Although I took the time to specify a spicy thigh and a zinger sandwich, both pieces were original recipe. When I called to notify them that the order was correct I was told that I had to bring it back for them to replace it with the correct order. On informing the employee that I was not driving back over there in heavy traffic and having previously waited in a long drive through line she suggested that I put it in the fridge and bring it back tomorrow. If that’s their idea of customer service I can and will forget about KFC and cook my own chicken in the future. It will take less time, be exactly what I want and I won’t have to deal with appallingly poor service.

Last night 7th November 2023 I had one of the worst experiences @KFC Warren's after not being there in almost a year due to having bad experience at every level which was never addressed by management. It seems after all that time, they have gotten worst. We arrived there at just before 9pm. A couple was ahead of us, waiting for over 15 minutes for a manager/supervisor to get up out the office to give the cashier a void. After that we ordered a chic share special containing 5 pieces a chicken. We paid at 10:02, then waited until about 10:35 to receive the order. The chicken tasted old, dry and not even what I remembered KFC supposed to taste like. There is no way that was 11 herbs.. more like 1 herb. We wee already on the road so it made no sense turning around. All was left to do was throw away the food. Does kfc not have anyone working in quality control? Why does the cashiers look so depressed, don't carish, untidy and not focused? Is there anyone training the so-called managers? What kind of manger/supervisor sits in an office while the restaurant has a long line to the door, one cashier and a drive through which is backed up all the way to the highway? Who does that? Is it that KFC Barbados can't order the spices need to give the chicken taste? Why would the chicken be so hard, yet half raw? The best experience of that whole encounter was a packer, who who was very pleasant on realizing we were waiting that long without a word from the cashier or manager.

Way better than American KFC. Sad it’s not the same as this back home. America is poisoning us. I’ll never look at KFC back home the same way again. I’ll definitely be back to Barbados to have KFC.

This last visit was not the best. Requested certain pieces and didnt get them and had to go back to the counter where I was ignored by the lady that cashed me out. Another lady assisted and was very pleasnat but the situation should not have happened to begin with. Kudos to the young lady that did assist!

DO NOT ORDER OR GET FOOD FROM WARRENS KFC ! WORST SERVICE !FOOD NOT DELIVERED AT ALL !! After placing an order at 6pm in 5min I receive a call from Brianna asking for directions whilst she’s conversing with her colleagues , order scheduled for 650pm delivery , next call I get is at 1105pm waking me up from my sleep ,from Brianna saying sorry we do not have drivers , do you still want the order , while I can hear the restaurant is shut and them cleaning the place ! While I missed my dinner waiting for them !

Very very slow service everytime I have visited. Nothing fast about this fast food. Staff constantly standing around chasing whilst long line of waiting customers

Friendly service and great food

I've encountered incredibly disappointing customer service. Twice now, I've placed orders online, waited for three hours, and my delivery hasn't arrived. Trying to reach the company by phone is a hassle because no one picks up. On top of that, despite these issues, I still haven't received a refund. It's truly frustrating and seems completely unreasonable.

I had to wait at pick up counter too long whilst there persons with numbers after mine were being served, also lots of milling around at times by staff like chickens with their heads off. Ice path in the drink dispenser was blocked and no one could get through to a staffer to get one of them to clear it. It was as though each one was just looking forward to another staffer to assist. Eventually one of the guys who does the tidying came to the rescue. For the time of existence I believe you guys should have some idea as to how much good needs to be prepared in light of the demand and therefore one should not have to wait 15 and 20 minutes for an item. Thanks. The food offerings are great and tasty nevertheless. You need to improve on delivery times I waited five hours for a delivery the order was made online at Warrens and paid. Somehow order ended up to being transferred to and delivered from said location. Then became very upset next morning when we received a call from someone there staying the order was not paid for I almost went berserk. Anyways the staffer called back a little that morning and apologized and that is when we heard that there was a total mix up from your end. That was horrible experience.

The delivery service is really poor. They take hours and they do not have a contact number you can get to.

Worse experience I ever had…the delivery takes forever to deliver. I ordered since 5:45 hrs and it Is now 09:17 hrs and I haven’t received my delivery. This is beyond absurdity!..poor delivery service..I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this service.

Waited 35 minutes to be served my order, then to be told no macaroni salad.
