    Last time I will walk into this joke of a business. Absolutely RUDE STAFF, didn’t want to do their job. The heavy set lady kept rolling her eyes. Wanted to hurry up and get us out. It wasn’t busy. Threw wrong ingredients in our bowl and then we let her know so she then dropped the F Bomb and threw it in the trash. Then my sons bowl had a like a tablespoon of chicken. She charged me 3.25 for a side sauce cup of chicken. The rice was CRUNCHY and bowls were NOT FILLED. Horrible service, staff had attitudes. Completely unprofessional! DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DRIVE TO THE NEXT CHIPOTLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE UNLESS THEY CHANGE LEADERSHIP. Do not go here if you want a joke of a a manager and staff to make your food. 0 stars for this location if I can rate it. UNBELIEVABLE!

    What a joke. Rude staff, tried to serve me old dried out carne asada, switched to slightly less old steak. Never coming back here Edit: saw other reviews complaining about the very heavy set woman. Can confirm she’s rude and horrible at keeping quality on the line.

    Okay where do I start so I leave work to get chipotle @12:55 on 9/7/23. when I got there, there wasn’t any type of greet it was just “what can I get you today” then moving forward the rice was over cooked they didn’t portion their meat out right when on top of that the meat was even cooked, but didn’t even notice until I got back to my job and cut the steak open and see nothing but raw meat, it took me 5 phone calls! to get a hold of someone at the restaurant, and not to mention in one of those calls they picked up and hung up… the last final call is when they picked my call up. when I got there I said hello I believe this was the manager bigger set lady, caucasian, rosy red cheeks, and she didn’t even acknowledge me, she was on her phone until I got next to her and I was like “I’m the person who called about the meat” she said “okay” so I proceeded to give her the food that was uncooked, not mention I bought two bowls, so when going to remake both bowls, the lady is trying to convince me that their steak is already pre-cooked and they only throw it on the grill for about two minutes on each side, and basically try convincing me that I’m wrong about it not being cooked, when I even brought the bowls into show them it’s legit raw steak meat, then she throws steak on to the grill and then put it back into both bowls, but both burned and once again, they did not portion the food correctly she barely gave us any meat for both bowls, she filled a small Queso cup with steak and my friend half of the cup (when I tell you the cups aren’t even big I really mean the cups WERE NOT BIG!). When I asked her to put more steak onto my bowl, she said that would be extra , so not even acknowledging already that I had to come back to even get my bowl remade , took me 5 calls just to reach them! and I had to use my transportation and gas once again to go get my food while I’m leaving work again! manager proceeds to now be stingy with the toppings. I asked for light guacamole , she barely gives me a tablespoon (when there already charging me for guacamole). (I looked at her like you’re silly no way she thinks this okay) at least give me a half of what they would put in there, I don’t know I just feel like if I was serving food and someone said light I would put half instead of full amount but that’s just me, so I asked for more she proceeds to barely even get a full tablespoon in scrapes the spoon with a spatula of the rest of the guacamole, like at this point it felt like she was laughing in my face and taking my health as a joke, and I also forgot to mention when I was speaking to the manager, the workers were talking to her when I was voicing an actual concern. I’ve never had an experience here like this before and I noticed it’s not the workers I usually see when I go there. They ruined my experience for today, and I will no longer be returning back to them, which is very disappointing because these were one of my favorite spots for chipotle & close to my job. Hope they fix their attitude and the way they work and if not, I hope they get fired because it’s very poor customer service in the way I was treated today. when I even came in being kind instead of rude I was the one getting the backlash instead of them even apologizing to me, I spent $37 and some change!!! And they have the nerve to still wanna charge me for double steak because she barley put any in my bowl…. so yeah, let’s not forget I didn’t even get 1 apology when I was in the restaurant. Should have taken a picture of it but I was thinking about reporting them because I never have problems with this location now I wish I would have taken a picture so you all could have seen how undercook the meat was🤢 I hope no one has the experience I had today, now they lost a loyal customer 🤦🏽‍♀️ and look at this picture of how I don’t have any steak on one side I just took the lid off my bowl! You can also see in this picture how they gave me 2 little scrapes of guacamole on the side. The chipotle by lakeside is AMAZING!!!! Great customer service, food is always great! luv them

    I had a horrible experience. I placed an online order for my husband and I. I had a veggie bowl and it was supposed to have Queso, sour cream on the side and fajita veggies. There was no Queso on either of our bowls which as you know is almost $2 extra, I had no fajita veggies and no sour cream on the side. I think they may have put it in the bowl but I can’t say for certain. My husbands bowl looked like he had a tablespoon full of chicken. My bowl literally tasted like I was eating tomatoes (I had pico but I don’t believe it has any onions or anything in it), cheese, corn (had the corn salsa but tasted very bland and like it didn’t have any of the extras either) and rice. It was horrible. No flavor at all. I love Chipotle but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

    The employees provide TERRIBLE service every single time I’ve went in there. The manager (short white lady) was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. Since it’s Halloween, we were able to receive a $6 entree through the app. But unfortunately the app was down, but they were still able to grant us the $6 entree. As soon as I went to the register to pay for it, the lady charged me FULL PRICE after she had JUST told me that she was able to grant me the $6 entree. I had asked why I was being charged full price and the RUDE manager said “well you have to tell her it’s $6”. Why would I, the customer, have to remind the EMPLOYEE that THEIR price for the entree is $6? That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard and I will never be going to this chipotle ever again. They really do deserve a 0 star. So disrespectful and extremely disgusting attitude from the manager. They are ruining the reputation of Chipotle.

    I came into this location at dinner time. I firstly observerd the dining room, which was very dirty. Unclean tables and floor. I ordered some food and I had to repeat my order several times, it seemed as tho whoever took my order was in outer space. Then the staff ran out of several items. Staff seemed to be lackadaisical and aloof. Food was good overall but I couldnt order what I wanted. This place needs to be better.

    Woah! Night and day from the location in Ferndale. The service was great and greeting attendant was cool. They had all of what I wanted and the staff were very professional and weren't loud etc. as if they were at a backyard party like the Ferndale location. The dining area was clean also and the Ferndale location was clean too. I will definitely be coming back to this location on Mound road again. Good food and professional friendly service is what it's all about.

    I ordered a chicken burrito and somehow the ingredients never made it inside of a burrito. I guess they ran out? Food was delicious though.
