They will be dishonest about being covered by your insurance until you coincidentally have a year of claims packed in, then you have hundreds you owe them. The clinical staff will never remember who you are or anything about your history, and you have to re-explain things over and over. It’s like…they don’t have medical records or notes or something? It’s weird. And the pharmacy will continuously ignore your requests to not automatically fill prescriptions or to ask permission before charging your card. I stopped seeing them last year and they charged me for a prescription without my knowledge or consent. I don’t even use you guys anymore. It’s just really ridiculous. The staff is nice enough but that’s about it.

So far this place is great. Very professional, understanding, no prejudice that I’ve seen, and seem to truly care about a patient’s well-being. Extremely caring. They also do their best to stay up to date on medical issues and the latest info. I know any health clinic should be like that, but the truth is, they aren’t. That’s not necessarily the doctor’s fault. It starts with who owns it and goes down from there. But this place has a great environment. It Since I’m still new I will change this review if I feel this doesn’t hold, but I think it will. Still attending and they are doing great They often can help me with questions by sending me to people that can help even resources not doctor related. They are all around seem very committed to their patients. The staff is excellent, Im sure they have bad days but I can’t tell because they stay positive with patients. This place was recommended to me from a family member who is a doctor. They asked a bunch of other doctors in the area and overwhelmingly, this was the one suggested. The pharmacy iss affordable.

This clinic should not be in business. I was charged 300 dollars for seeing a pharmacist that literally did nothing. He is completely inept. I waited 3 weeks for a RX to be told I would need to see the pharmacist again before they would give me RX. I am filing a formal complaint to the medical board.

Had a three month check up with them. I asked them to send out a prescription just for them to tell me to wait for the end of the month. I asked to pay out of pocket for the doctor to tell me I had to wait on my insurance. One month later, they tell me to pay a 40 dollar co pay and call the pharmacy to get them to send it which I did. The pharmacy proceeds to tell me they need them to call them. The pharmacy wants to tell me they can't get in touch when I am literally on the phone with doctor. The doctor tells me that I could of payed out of pocket a month ago which I was told I couldn't. Not only can I not get hormones from them, they lie to me about how I can approach getting hormones. I proceed to get called rude. If your trans and need hormones, do not go here. They clearly don't care about your welfare. They are willing to just ignore you just to send you our the door so they can half harzardly treat someone else the same way.

Revan Health is Awesome. The office staff is very friendly and there is very minimal wait time to be seen. They are quick to access your needs while taking the time needed to address concerns, answer questions, offer solutions, and provide excellent care for their patients. Highly Recommend all their services, including pharmaceutical.

I love how Courteous and on time Revan Health is. This is the best place to go by far. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. I give them 5 stars
