I have always enjoyed the Hong Kong, Cantonese and northeastern Chinese cuisines at Hee Kee Liverpool, so I am thrilled about the opening of their Warrington branch (which is closer to where I live). The food at the Warrington restaurant is likewise amazingly delicious. My favourites are their salt and pepper dishes (whether squid or chicken), sautéed green beans (欖菜四季豆）and Hong Kong style milk tea. Will definitely try their seafood next time! Was here for lunch with a few relatives. The dishes themselves were nice, portion-wise was just right / slightly less than average. Note members paying cash can get a 5% discount, you can sign up (by offering some of your personal details) on the spot. Non-meat choices felt somewhat limited, still it's probably worth a couple visits given what's available. Although they have dishes free from animal products as well, based on impressions, I doubt those are cooked separately. Customers can help themselves to boiled rice and soup (the ones on the day contained meat). The restaurant seems to have build itself up as a local favourite. We had arrived just after 12pm and no long after the place was full. There are fairly limited number of car parking spaces outside. Customer service was there, but it's almost as if they've never spoken with customers who are polite. Also had creepy stares from kitchen staff peeking out.

We love the food from Hee Kee! The food were delicious , it just feel like home back to Hong Kong. Many choices of food , the seasoning were just spot on! There are rice and soup which you can eat and drink as many as you can! What a nice surprise !! Plus, the staff are really friendly and we feel very welcome and warm! * and the Hong Kong style milk tea is a must try !

Went on a cold day. Freezing inside due to large space, and staff reluctant to turn on heating (but they did eventually). Largest table not big enough for our party (12), so some diners needed to sit on uncomfortable, cold stools. Customer service was mixed - Younger guy was really nice and helpful, but lady with mask on was quite abrupt and a little pushy when ordering. Rice/soup you needed to queue/help yourself, and you also needed to pay when you ordered - which isn't the usual experience from more quality established restaurants like Tai Pan. Ordering via QR code was also difficult for the older generation, and for the membership app it needs a Hong Kong mobile number? BNOs only it seems. Overall disappointing and wouldn't go again.

It delivers the taste of Hong Kong with its exceptional quality of food. Despite the amazing Wok’s flavours, the prices remain accessible. I will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

Very authentic dishes, all you can eat egg fried rice, boiled rice and soup of the day. Absolutely would recommend their hk iced milk tea!

We pre ordered the lobster for our son’s birthday and he loves so much! It tastes good and with a reasonable price! Thanks to those nice and helpful staff and we glad that they played the birthday song for my son when cake cutting. It’s lovely! We will definitely revisit.
