Emma was lovely, so friendly and lovely to chat to and she did a great job on my nails! The whole atmosphere in the spa was gorgeous, so relaxing and I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. I would definitely come back for more treatments and hope to come back for a spa day! Thank you.

Emma was excellent, I’ve never had a full body massage before, she put me at ease and asked me questions about my preferences before beginning. She was really respectful about modesty too! The experience was so relaxing (when she didn’t hit my knots), I would definitely go again!

Best spa day experience. Well worth what I paid for. Booked for half day Spa. Included is use of thermal spa, choice of treatment and lunch. Spa facilities were impressive. I chose relax and revitalise for treatment and that was fantastic. Emma was great with massage and facial. And the food was delicious. Will definitely book again.

I have never had such a relaxing spa day 😍 The professionalism as soon as you enter the building is second to none. I was listened to when in the treatment room and it was so relaxing. Food was ready on time and it was amazing. Can't fault any part, can't wait to come back x

It was the nicest spa experience I've ever had. All of the little touches, heated towels, elevating my legs, how gently I was moved were just so lovely, the massages and facial was amazing. You're absolutely amazing at what you do, thank you so much for a wonderful morning.

Such a lovely experience, Carla was so kind and put me at ease straight away. Prep work was amazing, my nails have never looked cleaner! Great choice of colours and so happy with my nails. Lovely calm environment with light refreshments whilst waiting.

The BEST massage treatment I’ve ever had and such an incredible spa. They really do think about the small details that just make the experience that extra bit special. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

I had an exceptional time at the spa today with my good friend. This is the second time I have been and the service is second to none. The facilities are immaculate, the food was delicious and our treatments were absolutely perfect. Specials mentions go to Jo for one of the best massages I've ever had, and to Mel for the warm welcome and hosting us in the space. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

From first entering the spa every staff member was friendly and helpful. The environment was stunning and the treatment rooms were so relaxing and calm. We felt we received a first class service in a high class environment and we will definitely be returning - thanks!

Had a fantastic day! From the minute we arrived there were so many lovely touches that just made the day. Lovely welcome refreshments and lunch was excellent. My massage treatment was so relaxing and the hibernate room to finish it off was a lovely touch.

Carla was amazing! I left feeling so fresh and utterly relaxed after my body scrub. Would recommend the service to everyone. The Spa is stunning. We really loved the different sensation steam rooms. Pool was great also. Finally the food was amazing! Thanks so much :)

Spa is well maintained and high spec, staff all very friendly and food super tasty. Treatment was super and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. Would highly recommend. If I lived closer, I would certainly join.

This Spa is something else, we have been twice now and are making it an annual thing. The day Spa package we did was just amazing, with all the little touches such as smoothie shot and grapes on arrival, lemon sorbet after our amazing massage. The hibernation room is so relaxing. The whole experience was just fantastic.

Excellent spa experience in lovely surroundings and lots of facilities to enjoy, we had lunch and a drink to begin with in the champagne lounge followed by the spa facilities then a coffee to finish. Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble and they were all warm and welcoming, they made us feel very special all afternoon. Thank you once again for a wonderful relaxing afternoon 😁

It was my first visit to Aria Spa and my experience was absolutely amazing. The facilities are one of the best I’ve seen. Clare was just great, friendly and welcoming. The treatment was just what I needed, she had a firm touch and checked to see if the pressure was right which I loved. They offer light refreshments before and after the treatment and let you use the Hibernation room to relax and then leave when you are ready. I will definitely be coming back again and booking Clare!

Had such a lovely day at the spa with a friend. Perfect relaxing atmosphere. Very polite and caring staff. The food was spot on too. I ordered sushi which was very nice and the spring rolls too. The treatment itself was spot on and my therapist (I think her name was Eleanor? Red hair) was so professional and sweet. We were able to use the infinity pool, sauna and steam rooms. Loved the hot marble lounge chairs. We came during storm Eunice and we’re very worried, once inside the building we didn’t even think of the storm once Lol. The shower and locker rooms were clean and I didn’t have to take my own shower gel and shampoo because they provide some nice ones there and a hair dryer. Thank you for an amazing spa day.

Visited here on Saturday 30th April 2022, had an absolutely superb treatment which included back and should massage, express facial and scalp massage, Karolina was polite and friendly, made me feel completely comfortable and I couldn't of asked for anything more, would happily book another treatment! Also, the spa was by far the best one I've been to, the facilities are amazing, I loved the heated infinity pool and the heated lounges. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and happy to help and the place was immaculate! We also had a meal (Korean Chicken burger with fries) which was delicious. My visit was worth every penny and I cannot wait for my next visit!

Absolutely incredible experience. My treatment was fantastic, firm but relaxing I came away feeling so relaxed. The spa is beautiful, the staff were all so lovely. Loved all the extra touches of the smoothies and sorbets and the hibernation room. A perfect Friday afternoon thank you so much 🙏🏽

Wow, my back massage was truly amazing, it is probably one of the best I have ever had. The foot ritual, heated bed, sorbet added a nice touch but the hands of my masseuse were magic. I have forgotten her name but please pass this on to her, I haven't been so relaxed in a while, thank you 😊 I think the thermal experience needs some additional seating/beds inside. The beds are set out in 3's, 4's would be better. The food was delicious. Everywhere was spotless and the staff were welcoming. A fantastic afternoon celebrating our wedding anniversary

My spa day back in December was absolutely amazing . I had the mum to be treatments which included a full body massage. My therapist was so thoughtful making me feel comfortable when I was heavily pregnant. The foot scrub was amazing and I finished it off with a hot face mask in the hybernation room. My only regret is I only did this once during my pregnancy. It was absolute bliss. Thank you

I had the mother to be massage, from the moment we arrived the service was 5 Star. The little extras like the smoothie shot whilst we checked in and the little sorbet after the massage really added to star quality factor. The massage was so lovely, I would go as far to say it’s the best massage I have experienced. It began with a foot soak and scrub in the tranquil treatment room, then from head to toe a lovely thought out massage. I felt so comfortable and really felt I relaxed and left feeling revitalised. It was just what I needed. Carla, was professional, friendly and a very good masseuse. Thank you Carla, for making a wonderful experience for me. The venue is really impressive, well thought out, very clean and beautiful decor. The food was amazing I had the spicy glazed salmon which was a perfect portion size and presented beautifully. Then the coffee and deserts are wonderful too, the S’mores board was a great way to finish of a fantastic afternoon. I will be returning will be recommending to everyone I know. I can’t wait to book my next treatment. Anna
