need to hear it.

    I was the only customer in the place and it still took over 40 minutes to get my order. I asked for no sauce,no mayo, no anything on my steak sandwich. I got everything! I will never eat firehouse again

    I feel like every time I go in there the employees are really nice but the orders take a LONG time like 10 minutes per sandwich so if you have 3 sandwiches it will take 30 minutes lol pretty wild I'm begging yall to go faster

    The bread was soggy. The meat had hard parts in it. It was inedible, I could not chew it. The meat tasted like it was old. I also found a piece of white plastic in my sandwich. It was a horrible experience.

    Still waiting after putting in my order. There are 6 people waiting in front of me and they’re putting out sandwiches at a rate of 1 every 20 minutes. Don’t come here unless you have a couple hours to waste waiting on a single sandwich.

    Great experience at Firehouse Subs! My favorite sub is the ‘Hook & Ladder!’ The cookies are delicious as well! 🤤 I highly recommend this establishment!

    I must start off by commending the staff I encountered today. People wonder why they can't keep staff is because they can't do what it requires to keep good workers. How is it possible that this location is at one of the busiest locations in Warner Robins, but the credit card machine has been down for the last past 3 days or more. Then if you pay with cash they can't give you change? I guess the owner doesn't care about their profits...

    Food was non-existent. You could only place an order on-line? What, can the wait staff not read, or write, can they not use a pad a paper. This place is going downhill fast. So, don't give me the canned excuse sorry we did not meet your expectations, and follow this link and give us more details. You know what you need to do. Move over and hire someone that can do the job.

    Unprofessional and slow. 30+ minute wait for one sandwich, seemed like only half the staff was even working, and the ones who were acted with the urgency of frozen molasses. Didn't even have time to eat my sandwich due to my entire lunch break being used just waiting for my food.

    Only taking online orders! What's the reasoning there? So someone is working who can make online orders but can't take your order if you walk in the door??? Something is not adding up there...even privately owned restaurants have corporate oversight..
