I have never been spoken to so atrociously over the phone in my life. The guy told me to look out my window at the weather and asked if I had seen the traffic and that is why my delivery was going to be an hour late. It’s a clear night, no rain (pic attached), my partner has just been out in the car and the traffic is fine, not that that matters as they are less than 2 miles away. He said if I had an issue with timings that I have to take it up with JustEat!!! WHAT??? Customer Service has just disappeared. Don’t you worry “pal” (as he kept calling me), I will be doing and I will be complaining about the way you spoke to me over the phone too.

Very bad experience ordered food at 6:30 then rang them 4 times between 7:30-20:00 and they spoke to me very rude saying it was on its way and then rang me at 8:30 saying they had only just found our receipt. First time experience and I definitely won’t be going back. Still waiting for my refund on a £40 order.

One of the best pizza in town, but their bacon-cheese wedges is definitely worth a visit. It's always a treat. This time I took it to my friends in St Helens because they don't deliver there and they were craving it since they moved out from Warrington 3 years ago. They were satisfied and nostalgic. Quality food for delivery or takeout.

Used to love this place Tonight it took 2 hours to arrive after stating ‘up to an hour’ Chips tasted reheated .. cheese was cheap !! Pizza was undercooked .. This is third time it hasn’t been great ! Think they take too many orders these days !!! Time for a new place I think !!

Food is always amazing definitely best takeaway in Warrington cheesy garlic bread is the best I’ve ever tasted delivery times are sometimes very long but that is understandable due to them being a very busy place lovely staff

Order was around 1hr late when it came I wasn’t impressed. The filling slid off the base, had about 2 pieces of pepperoni, the chilli beef was not spicy at all and the cheesy garlic bread was awful, more like a cheese calzone with zero garlic flavour. It wasn’t great that it was late but would have forgiven that if it was worth the wait. £15 straight in the bin

I order to the extreme. Say a 14" with everything on pizza. OMG. better than New York. Forget the commercial sh.t.Antons has them in a corner.

2 hours late. Rang to cancel, told already on way. Arrived and fries missing, from pizza and fries! Ordered previously over the the past and been good to ok. But never again. Avoid!

Love the kebabs from here, the garlic bread with cheese is on another level too and the pizza is miles better than papa johns. However I strongly recommend to pick up as delivery can take an awful long time leading to soggy food (sometimes) not worth the gamble.

Food is unreal, and the people are great. You can see how good it is from how busy they always are. Great bunch!

Chilli n garlic ribs and the cheesy garlic bread are really on another level, I've used this place for over 20,s and it gets better. Lovely food.. 💯💯

Had for first-time tonight two pizzas and really liked it think yes it is long wait for food 40 min however really nice we will be back to order again 😀 ordered by ringing up was better value then just eat

Love this place, friendly staff. I drive from Widnes to collect our pizzas! Highly recommended, especially the Genoa pizza.
