It's really gone down hill. The staff are lazy and incompetent!! Now we have to go online to order and make appointments we dont get any help with it and its difficult to understand. I rang up today and they answered the phone with a mouthful of food, she couldn't wait to get me off the phone she sounded so uninterested in what I had to say. And I'm in a bad position as I cant go to a different surgery as I'm living in latchford. Goodness knows how the elderly are coping and the vulnerable. Not everybody is computer literate and there is no point having receptionist's anymore to be honest. I'm highly disappointed. As the general practitioners are amazing. Very sad to see.

the receptionists refuse to answer the phone and after an hour of waiting, they answer are dont care. You can't get past the E-consult (which doesn't work) and everyone refuses to deal with you unless you have gone through E-consult. I am leaving as they do not care about their patients

The staff are nice but I feel there is a massive problem with the structure of how they do things. I called on the 15th to make an appointment only to be told to do an e consult. Annoying but I did it anyway. The result of which was a phone appointment on the 17th. When I had the appointment (which was just repeating what I had stated in the email consult) I was then finally given an appointment to see someone on the 18th. All the staff were polite and I had no problem on that end, I just find it pointless to have to jump through so many hoops with the e consult and then the phone appointment just to get to the actual appointment which I needed. There is literally no point to all the hassle and be easier just to give people the appointment.

If there was 0 stars that’s what you would be getting absolutely shocking service receptionists are useless and lazy for goodness sake get rid of the e consult is does not work ! All they want to do is send you to ane which is under so much pressure your surgery is a shambles and you should be ashamed of yourself I can’t help but think about the elderly who don’t have access to the internet . Receptionists getting paid for what exactly ?

Very disappointed with this surgery, whilst the gp's themselves have been helpful and polite during my 4 appointmentssince february. In my final appointment I was referred to Warrington Pathology for blood tests, I was told to expect a letter for the appointment. Two weeks went by when I anxiously waited but heard nothing, in the end decided to call surgery only to be told that they have now deleted my records due to me moving about 1 mile outside of their locality and nothing has been done. I cannot believe they would delete a patient whilst they have an ongoing serious unresolved diagnosis, they clearly do not care about their patients.

Doctor Wong he is a joke, he does have very bad bed manner and the rudeness when comparing me with a 65 years old men when I had back problem I had to come 5 time or more to have a physiotherapist appointment who diagnosed me with sciatica no need of meds only stretching , furthermore while checking my spine he failed to recognised one of my vertebra needed readjustment, the other doctor were great

Very poor management of this practice, constantly trying to get through on the phone and if / when you get through they just tell you to go and do an E Consult. This E Consult is a waste of time and was supposed to be in place during Covid. A lazy way of choosing who they want to see in the practice. The Doctors are ok , but the system that is in place for this practice needs some serious improvement ( employ more staff) It’s the patients that suffer for the poor management of this practice.

I too would give zero star on this occasion. Normally the receptionist are very helpful ie Karen,Callum and Julie. However Megan I found very rude and unhelpful and has caused me extreme anxiety. I don't like to say bad things about people but when it comes to me nearly losing everything because Megan is too busy to send an email to an insurance company that's requested a reply anyway.

The surgery has never let me down and I've been using it almost all my life. Always able to get an appointment, doctors are always understanding and seem to care. Yes the phone lines can be busy, and yes some things have changed regarding how you access the facilities, but if anything it makes things easier not having to sit waiting on the phone for ages, so easy to submit a request online. I dont have to take up an appointment for my prescriptions anymore, freeing up more time for others who need it. Receptionists are helpful, straightforward and knowledgeable.

Absolute waste of time , constantly trying to get through to them on the phone and all you get is a message saying due to staff shortages. The E consult system they have kept in place since Covid is a joke to complete. And they shut it off when they feel they have filled their quota so you can’t even get in this way. How they manage to keep patients is beyond me. The management of the practice need a serious looking at. The staff are not helpful when you finally get through they just advise you to try the next day. STRONGLY RECOMMEND LOOKING FOR A BETTER SURGERY USE AS A LAST RESORT.

I’ve been at this doctors since I was born and both of my children aged 4 &12 are also registered. Trying to get an appointment is so draining, I had to do an E consult for 12 yr old to be told we will have a telephone call 5days later, A week on and had to do another E consult as he’s got worse and now gained a temp. Now there saying we can go a different doctors tomorrow! Why is this doctors taking on patients when they can’t even see the ones they have! What a joke !

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. The service is absolutely shocking. Nobody wants to take responsibility for anything. There is no rush, no willingness to go the extra mile, even when they have made mistakes time and time again. Receptionists are friendly. However, that isn't enough. Their friendliness doesn't account for the lack of professionalism and efficiency.

My 85 year Dad is registered here and came to spend Xmas with us in Devon he forgot his medication ( he has 6 tablets for a heart problem) i rang the surgery and the receptionist was excellent very helpful and within an hour his prescription was sent to to our local pharmacy from us to collect for him. Thank you so much as he was so stressed . I also work for the NHS and this comes as no surprise to me but still very worthy of a thank you.

I've given a 5 star for the receptionist karen I spoke to this morning by far the best receptionist there. Previous receptionist a young girl was very rude when I visited the surgery last month rolling her eyes when I was making enquiries if i had spoken to her it would have been a one star. As a nhs nurse I found this unacceptable for delivering a gold standard service to the public. However my most recent experience was good..

Great practice with lovely staff who are always happy to help. I have 3 Children so I’m constantly contacting the practice to discuss various illnesses/ailments…! Plus my own! Messages and requests are usually picked up the same day. Can’t ask for more. All the doctors and nurses are lovely especially Dr Wong and Hayley Lovely people. Thank you everyone :)

Im not a great lover of going to the Doctors and im sure that most people feel the same , nerves and anticipation put me on edge and "white coat syndronre" kicks in immediatly . After a long over due visit today i was welcomed by a young Doctor with a huge smile who made me feel very much at ease , i wont be nearly as conserned to return in a few weeks time .Great bedside manner . Thank you . All staff friendly and proffesional. 5 stars from me .
