Just found out that they canceled my appointment for today after calling to confirm it after waiting 2 months to see Dr. Reaume. They said someone should of called me last week, but I never received any phone calls. Next available is in February. I am disgusted with this place and their lack of integrity. I could have a life threatening illness and they are kicking patients to the curb. I highly recommend not wasting your time or trusting your health with this place!!

The lady’s at the front desk are horrible at their jobs and super rude and lazy. The doctors are great.

My partner had their appointment for their vasectomy consultation today- Dr. Rudoff was lovely, knowledgeable, very good answering questions and making patients feel safe/comfortable— the office staff, however, was TERRIBLE. The woman who escorted them to the appointment room told every one of her coworkers that they were here for a vasectomy- even though this is none of anyone else’s business. And when we got to the room, she proceeded to ask very violating, invasive questions weren’t part of her job (“but what are your parents going to think of you getting a vasectomy?” “Are you sure you don’t want kids?”) it was humiliating, and made them feel very violated. And then when my partner was unavailable for the next two surgery dates because of work (tomorrow, next week) the receptionist REFUSED to search for availability for the rest of July and scheduled the appointment all the way in October. Dr. Rudoff is great- but everyone else in the office were extremely rude and unprofessional. Next time we’ll try the Roseville office.

I noticed the front desk workers are not the most friendly. I understand short staffing and that people have bad days but you have to put on a smile for customers. We as patients definitely don't want to be there! The doctors are always amazing...If they helped or assisted their staff on how to deal with the public, they'd be 5 stars

The doctors were great and professional, but the lady's at the front desk are barely doing the bare minimum. When I first walked in, the person I checked in with, I would describe as unfriendly. But it wasn't until I was checking out that I had issues. I was setting up 2 appointments for testing. She said that she could only schedule my second test for March 8th. When I told her that day didn't work, she told me that I could call the Royal Oak office and that she's putting me down for the 8th, even after explaining that I cannot because of cancer treatment. When I got home, I called the first office listed on Google, Clinton Township. After being transferred twice, the third lady I spoke with was very polite and confused about why they just didn't schedule me for one of the openings on February 27th. There were multiple openings for that day. She scheduled me with the same doctor and canceled my appointment for March 8th. She even said to me, "I don't understand why she didn't schedule you for the 27th" . I feel the woman at the Warren office did not want to work or work with me, doing what they are supposed to do, schedule appointments. The only helpful thing they did was to tell me to call myself, which I shouldn't have had to do. With as many offices they have, I will not be returning to their Warren office because of the front desk workers alone. Also, the nurse that brought me back seemed really nice until she jumped on your appointment is March 8th bandwagon.

The Doctors seems very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, that's the only nice thing I can say about Comprehensive Urology Warren. This location is riddled with poorly manage and rude staff. Horrible communication between the doctors and staff had led to rather embarrassing/dangerous outcomes on more than one occasion. If you NEED to see a urologist and CU is your only option, than certainly, I'd recommend you do. However, if you have ANY choice in the matter, find an business that at least pretends to care about you.
