The units is cool .I like my unit. Outside the unit is a mess. It doesn't look appealing at all. People always trash the laundry room, elevator, hallways. The elevator doesn't work properly, it stops at every floor. Everytime it rains or have a lil wind the lights go out! It's freezing in the winter so my oven is always on. The parking lot is awful in the winter. Staff in ghetto and really don't care about complaints. I complained that a staff member was peeping at me naked when I was in the bed. It was inspection day and I was sleep so staff let they self in(which is not the problem cause it's legal) but once entry is made you suppose to announce yourself and they didn't, and they didn't knock on my bedroom door. I woke up to someone peeping at me through my door and soon as I woke up they left. I told the leasing office about it And they really ain't say much. Literally. No I'm sorry that happened to you or anything. No reassurance that it won't happened again. I was just expecting more of a concern response. That was the exact reason I kept it to myself for so long cause of an horrible response.

This place is so dirty. Bugs all over the place (meaning spiders, roaches, and bees.) Trash is everywhere because no one likes cleaning up. The matience is non existent, when it's hot the ac is broken, when it's cold the heater is broken. There was a moment where a blizzard happened and the heater was broken and no one could leave because our cars were stuck and these people don't salt their parking lots. Every door and cabinet falls apart easily and it takes forever for the people to answer your calls. They finally tested my patience when I saw a mouse in my place and they didn't do anything about it. Haven't even been here a year.

Do not move here the people are pure ignorant and noisy the walls are thin you hear everything. I call security for noise complaints daily. The lease is built of all lies. My kitchen sink flooded for no apparent reason my fridge went out they did not replace it took for ever for them to fix it. Maintenance lazy. I only been here 4 months within the first week my bathroom sink was leaking. It was ants more n more of them with each day they sprayed it didn't help. We had to get rid of them ourselves. The rent is too high and not worth it. The apartments look nice until u move in then you feel like its the worst mistake of your life. Currently seeking to get out of lease Do not do it save your self the trouble. Trashy nasty people dump trash outside dumpsters n throw it in the parking lots from there cars. There is a creep lurker who stares through your patio blinds. I hate it here very unpleasurable. The apartment is not up to date the toilets are not new. Immediately after moving in I noticed my 2nd toilet would not flush. They put a orange warning sticker on our car windshield that we had to scrap off ourselves after we parked in a carport that was promised to us that we never received and still haven't. After paying over 15 hundred for down payment 1st month rent etc we had a 3 day notice. We told them about it and they said ignore it it was a mistake. I guess they may take section 8 which I didn't know when we moved in this place is the worst.

I didn't move or here and happy I didn't. I came to be shown and apartment tour of course the guy Dwight didn't show up, smh. Well while I was in the leasing off my ex happened to walk in and immediately told me don't move over here. He showed me is apartment had no heat and had to use the stove to keep the apartment warm, celling was falling due to it raining..... after 3 months it still isn't fix, the bathroom sink stopped up. Glad I dodged a bullet.

Been dealing with a safety issue for 2 months now and a carpet mildewing issue which resulted into my laptop also being ruined with no help or sense of urgency whatsoever. Do not move here, you'll regret it.

I currently live here now but I am NOT renewing my lease it’s been 2 years I moved here due to a unforeseen situation it’s terrible here! I’m the winter it’s always cold I have to use my oven and space heater for me and my kids to stay warm told maintenance about the issue all they ever say is that the heat is ran by a boiler and stays at 70 something degrees but it feels like it’s never on. It takes forever for them to fix work orders I have to call numerous times it took them a whole year to fix my Tun was peeling paint bad and months to replace a broken dishwasher. They don’t salt the parking lots residents are basically snowed in or we have to help dig each other out. It’s trash in the parking lots…. In the hallways and people so ignorant they leave trash by the dumpster. We’ve heard gunshots more than once. The office never answers their phones or rarely call back then they wonder why many are constantly moving out the apartments. The laundry room power always shuts off regularly and my clothes could be in water when it happens several times I called put in a order no one comes until I go across the street and directly complain to the maintenance office. For $900 a month it’s NOT WORTH LIVING THERE!!! The nerve to be listed as SOLON. Trashy and ghetto!!!!!!!!

Rebecca and Kyrle are really great people in the office. I had an issue with my appliances and things got repaired and replaced right away. I haven't had any issues accept this one thing at move-in and really have had a pleasant experience. My neighbors can be a bit loud but we have asked them to be quite and are happy with our choice.

HEY HEY POOL FULL and MIAMI type heat!!! YEAHHH. I have been a resident here for a long time. When the new company took over it was tough because of the roof conditions but they really have kicked it up a notch. I think if you can stick it out with maintenance having a lot on their plate at times, you will find that they care and will take care of you. Props to AIY and the staff especially Kyrle and Ms. Rebecca.

Maintenance here is horrid. No call backs, no assistance, no heat in the winter season, I’ve been asking for heat for 2 months. Maintenance dude promised a heater that I never saw. Bug nests surround my building and unit, they even make their way into my unit. Friends And I have been stung over night. I use my oven to keep warm… maintenance is the WORST THING about this place. Aside from the fact the office never answers the phone… EVER!

By far the worst place I've ever lived at. Have had the same maintenance issues for over a year with no resolutions. No one in the office ever answers the phone. Apartments are decent but the buildings overall are trash.

Worst place I’ve ever laid my head. Maintenance is a joke, they literally don’t exist. No one answers the office phone EVER, there’s NO heat in the winter, NO ac in the summer, Wasps nests they never eliminate no matter how many work orders you put in, bee hives, leaks… All they ever say WHEN YOU DO reach someone is tell you everyone else’s problems, and why they can’t get to you. But they NEVER get to you. This place is useless… only stayed here for the distance convenience of my job. But this place needs new staff, or needs to be shut down. Crystal, Dwight and Barbara only talk, they never get anything handled. They’re only good for information…Everyone here is useless

Worst complex in Warrensville. Too many issues to name. All the reviews pretty much hit it on the head.
