Service was bland, employees were ignorant and unenthusiastic. The food has gave me food poisoning so hygiene is pretty poor. Overall do not recommend this branch or subway altogether.

Rude management. I never wrote reviews but felt like I had to with this! I normally like lots of sauce on my salad at subway as a personal preference. As I ask for lots of sauce the girl making it rolls her eyes and the manager rudely said ‘be careful how much you put on because she is going to have to pay for it!’ I don’t mind paying for it at all but there was no need for her to be so rude. Did not make me feel welcome at all. Will not be returning

Recommend for gluten free if you crave a proper sandwich

I’m so glad I went here a huge good review is this review I’m writing the food was amazing it was so good they had vegan/veg options in the side also gluten free! Seems Good Cleanliness is good amazing really full and service still was good listened perfectly got my food in 4 minutes!

Every other subway I went to, they were happy to swap the salad on pizziola apart from this one. I asked kindly if I can swap it...S W A P, not add extra. They refused, walked out and bought from a different subway. I understand you guys have different franchises, but either the employee wasn't aware of being allowed to change or you just simply gonna lose customers.

Not very clean and not very friendly staff. But the meals have the standard subway quality.

Actual trash service, I went in there proved that the app shows they were supposed to be doing a special and I was eligible to redeem it and they refused to honor it so will not be going back

Rude and pathetic service...the lady ( no smile no apologies) says that they dnt put salad in breakfast....i only asked for olives to put in my egg sandwich...i ve had this sandwich in breakfast for over 7 years now...with olive and sweetcorn...but she was adamant that this franchise doesn't do salad in breakfast..giving me expression that why are you asking for salad in breakfast?!!she eventually put olives in as a favour!! Not returning here... absolutely rude and pathetic service

Hi I was in the other night there and there was a young girl behind counter clearly upset and I could over heard her saying on phone that she couldn’t go home even know she was severely not well as management couldn’t get cover o think that’s terrible management should be looking after there employees

Trash subway orderd a sandwich after the staff had finished their conversation first,burnt and dripping with liquid cappuccino was weak no offer for wooden stick to stir had to ask waste of money.

I always enjoy a subway but it's getting a bit expensive these days

Served me HARD bread ( Italian herbs & cheese) So hard I could barely eat. Served by “Samra” I will be thinking twice before going there for a subway.

Really disappointed in this subway. Would rather die than eat here. But i have to say the new management seems to have improved the quality by sacking some staff. Was really unhappy with how i was treated by a boy with rather skinny legs(must never do leg day) and his lanky mate. Recommend people stay away from here till they clear up this issue.

Waited nearly 2hrs for a delivery. Rang & are rang they not answering. Can any help on how I get my money back. If they can't get the stuff out why are they still taking orders . Not impressed 😡

Great customer service etc, all things enjoyable. But it's only open like 1/3 of the time I wanna eat subway :((. Closes way too early. Literally hire me for night shift.

Stood waiting for 10 minutes while the girl working on her own was making up a takeaway order, she acknowledged me straight away and apologised saying she’ll be a few minutes, that’s a good point, I don’t mind waiting. Another customer came in, along with the delivery driver, they got talking about bikes. We all stood waiting for a few more minutes, the girl making up the takeaway order shouted someone in the back to help, she told the person who came out that I was first in the queue. This new server immediately served the guy who walked in last, I said ‘I was here first’ she looked at me with a blank expression and continued to serve the other guy, so I walked out and could hear them all laughing! So yer, I’d give zero stars but google won’t let me!

Fabulous chicken teriyaki salad as always.. Never disappointed !

never been so annoyed in a subway, server didn't listen and nearly gave me the wrong bread, didn't confirm which of the three chickens my partner asked for and just started making him a random sandwich, when I specifically asked for a couple of jalapeños they put a massive handful on and then finally when it came to pay they charged us for everything in our meals individually rather than putting through the deal and bagged it up without any napkins, bear in mind I had ordered a meatball sub, the wrapper had disintegrated by the time I went to open it and I ended up with sauce everywhere

Very convenient location right in town centre. Not the cleanest one , but the service is ok and staff is friendly 👍
