I went again and ordered the wings and shack potatoes. The manager lied saying that they didn't have delivery of hot sauce at all when there was full pack of them behind the counter. She told her name is Eva and she was so rude and unprofessional with my family. Not sure I'll go there back again. It's very disappointing when we asked her to pack our food and she started throwing the food on the bag. I believe management will give her some appropriate training how to handle customer and be professional.

First they had this girl who looked like she just came out a trash can. She even had the nerve to wear tights with stuff all over her. This will be the last time I show up to the back of the alley, to provide so called food servise. She set a standard for all of America on this one, eat at home cuz you never know who's touching your food! There will be no second guessing which, girl I'm speaking on!

Just left the location the drive thru lady was rude and didn't put fork napkins or condiments in my bag then had the nerve to say don't you got all that stuff at home. Food was over cooked. Not going back there

I just picked up a replacement order that was 10000% more disgusting then the 1st! Greasy, yellow, wet mess. You literally stole my money. I was the only person in the building and I see why. The only thing edible was the bread. That I paid for 6 extra and only received 4. Stay in school kids! This location should be shut down. This place sucks!

Just left this location. Normally i have a good experience. I went thru the drive thru and sat for 15 minutes after I paid. I rolled down my window to get someone's attention. This girl with a very snooty attitude comes to the window i ask her how much longer. She says ribs take longer if you dont want to wait call it in next time and closed the window. Ill make sure I go to another location next time because as much as those subpar tasting ribs cost i shouldnt have to deal with a snooty attitude from some little girl

The employees are respectful and courteous. Best of all, the chicken is always hot, fresh and crispy delicious. The potatoes are smothered in a tantalizing butter sauce dripping with flavor. I wish I could manage my own Chicken Shack because the product sells itself and I could eat chicken every day. I want to thank Eva and Jessica for making the best Chicken in the state of Michigan. You guys are the best !!

The service was great, but I'm giving them 2 stars due to the fact that I ordered an chicken snack bite lunch, and it literally had little to no chicken in it. Highly disappointed.

The absolute worst customer service. Got almost 80$ worth of food, repeated the name twice- called back to add on and was told there was no order to then find out they had it under *question mark* even though I told them it was a larger order. No common sense. I get there to pick up, they had to clue what drinks were ordered even though they were told when the order was placed. Super rude staff. Will not be going back to this location. Management needs to have a meeting with their staff on how to take and handle orders along with their attitudes. Do better.

Everything tasted fine as usual however we did not get our large broasted potatoes my wife and kids were very disappointed and I didn't feel like driving 4 miles to go back there and get them usually they forget the coleslaw how many occasions it's not as crucial as for getting the broasted potatoes LOL

This place is too expensive for the quality of food. While placing my order the young lady working drive thru was rude. Ribs were dry, potatoes were cold and the order was smaller than normal.

The service and container were good. The fried chicken thigh was tasty. But I thought it was overly greasy as though it needed to be patted with paper towel. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag to eat it in my car. Drive through. Sunday June 26. $3.26 for 1 med thigh. Pricey. I do not plan to return.

Today 10/23/2022 my rib snack dinner was not good. The potatoes were a little under cooked and my 4 bones of dry ribs were 4 bones and 3 sections of meat. This is the third time in a row that I've ordered this and only three bones of meat with a extra bone on the side. Perhaps you should change it from a four piece rib to three piece rib.

Chicken Shack is the best I have ever had. I can NEVER eat KFC ever again. PLEASE don't ever close or I will haunt you after I die and at my age it might not be that long. True story!!!! I had this chicken and cole slaw both for the first time in my life because of my daughter and grandson came for a visit and picked some up and I never had it before. I thank God for this place.

I know the staff can get busy but I still think they should say hello when you walk in the door and thank you for choosing them as your restaurant. That doesn't happen here. The one in Royal Oak on 11 Mile is way nicer.

I really enjoy Chicken Shack. This location is generally quick with orders and has hot, tasty food. Fried chicken, chicken bites, sandwiches, fish, all very good. And who doesn't like their shack potatoes? However, they could use a little more atention to detail. I would say 3 out of 5 times there is some small detail of the order slighlty is slightly off. It may be a missing sauce or the wrong amount of butter on the potatoes. Nothing big enough to return/call to mention, but persistent.

Always great food. I just never actually get the extra butter I request for the potatoes. Consistently. Neither on the spuds or in a side container. I always ask for it when ordering and yet I'm always told it's on there or in the bag at the window. It's disappointing because it's not complicated or hard to do.

Best service I’ve ever had anywhere. They were closing and the manager still found a way not to send me along empty handed. He was awesome. It was a very kind and generous gesture. He should be promoted.

Probably the worst service I've ever had. Lady who took my order was very very rude. I waited at the window for like 10 to 15 mins before she even opened it and her first response was literally "do you have an order or something?" With crossed arms and a put off look on her face. Its like did you already forget taking it 15 mins ago im the only one in drive through you idiot. Very very slow and rude staff especially to white people.

The food is delicious. The chicken is perfectly cooked and don't even get me started on those delicious boasted potatoes with extra butter

I love the broasted potatoes. They have on several occasions charged me for putting barbecue sauce (I have requested to have each piece in my 16 pc. dipped in sauce) on my chicken, but only haphazardly slapped some sauce over the top pieces. If that's all they're going to do they are constantly overcharging me!!!

Food was fresh! But pack your patience for the drive thru pick up. Could take longer than actual fast food!! Small price to pay for fresh and hot deliciousness!!

Chicken was crisp and fried well, potatoes are always good, maybe not the healthiest with all the butter but still tasty and a side of coleslaw. Pretty good value for the price

Breading is a lighter version of Long johns Silver over chick fil A nuggets. I couldn't get past the breading. Combos don't come with a drink after a certain hour. Customer service isn't good. Won't be back and do not recommend this.

The ribs and chicken are fantastic, but I also enjoy their cod dinner... As well as the potatoes (that are incredible) and the wonderful coleslaw... It's definitely worth trying once, twice, or more... Enjoy!!!

I have ordered here several times, never disappointed. The chicken is always cooked to order and hot. Chicken pieces are a good size, not small at all but not massive either. The potatoes are also hot and fresh. This location is not as close as others, I live by, but I will drive here because I know the food will be the way I like it.

Prices been high way before the pandemic and inflation I went to Bashas chicken on 13 and hover prices better and food is to with less attitudes , Chicken Shack Money hungry I bet owner selfish to reason workers got attitudes...

Ordered rib snack from Grubhub, they delivered to wrong address. Then waited almost an hour for second attempt and food was horrible, ribs were overcooked and potatoes were burnt. Never using Grubhub again and Never buying food from Chicken Shack again ever. Extremely disappointed

I felt like the drive-thru cashier was either stoned or tired. Things got misunderstood, so I had to go back in and get a side of potatoes separately. The food was great, as usual, but the Cod pieces seemed much smaller than they used to be.

This is the best chicken place around me. The chicken is amazing and they have the best butter garlic broasted potatoes. And the coleslaw. Not much on seafood myself, but they have a nice menu of that as well. The prices are not very cheap so.I don't go as often as I like to. It's a great place to eat. ♥

The food is always amazing. I definitely recommend eating Chicken Shack. It looks like the snack bites have changed recently (or at least the breading). I wish they would go back to the way they were.
