Friendly check in. Very “herby” smell in corridor on 3rd floor!!! Room clean and comfortable, a little noisy from main road outside. Disappointed in bathroom no soap in dispenser next to sink or in the one in shower!!! One towel provided which when I opened had what appeared to be a faint hand print mark on it.

This is definitely budget only. Woken up at 5am with loud banging and running from other guests in the room above. Furniture and bathroom looked and felt tired. No hot breakfast available and parking needs to be paid for via confusing online setup.

Hotel was clean and tidy. However be careful with parking. We thought the parking was included, we were not advised otherwise so didn't put a ticket on. We even asked the lady on reception the next day whether we could leave the car for an extra hour while we grabbed some dinner from across the road, she said yes. No mention of extend a ticket or anything. Now received a letter saying 85 quid fine or 50 if paid within 14 days. Called travel lodge explained what happened & suprise nothing they can do

Came to collect a relative after a long drive from the midlands and a broken coffee machine at the Services the receptionist made me a coffee before heading back home. Much appreciated. Great hospitality.

Terrible,trainine/busy road outside then paper thin floor boards with elephants stomping around on floor above. On top of that the internet WIFI doesn't work and they didn't change the bedding on a 2night stay.

Being a Travelodge, I'd set my expectations pretty low, but I was pleasantly surprised by both the cleanliness of the facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. If you're choosing between the Waterside or here, choose here. You'll have more choice for dinner and the rooms are a lot cleaner.

Stayed here lots of times & back again in 3 weeks. Great location, very clean with exceptional staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of extra teas, milk etc. Fan brought up to the room for us including loads of towels. Thank you Claire & Team. Your the best. See you soon xxx

We stayed at the travel lodge for 2 nights to visit the Neighbourhood Festival weekender. The ladies who checked us in were super friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. They even had a glitter station set up for festival goers! The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The location was perfect for town and getting the the festival. Had a great trip and would highly recommend.

Was greeted by Gemma on reception, she very kindly had to show me on my phone how to pay the parking,as horizon would not accept my card, and did not have the facility to accept notes, only coins. She gave me some advice on where to eat and how far the shops were situated. This hotel badly needs a reverb, torn chair in room, worn carpets,I was surprised the lift worked as it was so old. The room its self was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Look forward to see Gemma’s smiling face next time I stay there.

I maybe I rated the room a little high if comparing to a 5 star hotel, but remember it's a travelodge so a reviewed it against other travelodge stays. Room was bright clean and tidy. Lilly white sheets plenty towels, loo rolls, tea, coffee etc. Everything worked as it should and I would definitely stay here again. Staff were helpful and polite making an effort to ask how we were on arrival and wished us well on our departure.

All good for me!! Except carpets on the top floor. I guess they remember ancient times. It would make a difference to get them changed for new ones.

Bit of a standard travelodge but was absolutely fine. Central location and would use again. Only things to note. Just three plug sockets in the room and all on the wardrobe/dressing table/tv side facing the bed. No sockets by the bed itself so a little awkward for device charging. Visited in a heatwave - no air con just a desk fan which didn't help much... apart from these minors was happy and, as said, would visit again

Parking can be a nightmare if your not early. If you are not disabled, do not take rooms 100-101. Even though the rooms are larger, the heater is standard. There is nowhere near for something to eat, unless you have food delivered. You are next to a main road, and traffic is 24/7. The hotel itself is dated, and needs a full revamp.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Travelodge Warrington on Kendrick Street for an extended period of over a month, from August to the first week of October in 2015. My overall experience during this stay was positive, with the hotel offering a comfortable and convenient environment that suited my needs. The location of the Travelodge Warrington was one of its standout features. Situated on Kendrick Street, it was conveniently close to the city center, golden square mall allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The nearby transport links were also beneficial, as I could easily explore the surrounding area. The room provided to me during my stay was clean, well-maintained, and offered ample space for a long-term stay. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were changed regularly. The in-room amenities, including a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a workspace, met my basic requirements and contributed to a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were courteous and accommodating, and any requests I had were promptly addressed. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and organized throughout my extended stay, which was greatly appreciated. While the room and service were generally positive, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. The hotel's dining options were limited, with only basic breakfast offerings available. However, given the central location, there were plenty of external dining choices nearby. Parking facilities were available at the hotel, but I found them to be somewhat limited, especially during peak times. It would be advisable for the hotel to consider expanding their parking options for the convenience of their guests. In conclusion, my extended stay at Travelodge Warrington, Kendrick Street, was comfortable and satisfying overall. The location, room quality, and attentive staff made it a suitable choice for an extended stay. While there were some minor areas for improvement, they did not significantly detract from my overall experience. If you're looking for a well-located and reasonably priced option in Warrington, Travelodge Kendrick Street could be a solid choice.

First off, fabulous welcome from Gemma, so bright and bubbly and very helpful. The room was so spacious, clean, fresh, and windows open. Bedding is made of high threadcount quality. Bed is not too firm or too soft, just perfect for a great night's sleep. Plenty tea, coffee and biscuits, and more if needed. It was so quiet even though we faced onto the railway and main road. The secondary double glazing is superb at keeping the noise out. This was just a stopover during a long drive, so I had a fantastic experience from the get-go, perfect break.

Great service! I stayed there during creamfields, they couldn't have been more accommodating and ensured all festival goers were looked after! Definitely will go back to them for future trips to creamfields

The Garden Oasis Resort was a paradise within a paradise. The lush gardens and tropical flora created a serene atmosphere. Our suite was beautifully decorated, and the private patio allowed us to enjoy the garden views. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and they even helped us arrange a memorable island tour. It's a place where time seems to stand still.

Hotel was lovely and clean throughout. Good size room and bathroom. Staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. Comfy beds and pillows. Extra pillows if needed. Location is amazing. Near local pubs and restaurants and good travel commute.

It's what Travelodge do, clean comfortable and usually close to where you you want to be. Just a shame that the prices are expanding rather than dropping, dont they know that the fuel price has dropped since the pandemic. Standardise your prices TL, please.

Stayed here at the weekend, not only was the smell horrific in the hallway, upon entering our room we found a poo in the bath along with dirty bedding! Showing the staff and asking for a refund we were not given this and just given a voucher. Safe to say we will never use this voucher as we will never be staying in a Travelodge again! Horrendous

Very well located if your travelling by public transport as you are only few minutes walk from warrington central station & bus station. About 15 mins walk from bank quay. Also it right in centre so very close to shops etc.

Stayed here a few times now as working in the area. Reception not a staffed but on my arrivals they have been there or around and been very welcoming. No food available at the hotel but the facilities around are great so no complaints.

Not a great experience at all, the place stank of Mary Jane (marijuana). The room itself was very plain.....and stanky. It looked as if Stevie Wonder himself had tried to clean the place! I would avoid this one people.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were lovely on arrival and check in. The room was freezing, to the point of me shivering. There was also a strong musty smell, there was no soap supplied in the bathroom. The bathroom was stained and very unclean. Different price advertisement to online (more expensive). The shower took ages to heat up but when finally heated was hot. Only pro was location near to the train station and shops.

Travelodge allows dogs, however trying to find out if this is true is quite a task. I ended up calling customer services and they confirmed they nearly all their hotels do allow dogs (for a premium, which is fair). They kindly offered to book the room for me which I thought was great. What is not great is that on top of the £20 pooch premium (no problem with that, although I don't know if that is power night or per stay) they also charge a agent fee (£2.50) without telling me. Not a great start. The family room was nice enough. No frills but as expected. However the lock on the door didn't work. You cannot open it from the outside however you didn't have that peace of mind that you can lock the door. The hottest the shower woruld go was lukewarm (at best and not for very long). So not overly impressed. Then the resident in the room above must have been practicing gymnastics at 4am and manged to wake us all up (including 8 yo daughter). I wouldn't stay at the Travelodge Warrington again. I may still use Travelodge if I need a hotel that allows dogs.

Not the best. (Booked a family room-3 beds) On check in we were told that there might not be 3 beds in the room and the attitude was there's nothing they can do if there isn't...so tough really. Could you not check the room and say for sure? As it happens there were 3 beds for us. Shower was no more than a cold trickle and a pair of knickers left under a bed by previous a guest. Deff won't use this place again.

It's what you expect from a travelodge I see people moan about paying to park... (travelodge don't own the land hence the charge And they also have a 3rd party handle internet access hence the charge....

Room smelled of urine on entry as arrived in the middle of the night I was far too tired to complain at that point. Bed was comfy that’s about the only good thing I could say. Never anyone at the desk have to ring some number in emergency wouldn’t stay there again

Claire and the lady on the front desk excelled in customer service tonight finding us a room elsewhere because there were no rooms available at last minute,we were desperate and real kindness was shown ❤

I had a good experience at this hotel. Paul the reception guy was friendly and welcoming. The room was tidy and the beds was comfy. It beats Ibis, at least at this hotel you get kettle and tea and coffee. It was quiet location and had a good night sleep. I usually can't sleep anywhere unless it's my own bed. I hope it's not a one off. I will try travel lodge again in future and hope it's good as this experience was.

Ideal location for a night out in the town centre. I can't understand why people have said nothing to do. A night out is great here. We come here twice a year and love it. Booking again for July. If you venture down all the different roads you'll find enough to do. Yes the hotel is next to a busy road but I've never had a problem with that. Maybe ask for the quieter side of the hotel. Loved it.
