The lady in the office was really nice and informational but I think the so called owner named Dave is scamming for $60 application fees and denying people for his own personal reasons and saying it’s about the credit, and when you ask what it is about the credit, he’ll say he can’t disclose any information..Why can’t you tell me why I was denied ? I wish we would have known the decision was based on his personal approval, because I would not have applied..

I've been here for 5+ years. My time here has been peaceful and I haven't really had any problems. The only thing I can say was that the maintenence men were not as reliable due to the fact they were older and it was only 2 of them but they were also still pretty kind and did what they could. However Jack and his wife Jennie who has joined maintenence are beyond amazing when I say THEY BOTH have made my experience even better!!! He is friendly, respectful very polite and also punctual. He also makes sure the tenants are well satisfied. Jennie is the absolute sweetest human being and also make sure all your repairs are a success. Don't come here being loud and ignorant. This place is quiet even with the hospital being close by

From my experience I wouldn't recommend Vista Villa Apartments to anyone. The time spend here was horrible, all the way from the residents smoking drugs in their room stinking up the whole building, the terrible heating and cooling integrated in the apartment and flooding in the basement where the laundry is done. During my time here the owner always gave us a hard time about my emotional support animal which is a little 3 lb cat with all paperwork showing that it was a certified emotional support animal. After a year of staying at Vista the owner Victor called us and told us that the monthly payment is being raised by $70. After about six or seven months he mailed me a lettering stating that we have 30 day to pack our stuff and get out WITHOUT reason. After I moved out I asked Victor for my deposit, he refused and starting making up reasons why I wouldn't be getting my deposit back. Save your money and go live somewhere better than Vista Villa Apartments. Horrible.....

I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. They take your $60 for an application fee and say you're approved automatically. Because the apartments are nasty, stinky, and yes the basement does flood. But Kathy the property manager lied and said the basement doesn't flood. She assured me not to listen to the negative reviews but in actuality she know they're true. As we toured the basement I saw water puddles throughout each unit. Kathy began to get rude after she received my $60 for the application fee. As if I was vulnerable by showing me a VERY disgusting apartment that needed lots of work done to it. Poor management and horrible upkeep to the apartments is all I can say.

Owner steals security deposits beware of this place shady as hell. Has bugs and roaches also. Parking is terrible and place always looking like trash. Mgmt always upping cost.

Wow! This place is a complete mess. Management will smile in your face get high or drunk and then forget who you arrived the next day. I've paid rent on time for the past 2 years. Don't know why and was told by David Caesar that he doesn't have to give me a reason why. Please don't move here no where to park for a visitor as well. Freezing cold in the winter Large Rat Heaven in the parking lot. Dead and alive. Do yourself a favor and keep searching.

These apartments badly need to be updated

I am very happy when I got into this apartment. The only problem is we get very high current bills. Though we use normal lights and tv along with refrigerator we get 70-80$.

Rated a zero (Racially profiled me) Do Not Do not stay….Racially profiled me The lady in office addressed me as “yaw people “ I’m in the medical field and was looking for a apartment close to work. I had my scrubs on just got off of work. I walk in just inquiring about the apartment before I could even ask a question this uneducated women opened her mouth rude and disrespectfully asked me “how many in the apartment? Becuz I can’t have yaw people moving every body in becuz I have people down stairs… Ummm 🤔 excuse me people like this run company’s into the ground. Not only was I shocked I was also in Awww because my background n status n to be treated like that… She should be fired because she doesn’t know the true definition of customer service n how to properly conduct herself in a professional way to properly represent this company or apartment site. Then I ask for cooperate number she says in another uneducated response I am cooperate. Do not stay here .
