Lovely little shop. Staff were very nice helping me out and to a table as I am 28 weeks pregnant. Will definitely go again

A classic Starbucks coffee shop, nice service and plenty spaces to sit around

I was served by a very friendly young man, who on is badge said Rowan. He smiled at me and made me feel welcomed,what a very pleasant young man. My flat white was excellent, only sad thing is the store looks a bit tired and not very welcoming, could do with a face lift.

No issues on ordering the drink. Staff on the bar, behind the counter, should be focusing more on making the drinks instead of their holiday plans. Or stopping to have a chat. Especially while the customers who were waiting, were there over 10 mins. I was there for 14 minutes. Some customers were getting agitated. I understand that at particular times it can get busy, nevertheless the main point of focus should be making the drinks and getting them to the customers as quickly as possible.

Awful place with poorly trained staff. Cups half full, cold coffee... orders are incorrect as often as they get them right.

Just your typical Starbuck's coffee shop. Staff could have kept on top of clearing used cups up quicker, but other than that, it was a nice visit with my niece.

Always good from this Starbucks... it gets busy but that's because its great. Very friendly and helpful staff

Great choice of tasty vegan food, but coffee bitter and not nice. Staff working hard, but more to clean tables could help. Toilets could do with a deep clean.

Staff didn't know what a Moka pot was when grinding my coffee 🤔. Very friendly though and once explained the ground coffee was fine.

Very lovely kind staff when I visit early in the mornings. Good selection of vegetarian foods available. The store itself is clean and tidy.

Asked a staff member if the oat milk was gluten free and she responded “no because it’s oats@ in a kind of attitudey tone. Just FYI gluten does not = oats. Plenty of coffee shops incl Starbucks use gluten free oat milk.

The coffee was great tried the new eggnog. The tea is a lot to be desired

It's a Starbucks, went with my 11 month old son, staff were friendly, it was slightly dirty with old coffee cups lying on the tables and food on the floor. Other than that happy with my order

Spillages all over serving area...constantly told to move away by staff member..rather than just clean it up. Went for tea and flat Americano......waited 17 min till took order then another 10 min for drinks. Won't be going back!!!

Free parking at Golden Square on a sunday and late night Thursday. Nice Starbucks, not too busy, food and drinks arrived very fast and it was easy to find a seat.

The drinks where spot on and very nice but the staff aren't friendly at all, the young girl that served had a bad attitude and no people skills. The free WiFi also didn't work so I couldn't use my rewards card.
