This used to be a great office but in the last 5 ish years they've gone so down hill. It takes two weeks of phone tag to get prescription refills and to schedule check ins for prescription renewals. We're told to call first thing in the morning to schedule sick visits but can't get a hold of someone until after lunch (calling every 5-10 minutes after opening). And then, we're told there are no opening and to call back the best day. Rinse repeat. No one returns messages or calls. Paperwork is lost or misplaced. Staff is rude on the phone when we're doing what they tell us to do. Doctors don't listen to us and rush through every exam. I'm so tired of dealing with this office and I'm looking for another one. I just hope they don't lose my daughter's info (AGAIN) and not be able (willing) to pass it on to the office we go with when we do.

My children have been patients for over 3 years. This office has become worse and worse. You can BARELY get your children seen when sick, they don't take parents concerns seriously, their staff has a very high turnover rate and the office people are RUDE.

I will start out saying that I love our pediatrician Dr. Berry so much. There are so many wonderful things I could say about him but today something very frustrating happened today with the staff. I scheduled my second round of flu shot for my daughter and made sure to have it exactly 4 weeks after the initial shot. Today I got my daughter ready, got someone to watch my son who cannot attend because of COVID, drove over to the office to call and check her in only to find out that the staff moved my appointment without so much as a call to let me know. Evidently they do shot only appointments on Tuesday's which would have been nice to know when I was standing in front of them making the appointment in the first place. As much as I love our doctor, I have never been this frustrated with scheduling staff as I am today.

I have been in attendance at this facility since I was born. My mother just got off the phone with Anne in the office who was awfully rude and seems to be under a lot of stress and does not know how to handle her job well at all. I am disappointed and dissatisfied in what I heard over the phone as this woman yelled at my mother and hung up on her. My mother and I will be looking elsewhere for a different office to go to from now on.

I took my baby to there and nurse practioner saw her and she gave her amoxicilline for 10 days and told me to give her tyenalol or mortin when she gets fever. I kept giving her mortin and tyenalol for 1 month but still didnt subside. Yesterday suddenly my baby started shivering and her whole body was blue so I called them and told them I was gonna sue then they gave me doctor appointment and went to doctor today he said my baby got ear infection and bronchitis where the nurse told me her lungs was clear and her ears were getting better. Even my nephews also faced the same problem. Very disatisfied. Only reason I love to take my baby is for Dr. Ashraf Berry. One more thing I called them so many times and told them my baby keeps getting 102°F fever to give me an appointment, they keep telling me they can't do anything and suggest me to take to ER.

They have 2 locations 1 in Warren and 1 in Clinton Twp. Area. This location is easier to get to, on and off expressway is way easier. Staff is friendly. I've been using Dr. Berry and his offices for over 9 years. I love every Doctor I have seen other than Dr. Berry when he's not available. They give good advice, helpful information. It's up to you as a parent whether or not you use that advice. The Nurse Staff is great if you have questions and after hours phone calls are no problem, they will get back with you as soon as they can sometimes even within a few minutes after leaving a message.

Office sends lab work to out-of-network private labs, costing me a fortune. I got a $300 bill today for a Covid and RSV test. I’ve already talked to them about the first time they did this, where 2 UAs cost $300.We love DR Barry but will be switching.

On December 7, I went to this place for my appointment. Antun Oskar checked my weight and height, then Ashruf Berry checked my body to make sure my body is fine, and Ashley got me a flu shot and it feels fine. That was my perfect appointment! I hope your business will do well next year!!!

The office staff is the most unprofessional and very rude in trying to make a appointment. When a doctors office refuses to see your child because of a “magnitude” of problems this tells me that the physician there is garbage. Not that Iam anti vaccine , but any clinic that mandates vaccines already tells a parent they don’t care or believe that vaccines do injure . Find a different doctor this place in below 1 star in my opinion

The best pediatricians around! Dr Oska and Dr Berry are the best! Been at this practice for 19 years. Never a problem. Pat in the office is amazing! On a recent visit, Dr Berry spent 20 mins talking to my son about life and making good choices, etc. This should be part of any doctors exam. I was impressed! Thanks for taking great care of my babies all these years!

I highly recommend Dr. Berry and Dr. Oska. As a mother of 9, with a medical background, I have been to a number of pediatricians and it being my “babies” I was VERY picky until I found them. I’ve been at this office approx 20 years. My oldest is 24 and I have a newborn and every age in between! I wasn’t satisfied with my pediatrician when my oldest was about 3 and I was pregnant with twins so my mom called the hospital and asked the charge nurse, who was the best pediatrician and she said hands down Dr. Berry! I referred all my friends and family and they love them too. Yes, there is usually a wait but that’s because they take their time with you and don’t rush you out the door. When you leave the office, you definitely feel confident, they are knowledgeable doctors that treat you and your kids like family. If you need to contact the on call doctors or get a message to the doctors they get back to you within a reasonable time.

This place is great! I switched pediatricians after my son wasn’t getting the care he needed and I am grateful I did. The staff is kind, waiting room is almost sterile with how clean it is, and the doctors and nurses actually LISTEN to all concerns and never make you feel silly for caring about the care of your children. Also there’s a Burger King next door with a play place so after a checkup you can get an ice cream cone

Terrible place and they can't even afford to pay there employees and constantly has employees hold there paychecks and then they bounce... if they can't pay their employees in a timely manner how can you trust them to take care of your children? Think twice before you take your children there.

Worst drs office I ever been too, their staff are constantly on their phones talking away while patients are waiting to be seen, unorganized, long waits, rude, snotty attitudes from the girls who work at the receptionist desk
