I only went in to try on some wedding bands and ended up sending my engagement ring off for resizing. I was very skeptical as 4 different jewellers (big names included) told me it wasn’t possible/they wouldn’t be willing to try as my ring is quite unique. 3 days later, my ring was ready to be picked up. I still didn’t believe they’d done it 😂 When I picked it up, it looked brand new and IT FIT ME! My fiancé and I have been engaged for 2 years and I had accepted that the ring would never fit properly so to say I was emotional, well! All the staff I’ve interacted with were lovely and I am so glad I walked into their shop that day. I have fallen in love with my ring all over again and I can’t thank them enough. Their goldsmith deserves an award 🩷

I had a fantastic experience visiting Case&Case Warrington. The shop is gorgeous and all of the staff are so welcoming, it felt like stepping into a home from home! I was served by the lovely Paula who had two of my watches repaired, the service was really personal and the watches arrived back at the store within 4 weeks of sending them off. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

My experience at case and case was wonderful. Caroline was so helpful and a really lovely lady. Myself and my friend even got treated to a really nice glass of prosecco. I was asked my price range and what I was after as well as the style of the person I was buying for and was then showed lots of options. It feels very expensive and fancy here but without talking down to you or judging you. Would highly recommend coming here.

Came across Case & Case Fine Jewellers on a Sunday trip to Warrington. Interesting collection of watch brands including Ball watches, originally a US company but now Swiss. Great selection and Caroline was super helpful. Definitely worth a trip if you're into watches but keep an eye on the other half as they sell new and pre-owned jewellery as well.

We purchased our wedding rings from Case and Case, the whole experience from when we first went in to collecting them today was faultless. We had them engraved on the inside which is a lovely touch and they even cleaned my engagement ring both times we went in. Liv looked after us today she was so lovely and even gave us a glass of fizz to celebrate. We absolutely love our rings and can’t wait to wear them!

Called into the store to view their selection of ball watches. They have a great choice, not only of watches but also a fantastic choice of jewellery as well. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, you are made to feel very welcome. The manager Paula and her staff are great team and help you make the best decision on what you are looking for. I wanted to remount my diamond earrings and stumbled up on Case & Case and dealt with Grace. In brief, she’s an asset to company, warm, welcoming, attentive, efficient and patient. The remodelling of my earrings took longer than expected as they were supposed to be reset in a pre-made mount. This wasn’t the perfect fit for my diamonds and so the mount was hand made to perfection. Throughout the process Grace kept me updated, emailed and called when she said she would, thorough and always as cheerful and excited about my earrings as I was. I got a very personal and attentive service from all the staff including the owner. Nothing was ever too much Grace and I really appreciated that as these earrings hold great sentimental value for me. I was even gifted with flowers along with my earrings on collection! have a few more remodelling works on the horizon and I will definitely be going Case & Case to see Grace and the team and I have recommended them to family and friends

My partner and I went in to Case & Case Warrington a few weeks ago to pick out wedding bands. We were helped by Grace who was really knowledgeable about the rings and so patient because I kept changing my mind! She even cleaned my engagement ring up for me which was sparkling afterwards. The rings arrived in store quickly, we’ve just picked them up and we are so happy with them. The engraving looks gorgeous. Grace remembered us and the things we talked about which added a little personal touch which was lovely. The rings are boxed up and presented nicely ready for our wedding day. Absolutely amazing jewellers. Had a custom made wedding ring. We had Grace throughout the whole experience of trying on, picking styles and going down the custom ring route. She was so friendly and took the time to explain everything to help inform my decision. With having specific requirements for how I wanted my engagement ring to fit with my wedding ring they listened and fulled designed a customer made ring which included a 3D printed replica to try on to ensure I was 100% happy before commissioning the final ring. Just collected it and over the moon with how it turned out. Would highly recommend

Came in just to have a look at wedding rings, and ended up being so impressed with the service (Grace and Paula) that we purchased a custom-made wedding ring. Couldn't fault the service on the several visits, always very welcoming and friendly. We were kept completely informed throughout the process, and most importantly - my other half loves her ring :D

I had a wonderful experience today with Matt, I was browsing at the window and asked to see some yellow sapphire and diamond earrings. Matt asked me to sit and offered a drink, and showed me the earrings. We had a good discussion and he cleaned my own jewellery for me. A positive, knowledgeable professional. Obviously I bought the earring and I love them! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt and the team, especially for the service they give and the fact that they make their own jewellery with love and care. Thank you!

Matt was great. Sat and spoke with us for nearly 2 hours and answered all our questions. We felt very at ease and didn’t feel pressured, he was fab. Bought my wedding ring!! Couldn’t recommend the shop enough, reasonable prices and better that your usual franchise jewellers. My engagement ring is a unique shape and setting so to say I was excited when I found a ring to fit is an understatement. I can’t wait for it to come in and it’s made our wait for the day to arrive that much more exciting!!!

I was served by Grace recently on purchasing a Hugo Boss watch. The service was appreciated and she was very efficient and welcoming on our arrival in the store. Lovely experience at Case & Case Warrington today while buying my wife a watch for her birthday. It was our first visit and I'm sure it won't be the last. It was a very relaxing experience with all the staff very attentive, conversational and friendly. Drinks were provided while Grace adjusted the watch bracelet to size and they even cleaned my wife's rings while we waited! When there are plenty of jewelers to pick from, why not go to one that gives excellent customer service. Well done Case & Case 😀

Took my engagement ring to be resized and have the hallmark redone as it was my grandma's ring before so had worn off. Every member of staff was so lovely and attentive with us making the experience very special. The ring came back much quicker than initially said too and had been cleaned up beautifully.
