The
doctors
were
great
and
professional,
but
the
lady's
at
the
front
desk
are
barely
doing
the
bare
minimum.
When
I
first
walked
in,
the
person
I
checked
in
with,
I
would
describe
as
unfriendly.
But
it
wasn't
until
I
was
checking
out
that
I
had
issues.
I
was
setting
up
2
appointments
for
testing.
She
said
that
she
could
only
schedule
my
second
test
for
March
8th.
When
I
told
her
that
day
didn't
work,
she
told
me
that
I
could
call
the
Royal
Oak
office
and
that
she's
putting
me
down
for
the
8th,
even
after
explaining
that
I
cannot
because
of
cancer
treatment.
When
I
got
home,
I
called
the
first
office
listed
on
Google,
Clinton
Township.
After
being
transferred
twice,
the
third
lady
I
spoke
with
was
very
polite
and
confused
about
why
they
just
didn't
schedule
me
for
one
of
the
openings
on
February
27th.
There
were
multiple
openings
for
that
day.
She
scheduled
me
with
the
same
doctor
and
canceled
my
appointment
for
March
8th.
She
even
said
to
me,
"I
don't
understand
why
she
didn't
schedule
you
for
the
27th"
.
I
feel
the
woman
at
the
Warren
office
did
not
want
to
work
or
work
with
me,
doing
what
they
are
supposed
to
do,
schedule
appointments.
The
only
helpful
thing
they
did
was
to
tell
me
to
call
myself,
which
I
shouldn't
have
had
to
do.
With
as
many
offices
they
have,
I
will
not
be
returning
to
their
Warren
office
because
of
the
front
desk
workers
alone.
Also,
the
nurse
that
brought
me
back
seemed
really
nice
until
she
jumped
on
your
appointment
is
March
8th
bandwagon.
