The two young employees (male with blonde hair and female with dark brown hair) were very lovely and polite as well as wishing me a new year and the food was delightful. x

Subway service is normally bog standard or slightly below average at best. I must admit today was a surprise. Served by a young lady who was really smiley and bubbly. Franchise should be happy to have her! 31/10/23 visit 11am

No napkins and toilet door could not be closed

Staff they didn't listen to me when I was ordering, and obviously I said hello anyone there, and one girl told me don't talk to me like that, obvious I had to doit because she was having gossip time wirh her co-worker and me as costumer waitnig 😑😑

It’s one of them subways where the staff act like they pay for the toppings 🤣 asked the guy 3 times to put a touch more lettuce on as he was putting 2 pieces a time on - staff just talk garbage to each other while serving you, asked him to top the lettuce box up with fresh as he was scraping it off the sides of the tin 🤦🏻‍♂️

Very limited menu compared to other branches. One bloke was trying his best but the other snapped at us to stand at the other side of the counter as soon as we walked in (we were the only ones there) and then proceeded to ignore us waiting to pay whilst he did take away orders. The area behind the counter looked tatty and dirty. Stick to the bigger better branches.

Always love the huge amount of servings . Loverly taste.. always fresh and fast service. Very clean and hygenic

Need to sort out uber eats problem. Today I was queuing with another people when order form uber eats came in and they said they need to make it first as driver just entered the restaurant. Wasn't smallest of the order and just with two people it would took ages. I walked out as well as another 3 people, as online order just skipped the queue.

Good sandwich fillers and bread but always too clumped together s too much dressing/sauce, so you get mouth full of one ingredients. I.e onion it's not pleasant

Terrible franchise that prides itself on consistently getting delivery orders wrong. Usual excuse is that they are understaffed. I would travel / search / order a little further a field and use another franchise, avoid this one….

Staff list my order for 2 party platters but bent over backwards to make me new ones. Very helpful and very quick despite having other customers.
