Southwest eggrolls appetizer was ok. 3 item smokehouse combo was mostly soggy from the corn to the brisket quesadilla. Pasta was just ok. Service was terrible. I got my soup, appetizer and meal before my soda came out though I did ask 3 times. Place was pretty empty for 6pm. Not only did I not enjoy my experience but the couple sitting behind us were also saying how bad this place was. I’m embarrassed I suggested this place for dinner. We left over half of each dish ordered tonight.

The chili is watery with a lot of sugar in it. Strange to have sweet watery chili. Southwest rolls r good. Atmosphere gets 3 because it's cold in here. We sat at a booth & the table is too far away. I had to sit on the edge of the seat to eat my food. The tables should be about 6-8" wider so that you can sit comfortably & have your food in front of you. We had to flag our waitress down every time our drinks were empty. A good waitress would have gotten us a refill once we drank 3/4 or 2/3 of our drinks. She was st least fast after we asked her.

Our server, who was also a bartender, LISA, is the absolute best every single time we come in. We go out of our way to request her section and she always goes out of her way to make our experience a more than pleasant one. I mean, she goes all out and provides quality, spectacular service every single time and with a pleasant demeanor, positive outlook and beautiful smile and personality. She’s the best!

Ordered a salad from doordash and this is how it came, TERRIBLE. This location is going down hill. Wouldn't be suprised if they closed.

We stopped in after a volleyball tournament just down the road and had a late lunch. We were seated promptly and our drink order was taken right after. The staff was very polite and attentive. The restaurant was not busy at work on a Saturday. Our order was taken and our food came out very quickly. We even got an extra basket of chips and salsa with our appetizer as the person who brought it out wasn't sure if our waitress had brought one out, so she brought us another, just in case! There was only a small problem with our food as they forgot my wife's soup, otherwise, our order was correct and our food was good. There was also a slight problem with paying our bill at the table with the automated payment device, at the number "2" button did not work. Otherwise it was a pleasant and enjoyable stop for lunch!

We were there to celebrate my granddaughter's 12th birthday and everything was perfect. Tried the meaty queso and it was AMAZING!! Let me see that I need to branch out from my usual meal there. And that chocolate cake and ice cream is just next level.

The service was good but our food took too long coming out especially for them to be appetizers and 1 entree 🤷🏾‍♂️ must have been short staffed in the kitchen, but anyway it's chilli's.

One of my favorite places to come for lunch! The food is very consistent and tastes pretty good. Lisa has been my server several times and is always a joy! Even with the complexity of restaurant staffing these days, Lisa is very attentive and always gets it right. The bacon burger is definitely worth trying!

Came here for the nostalgia. Me and my husband are fans of the office. There’s no awesome blossom guys and the baby back ribs aren’t worth it. The ribs themselves are dry but the barbecue sauce is pretty decent ranch super good chicken tenders not good I can say the best thing about my meal was the soda, the mashed potatoes, kind of taste store-bought and we’re a little milky. Also they don’t give you wet naps with your ribs. Didn’t even try the corn. Looks nasty. Didn’t give me any Texas toast which was advertised with my meal.

This place is in the dumps now! I’ve been frequenting this place pretty often (1-3 times a week) So much so that Lisa and her son knows me by face. There’s a lot of new faces now, decent customer service. I went yesterday after work like I usually do, ordered the quesadilla for my entree to eat there and 2 pasta entrees to go so I could have food for lunch the next day. I’m at work warming up my ultimate pasta, (it did not have the Texas toast like it usually does) it looks good and the first 2 bites taste good, the 3rd bite had a piece of hair on it. I figure “that’s what I get for ordering out”, pulled the hair out and continued to eat. On the 5th bite I pull out another hair exactly like the first one! Now I’m pissed because I know it’s not MY hair. It’s not even the same color as my hair!! I threw the remaining food in the trash. I will no longer be patronizing this location and be sure to let the rest of the UAW know my experience. There has been little issues with previous orders that I hadn’t made a fuss over, but this draws the line for me

I eat there a few times a month, usually for lunch, and it has been hit & miss. But my two most recent experiences were really good. Service was prompt and everyone was professional. I had an appetizer combo, soups and a bacon cheeseburger with fries during my two most recent visits, and everything was delicious and fresh. I hope they will maintain consistency moving forward.

Still sitting here attempting to eat. This is what a medium 6oz looks like. Both grandparents burgers are cold. Sat here with food with no silverware for 15 minutes. Such a waste. We are starving so will suffer with the dishes instead of remakes Now talking with family an hour later about this meal. I’m even more annoyed that with how bad it was I never even realized they never gave me the other have of my dish and we paid full on everything.

Ordered curbside. Tip was added without my authorization! Management attempted to apologize and my order was more oil than food. DISGUSTING. I wish I could rate it less.

Our server seemed to be the only one that actually works. Everyone else seems to stand around, my food was delicious and our server was super sweet and seemed overwhelmed by the amount of tables she had and barely any help from those that stood and stared while we ate. But the bathrooms are sticky, not stocked and dirty.

We had a party of seven around 1:30p.m. waited about almost ten minutes then my wife went to find someone so we could be seated, it wasn't busy and there were only nine other patrons. Just wish they had a little more help.

I hadn't been to Chili's in years and I'll definitely be back. Food was fresh with a nice presentation and we had a really nice waitress (Lisa) too.

I ordered the ultimate smokehouse combo and was supposed to have honey chipotle crispers and they game me street corn

The waiters were so friendly and polite. They were very patient with us, even though we had a large group. We were all very satisfied with our experience and I would most definitely return.
