I'm a strong supporter of black owned businesses and especially if they are military and/or black female owned businesses. My experience occurred on April 3rd 2022. I experienced a very lengthy in line wait outside, a continued lengthy inside wait in line, a continued lengthy wait at the server line while trying to place only two orders. Initially through a new employee and she told me to wait a second and I waited. Then asked to wait through a seasoned employee. Through the seasoned employee I received only one order of two. When I informed her there was one order missing. She went to the kitchen but never returned. So I waited some more lengthy time. There was food available on the line to make my order. The new employee could have finished my order but she through a dismissal towards me she waited on the person after me. I never said anything I just waited trying to show support and patience. A young man who came out to service the line so I asked him to "please service my second order because this is a long line of people waiting behind me and I don't want to hold anyone up." The new employee began talking to him while he was preparing my second order making me feel very uncomfortable. Another seasoned employee came out to help with serving and the new employee began talking to her making me feel very uncomfortable. They all laughed at what I consider is a very arrogant comment coming from the seasoned employee who said "those people ain't going nowhere" and the employees laughed. That was her response to my not wanting to hold the line up. I responded "to the arrogance and lack of consideration" in a a very neutral tone not raising my voice that people can go elsewhere because of their "lack of urgency and lack of appreciation for people waiting". So sadly on last Sunday April 3rd 2022, Liz Kitchen lost a very faithful customer. To the third server a young man that politely finally finished my order "Thank you". To the cashier I shared my unpleasant experience with "Thank you" and to those servers who made my experience a very unpleasant one "Thank you".

Today was my first time going to Liz’s and I must admit, it was pretty good! I ordered a vegetable plate that contained collar greens and cabbage and it was topped with a piece of cornbread! I highly recommend this establishment! Customer service was A-1!

Customer service was good, but however, the food was just nasty $27, and it wasn't worth it at all. None of it tasted good. Had a taste for some good soul food, but it was anything, but that. Tried to eat it anyway couldn't stomach to finish it threw it in the trash.

Pros: chicken/potato salad & yams was good . Nice friendly people; cakes are tasty; black owned Cons: greens were a little disappointing. Not sure if they were holding back on the salt since majority of their customers are older people. If you don’t call in your order you will have to stand in a long line outside. Call your order in before coming that way you won’t have to stand in line. You also have to wear a mask to come in.

Let me tell you, I was the first customer there today soon the doors was unlocked. I smelled the aroma coming from within and I knew for sure them Mother's and Sisters was getting down in that kitchen!!! The atmosphere was welcomeling and the food was delicious, Since my grandmother stop cooking due to her health I haven't had a plate like that in years....The peach cobbler is to die for....I definitely will be stopping thru again.. Sunday Dinner u say!!! Yes don't meete there beat me there!!

REVIEW TITLE " If you ran out of food... just say that!!!!!" Soooooo.... today I ordered a serving of your OXTAILS and rice... ($12 and some change) My reviews are the following...... 1. You are a little costly for the small amount of food that you serve. 2. The food was average.... nothing to run home about. and MOST DEFINITELY NOT MY SISTER'S You get stars⭐⭐⭐... because it was ok/AVERAGE ONLY. Ps: I am told that if you go in and pick it up yourself.. you will get more.... we used a delivery service. #Myopinionmatterstoo

Small, cozy restaurant with great soul food!! I'd even go as far to say the best in Warner Robins.The staff here is so incredibly sweet! Always recommend.

This food was delicious. I had oxtails, rice & gravy, greens, and cornbread. My husband had fried chicken, cabbage, and field peas. Everything was seasoned very well. And that Caramel Cake is so good!! Their system for calling in and picking up orders was nice and professional. (You don't have to stand in the long line when you call your order in before you visit.) Customer service was very nice.

This use to be a great place to eat from but nowadays. The Dressing was stove top stuff and not chicken dressing. You can’t dine in and they have a no use cell phone sign up. Because someone that’s running this place know that they are not doing something right. It’s only take out

The food was spot on! It was my first time going there the motorcycle club hosted a Thanksgiving dinner.and I tell you the food hit me like a surprise. It was so good. Whoever is cooking is putting their soul in it I tell you that much. The service from the staff was really good they were very pleasant and patient with us yesterday. The place is kind of small if that matters to some. Not sure what the price point is like because our meal was sponsored but I would most definitely go back again!

If you are searching for your grandmother or mother’s tastes, this is the place. This place has a good variety of selections daily. Generous sized portions at a decent price. You must give it a try.

This is TRUE SOUL FOOD!!!! These people know EXACTLY what to do with some food!!!! The seasoning is that of perfection to allow those who are salt-lovers to add salt & regular seasoning lovers like me, to enjoy the meal as it is! The staff are friendly & the atmosphere makes you feel that you’re at a family member’s home; even while standing in a Sunday line to get in, you can enjoy meeting & conversing with friendly, interesting, new people! The desserts are over-the-top delicious & homemade!!! Parking is readily available & free! I LOVE THIS PLACE!! If you haven’t tried it, you’re really missing out!

Whenever I come back to Warner Robins, Ga I come here multiple times. They have the best soul food at a restaurant in the city that I had!!!

When I go visit one of my favorite Pastors..Rev Micheal Dials he takes me there the first time was in September 2022 and I was hooked the food was more than delicious it was a Heavenly delight..Thank God for the people who can still cook good food that does not make you sick..If God allow I will always go there when I am in town..God Bless the people of God.

Poor customer service. Ordered dressing for me and my daughter the lady never ask what size. She kept a frown on her face while serving. I would have ordered more but the food was almost gone and didn't replenish. So I probably want go back there again.

07/24/23 doors say open at 10:30am and it is 11:11am with doors completely locked and no one answering phones but the open sign is on and people are inside. Seems the hours should be adjusted to 11:30 possibly! Completely unacceptable for people who have to work and are on lunch!

The food is absolutely delicious. Hands down the best soul food I’ve had in a long time. Seasoned to perfection. If you’re going to the restaurant go early or call your order in. WILL NOT DISAPPOINT

Man I tried this place today and I will be back every Sunday or other Sunday Im retiring cooking because they got the best reasonable soul food in the state of Georgia 🥰
