Look at the sign. This store is in a declining area of Warren. Always have a cop in the late aft and evening. I avoid this area as much as possible.

I like shopping at Giant Eagle in Jamestown Village. At times they have mark downs on items that I like such cereal, candy, ice cream products etc. I shops there to pick up my flash food items, which also has great deals !

(Jamestown Village Plaza) I renewed my license tag sticker at the BMV on Wednesday 03/01/2023. Most of the time there is a little bit of a wait, but on Wednesday there was only one other person in front of me. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Has a liquor department staff is very courteous and helpful

The store is well organized and clean. Some of the staff could use customer service training. Others, go above and beyond.

Sadly not the best experience.... The cashier was very slow and a little rude...

Good selection, but does have a few foods that I've found to be expired, could have sat in a warehouse somewhere to long, but, I will have to check packages more closely..

This Giant Eagle location is larger than my usual location. I like to go there sometimes when I want a bigger selection of items or I just happen to be on that side of town.

They don't give you the proper credit for the Medicare card for assistance to the elderly. If you question them they get snarky including the Customer Service

Never again. I forgot to scan 2items that was on the bottom of my cart didn't c them my boyfriend was with me so he loaded the cart and I didn't c the bottom. Get a phone call to bring EVERYTHING back. We did and dude I want to call bad names said no I can't pay for the items he's sending EVERYONE to jail that day. Not EVERYONE does this on purpose. HE WAS WRONG. 2stinking items out of a CART FULL. If I was to steal believe me it would have been more than 2 items. I would have had another cart. Right?

We go to Little wings. The food is always fantastic! We usually only get the wings and onion rings and Both are fantastic! Plenty of seating . We usually like to sit on the bar side . Good music, great atmosphere and friendly staff . Plenty of parking.

They offer many different services here. And the Giant Eagle grocery store has so many things to offer in addition to food.

One stop shopping. I could spend the day there going in and out of shops.

Another great place to shop. New parking lot, and too many shops to cover

I went in to renew my license and thought when you renew your license you automatically got the new real ID and the clerk never asked me if that is what I wanted so when I found out it wasn’t the case I called and they want me to pay to have it done right. I feel it was their mistake and they should have corrected it. When I called they said the clerk should have asked and when I advised them it wasn’t the case, they automatically did not believe me and it was only renewed a couple weeks ago.

giant eagle is pretty clean and always has multiple check out lines open so I don't have to do self check out. they have great deli choices and fresh produce. I like that I can purchase liquor there even on Sunday's. if you use ge pharmacy they have that too. floral department as well and points to save on gas.

Im tired of going in and the only registers other than the express and possibly,POSSIBLY one other human ringing you out ARE ALL SELF SERVE!!! I WANT SERVED! JOBS JUST KEEP DISAPPEAING! Where's the bag boys and register that people can actually ring you out at a normal pace so you can atleast ask about a price and catch the mistakes before you realize that you were charged the wrong price, and you better be ready to pay in the lines with cashiers or you almost feel like your inconveniencing THEM! I feel real sorry for the elderly or someone having issues!!! Everything RUSH RUSH RUSH!!

Giant Eagle was very clean and roomy Employees are extremely njce

I like the store but it's best to shop here during the daytime hours.

I lived here for two years. The first one was a single bedroom helping me with saving money to get custody of my son. Him and I then moved into a two bedroom unit until we found a three bedroom unit and my new wife and I gave my son a new sister. Thank you Jamestown village.
