He is a liar and a thief he will take your money but not take on his responsibilities remember a few things if you"own" or want to a mobile home he would have to produce a title bill of sale and purchase agreement ....along with this and likely hood you'll get the title is extremely low...everything under the trailer is his responsibility if he says otherwise he is lying as usual... water... Gas all that needs attention don't let him fool you if you were smart just stay away

The landlord is the biggest slum landlord you will ever come across he lies he abuses people on disability he makes up his own prices then throws you out. There are 1,000 cats running around rats ants and cockroaches. The trailers are ready for the scrap yard dont ever rent from hin

If You know what is good for You. You should stay far away from this place! Management does minimal work as possible. I lived in that mobile home park for 5 years. After moving into my home I found out that I had moved into a home that was bed bug infested. I have seen roaches rats bed bugs ants flea infestations. Stay far away from this place not a place for children got a place for somebody who wants to live a quiet life

WORST and i do mean WORST trailer park I have EVER lived in!!!! The original trailer they showed me and were trying to get me to rent was at their park on 11 & vandyke. The day before I was supposed to move in I went and looked at it again and saw roaches EVERYWHERE! I told them I wanted my money back and they refused, saying they could give me a bigger trailer at their park on 8 1/2 & dequindre. Looked at that one and liked it and moved in. Less than 1 month later both my son and I broke out with bed bug bites all over our bodies and there were city size rats coming IN my trailer through the bottom of the trailer. I moved out due to this situation and because the owners did not want to do anything about it. Now I am dealing with an eviction on my background because of their FILTH. They WILL be hearing from my lawyer very soon. DON'T EVER MOVE HERE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!

This is the worst ran place I have ever lived in. They WILL NOT fix anything they’re supposed too. The sewage problem is horrible and they have to fix it below the ground and refuse too. Poor communication and very unprofessional! This was a last resort and I would’ve rather been homeless. DO NOT COME HERE! That one star is really a big ZERO

If you can fine soothing better. They sell trailers that are falling a part!

The lady that showed the trailers was nice, I found one I really liked but cass wanted the whole thing down on it, he wouldn't even do rent with option to buy, then I found out he rented one out to a friend of his, he sells them as is and all of them need major work on them, I would not recommend this place to anyone

I been at Landmark almost 3 year now I deal with rat problems & they refuse to fix my fix my heat been use space heater since I been here I'm have water problem & electric

This park has come a long way from the old owner Cass the park Manger is prompt whenever I call. Kudos Christian and they have spent thousands on the plumbing in the park 👏 if you own your trailer it's 498 a month and I would be more then willing to pay more if the improvements keep coming. Kudo to the new owners it's going to be an uphill battle but keep up the good fight I look forward to see what's ahead.
