Menards just does things right and this location is awesome. Staff is super helpful and friendly. They always seem to have everything in stock that is needed and prices with the rebate are always some of the best around compared to the other stores. Huge parking lot with lots of spots never too busy.

Tried to buy a paint sample and I waited for quite a while (at least 15-20 mins). Never found an employee who could help even after looking around for someone. I’ve never been a fan of menards because their pricing is deceiving (they show the product price on the floor and then you find out at checkout that the price is with a rebate 🙄). First the price issue and now the lack of available employees (on a Saturday when the store was NOT busy) solidifies that I won’t even try shopping here again.

This is the first time we went to a store like this everything you need to buy at one store. They are prices are reasonable.

Whole family loves this store. They have everything you could need with amazing prices. The store is super clean and the employees are awesome! Menards is an amazing place to come just to even walk around. They have amazing prices along with the 11% rebate on everything. I come here for small purchases and I can always find things I need, will definitely return!

I had to go in and purchase some extension cords. Couldn’t quite find what I was looking for at first, so I asked a worker where I could find them. I don’t know if she had a bad day or what, but the fact that she was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and so put out by me talking to her really sent me over the edge. She kept repeating “that’s not my department. Talk to someone else. Don’t bother me.” Trying to interrupt me. Very disrespectful! At least the second employee who helped me was nicer than the first woman was.

People at bulding desk are very nice and helpful The warren store should be proud to have Mr. jim p and Mr. Calvin at the Guest service they both did great job and very experienced . Thank you Mr. Jim and Thank you Mr. Calvin for the great help of submitting my 2 special orders.

Make sure you grab your receipt. Trust me. Menards seems to hope you forget it so they don't have to pay the 11% back. Spent over $300.00 in cash and got the shaft when I tried to retrieve it. I talked with one manager on the phone and he said come on up we can take care of it. Got here and a woman at the service desk said we can't do nothing. Witch is it?

This place is huge! Had a larger selection than the other big box home improvement stores. I just wish the website had like a store directory. Something like: "4x10 solid corrugated pipe = Outside yard, west. Bay..." It was hard to find anything because the place is enormous.
