This a good clinic for underserved. I am currently seeing Dr C.Taylor the dentist. She and staff are the utmost professionals I have never waited other than a few minutes. But Dr. Taylor I love she is gentle and very skilled. She will be my dentist for many years to come

Advantage Family Health Center is a Great Clinic. The people are Friendly and Caring,like family. if I needed Dr.Matthew or Social Worker McDuff. I've never had a problem. They take time with you . Not just them all the Staff. I Truly trust them. I've been through a lot and they have always been there for me. GOOD PEOPLE.

Everyone at the Family Health center greeted me well and was friendly. Went above to make sure I was ok. Ebony and Ryan Beebe made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed .

I am happy as a New Patient with the customer service and care I received from Mrs. White Practice Manager, front desk staff and the entire medical team at the Family Advantage Center at the 8mile Rd. location.

I had a scheduled dentist appt. They rescheduled my appt without asking me first and rescheduled it as a medical appt to a location 20 minutes further. I took off work from a job I just started 3 days ago for a dentist appt & my daughter couldn’t be seen. The lady on the phone kept saying how sorry she was and she would take care of it. I sat in that parking lot for an hour waiting on her to “take care of it” . Told me the supervisor would give me a call. Guess what! Nothing. Absolutely NOTHING… Never received a call from anyone. Huge shout out to the incompetent person that rescheduled my appt.

I had concerns about Medicare part D, anyway I was blessed with Ms Brenda Miller who walk me through the process so if anyone needs help with Medicare part D get in touch with Ms Miller

I am upset with the way the nurse took my son to the back without my permission. Because of the bad service (WiFi) I had to do the intake form in the car. I walk inside to escort my son to the back so he can be seen . He was already in the back which I thought was horrible. Secondly their intake form is horrible to fill out for parents and children. I will not recommend or be back. I’m sick of people doing what they want and not following rules about folks children. He is a minor 11 years old since when has it been okay for a child that age to be seen without a parent??? I’ll wait for a response.

I loved the nurse however I never did lay eyes on the doctor Loren I think, I was prescribed a medication and called everyday for two months straight to get a referral sent over to the insurance a problem that could of been fixed in 24hours and the manger never did get in touch with me they kept telling me someone would call and they never did , I seen the dentist and received a bill when I had insurance they gave me billing number and they never answer or call back so I canceled my other dental care appointments because I can’t get the first appointment bill resolved and then they band me for two months because of it even though I called and canceled didn’t do a no call now show but I can’t get the to do simple things I need I made a appointment simple because I’m out of medicine and to have to wait two months to see a doctor to get refills is crazy , they can cancel and ban me for two months but actually being able to get simple things done I can never get what I need , I’ll be finding another office . They are all over the place

Advantage family health clinic is my home away from home. A special shout out to CHW Roxanne McDuffie for always having the latest information regarding free diapers giveaways to a free gym membership I didn’t know was attached to my health insurance. The providers and staff are exceptional !! From the moment I enter the doors to the clinic, I feel welcomed cared for and completely at ease. Bravo to advantage health care centers for bringing together such an exceptional team of caring individuals.

One of the dental assistants gave my wife the wrong address for a tooth extraction. Made the appointment a month ago. Hard to take a day off from work. Had to reschedule and take another day off from work. How hard is it to give out correct information? Need more trained professionals at this location. Manager and front desk staff were sincere.

Super close to my home which makes it convenient, and the staff are super pleasant and fun to talk to! Lovely atmosphere to be in.

Dr. Taylor, I don't like that you have to schedule two different appointments for a cleaning. First appointment exam and x-rays, second appointment is the cleaning. That meant taking off early from work two days. Where am used to everything done the same day.
