    Wow. They deserve this review. Just finished eating with my dad for his birthday. No seconds on endless wings and fries despite asking in advance. Issue with food taste was not resolved despite manager saying he would. Forced us to leave after we waited half an hour after finishing food for a server to talk to or get seconds. Had to leave money on the table since no one cane. Literally 2 workers I saw including the manager. Hire damn workers. Pay a comfortable living wage. Not hard stop being short-sightedly greedy or you will lose more money. Not coming back. Would not miss this place if it left either.

    So on October 16, my family and I went to Applebees for dinner. We ordered our food and when it was brought to us. My moms chiclen tenders were raw. So we had them sent back and my burger had cheese on on it and I asked for no cheese. So when they brought me another one it had hair on it. I did not want it at that point. No caring or apology for it or anything by management. The chicken bring raw was just sorry you want me to cook another one and we will pay for it. Nothing. So dissatisfied with the level of concern about if she would have ate the raw chicken. Never will I return there. Very bad service.

    We went into the Warrensburg Applebee's for dinner and Oh My Gosh!!! We had the best experience with the BEST WAITRESS-HAYDEN!! She was AWESOME!! She welcomed us and made it feel like we were family! She laughed and talked with us. And when she was waiting on the couple behind us, we all chimed in on one big conversation! It was so funny but we all laughed and had a great time! Hayden- THANK YOU so much for making our evening enjoyable!! Oh and our food was Great!!! Hayden is our forever waitress!! And yes she got a $100.00 tip-she was that great!! Keep it up!!!

    Our waitress was friendly but the service overall wasn't. A sweet tea with lemon was ordered, but it came without lemon and wasn't even sure it was sweet tea. The Burbon chicken, that has been ordered before, lacked flavor and the mashed potatoes were runny. The floors looked clean but they were sticky, the table was the same way and made it unpleasant to touch. A to-go salad was ordered and unlike other restaurants, it was brought out the same time as our meal instead of being made prior to us leaving. At the end of it all, it's just not worth the money spent.

    Very few customers inside facility and still had to wait approximately 45 minutes to get our food! Then the food was very basic, not up to standards and room temperature! And to top it all off, our bill for three people was $55.85, so we rounded the ticket up to $60.00 (which may not be much of a tip, but with the lackluster food & service, truthfully, the tip should have been a big fat zero!) Anyway, a few days later, I'm balancing my checking account, only to find that someone there changed the amount to $60.85!! I guess, they wanted a full $5.00 tip or maybe they couldn't calculate that the tip was $4.15!! Either way, I wouldn't go there to eat again, cause I don't like thieves, no matter what the amount!!!

    Our party of 2 went to Applebee's just after 4:30 Sunday afternoon. We were seated immediately, but waited almost 20 minutes before walking out. No one had come to take a drink order, check on us, or anything, even though another group was seated next to us after about 10 minutes. We noticed another young couple looking a little impatient, too. They had been there even longer than us. We finally decided Culver's would be faster, cheaper, and possibly taste better anyway, so we left. None of the staff was around to even notice us leave. Hmmmm...

    my server lauren was not very good at all, came to my table 3 times whole i was there for an hour. she would talk to other tables for 15 minutes before coming to ours. was waiting for the check and show her sitting down with someone at a table. horrible service. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE, who can do their jobs and care about it. its a job not a social time to see friends.

    Always liked Applebee's. Some complain about the service. I personally have never had a bad experience. Prices are competitive and sometimes cheaper than other sit down restaurants.

    Walked in and the greeter barely turned her head to welcome us. She seated us and we waiting 10 minutes and still hadn't met our server so we left. It wasn't even that busy.

    We are regular Applebee's customers, we ALWAYS requeat Lauren as our server and the service is always impeccable. She is very sweet, friendly, and very attentive. Applebee's would be very lucky to have a few more Lauren's as servers. She is AMAZING. Out of 5 stars she is a 10.

    We got seated and we had to wait 25 minutes for a server that never even came around. No one even asked us if we wanted anything to drink. We sat and watched multiple couples come in after us and immediately get their drink orders taken. That being said, we had to leave without getting served anything, as we were on a schedule and didn't have 3 hours to eat at a restaurant that didn't want to serve us.

    This location has been hit or miss over the years. They've had countless management and staff changes, but that's kinda typical for food service in a college town. This time, it wasn't bad. Came in for lunch around 12:30 pm. They were not too busy. We had to wait at the door quite a bit for someone to greet us. No servers, bartender, etc were visible on the floor. We got the 2 for $20, mozzarella sticks, and burgers with fries. Food was good and arrived in a decent amount of time. All in all, a pretty good experience.

    My wife and I dined here for the first time in many years and we were not disappointed. Our waitress, Hayden, was very energetic and prompt to answer any questions we had about the menu as well as providing excellent table service. The Whiskey Bacon Burger was juicy and cooked to perfection and my wife’s Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp was tender and full of flavor. This is a drastic change from the last time we came here all those years ago and do recommend giving it a try if you, like us, had given up on the restaurant or have yet to give it a chance.

    I am very disappointed with my visit today, Sunday November 19th at 12:00 noon. I was excited to try the holiday special of Sirloin steak and Shrimp for $13.99. I asked the server Sam, if could have the steak seasoned with Cajun, garlic and butter . I substituted Coleslaw for the Steamed Broccoli. My steak had no seasoning at all and I have never had Coleslaw that is just shredded cabbage, no sauce in it at all. I asked for a new Coleslaw, it was exactly the same. Why isn't it just called, shredded cabbage. Then when our grandson got the ticket, the charge for my steak dinner was $18.99 instead of the advertised holiday price. We were late for an appointment so I didn't ask to speak with a manager. We will not be coming back any time soon.

    I fully recommend to anyone coming to the Warrensburg Applebee's to see if Hayden is working! Great service, amazing recommendations and could answer all questions we had! Her service really made my table's night a lot better and made us laugh a lot! Definitely will come back.

    We went in an hour and a half before closing, food took awhile to get to us but it was great! I did have a problem tho, my bill was only $9.20, and I tipped $5 because the waitress was nice, so $14.20 in total, a couple days later after the payment went through on my bank, I noticed they recharged my tip, so I ended up paying $19.20:( so make sure you check your accounts if you pay with card.

    Ordered the strawberry balsamic vinaigrette salad. It was some diced chicken on a single layer of lettuce. The entire salad barely rose the the lower rim of the plate. I would have sent it back, but that would have required me ever seeing any waitress, much less mine for the entire meal. This ofc, meant no drinks were refilled either. She took my receipt when I paid and disappeared, never to be seen again. Negative stars would be appropriate here. The seats were filthy. Click on pics to see the pictures as they won't just show.

    Prices are way to high Burger with water fish snd chips w/ ice tea. With tip over $50 and food not very good. The wait staff was excelente though

    Saturday evening Sat for 15 min before waiter even came around. Door greeter ride. No silverware on two separate visits there. Drinks finally came 10 min after ordering. Still no silverware. Salads still pending and weve been here 30 min already. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

    Terrible service at the Warrensburg Mo. location. Daughter’s boyfriend has celiacs disease. He cannot have anything breaded or he will get violently ill. Server was rude and apparently annoyed when asked if salad could be remade and to use grilled chicken instead of breaded. Cook on duty could be heard from back making rude comments and complaining about remaking food. They were asked to remake entire salad so as not to have cross contamination with the breaded chicken. Cook took breaded chicken off, except he missed a piece, and put grilled chicken on first salad. Complained even more loudly when asked again to remake salad. Server did not bring back dressing for salad and did not come back to table until he brought the bill. So her BF had to eat his salad with no dressing, which was finally brought out to him by someone else after they had already finished eating. When my daughter paid the bill with cash, she was told they didn’t have any money in the register and would have to wait until they could go get some. After getting cash for change, my daughter and her boyfriend left only to realize an hour later on their way back home that they were shorted $20. Hope the server liked his $15 tip that my daughter and her BF made sure to leave on a $40 bill because they felt bad for having to ask for the salad to be remade due to his food restrictions. Jerks.

    I had the all-you-can-eat boneless wings. The honey pepper wings are delicious! Wife loves the blondie brownie dessert. Service was attentive but not pushy. Overall a great visit! One star off on atmosphere only because they haven't changed in so long.

    Sorry I forgot to get pictures. We showed up with 30 of us from Iowa. Our server was great and on task. From the people bringing out our food to the manager on duty, everyone was kind, friendly and enjoyable to be around. Great job everyone!!

    Food is good, if a tad overpriced. Service was extremely nice, but short-staffed so the wait was quite long. Food selection was good, same for the drink selection. Seats were comfy.

    Very accommodating for our large group. We called ahead to let them know we had a large group. Even though they don't take reservations, they had some tables ready for us when we arrived. Our server was patient with us as we ordered and was very attentive and kept up with drink refills. Great food and great service.

    Went here for father-in-laws 91st birthday, only reason I gave 3stars was because the food was good and plentiful! Server was terrible; had to ask for water 3 times (finally brought by mgmt), drinks sat at the bar until husband went and asked for them and we hadn't even placed our food order yet...management came and explained there was an issue with their computer which is fine but we had already waited for 30 minutes. The young gal cleaning tables, manager and bartender/ other servers were more helpful. It was the worst tip we have ever left for a $90 ticket.
