I visited your place for a funeral , the room was warm and comfortable and All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and helped me out with anything that I required from helping me to purchase a pizza ' big up to Michelle 😊👍' down to the ladie who helped me to sort out my wardrobe for the day ' as I needed a little help in choosing myself feeling good on such a sad day !' And the the manager who had the toothpaste that I'd forgotten to pack and I'd advised where to get the best burgers in Yorkshire ' Aurthers Café and Rumpus ' a must when in the Huddersfield area! Anyway thanks for everything that you provided, as working in the hospitality industry I know just how hard you guys and girls work without any praise ! Well trust me you get 100% Thanks once again M@X. Room 15 😊 Stay safe .

Why put families with young children upstairs. Young children naturally run about because they are excited. All night and early morning we had to listen to constant running about. We all woke up feeling tired and not rested. Common sence is to place families with young ones, on the ground floor.

Where to start. Inconvenience of having to book a table for breakfast or dinner at the pub next door for food. Nothing else within vicinity. Ontop the small electric radiator in my room was broken. Was not impressed.

We stayed here to visit the nearby Black Sheep wool shop. Parking is important for us and there was plenty. If you are familiar with Premier Inns you will know the standard to expect. For us it was perfect. We will use this as a stop off to break trips further north in the future.

Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are a bit older compared to most of the newer Premier Inns but very well cleaned. No Aircon but you can open windows if it gets too warm in the rooms and an electric heating in the rooms if you want a warm room. 20min. From Liverpool city centre so if you don't mind driving this is a great location with a lovely pub next door.

Lovely staff. Nice and quiet hotel. Only problem. Visiting customers park in the hotel car park especially the disabled with no badge.

What a welcome, staff very pleasant upon arrival. Room is a great size, and looks so clean and smells fresh.

Beds were good and clean. Rooms was clean and well presented. Blackout curtains helped too. A basic reception into the building, but the adjacent pub and breakfast area were great. Decent menu for dinner and meals and the breakfast staff were great and friendly. The service and range of items on the menu were good and well presented. Shame that the Vege sausages and bubble and squeak were both not available on both mornings I stayed there. How is that possible for 2 days in a row, and limiting the vegetarian range?

Well we got in around 21:00 so not much time to do anything so we started to get ready to go and sleep to our horror we found bits of some black stuff on the sheet and duvet now both my wife and I were in our pajamas and really not in the mood to have someone faff in our room so we ended up stripping down the bed and cleaning off our self very unsettling

Very tired looking room needs an upgrade, smelt damp and room was cold despite trying to turn the heating up it kept deferring back to 18 degrees, we paid £95 for the room which really wasn't worth it! Paid 9.99 each for breakfast which wasn't worth it either no orange juice, toaster took forever to brown the bread, ingredients of full breakfast poor quality but I'm not surprised as it was at the Swan adjacent to the travel inn, won't be staying again, not value for money wished I had gone to a travel lodge!!

From our initial welcome, to saying goodbye at the end of our stay, the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic and were always there to help out if we needed anything at all. Rooms were big and super comfortable. And the location was perfect for our stay. Will definitely be back when we are next down in the area.

It is one of the most rundown premier inn's ive stayed in. The bathroom has mould all over the ceiling, and the chromed fixtures are peeling. The room smells of damp, and there is a damp patch in the corner of the wall. There are stains on the bed sheet. This hotel is such poor quality and in desperate need of modernisation a complete overhaul. The on-site pub, The Swan, served a very nice Christmas turkey dinner, although the poor waiter was on his own and rushed off his feet. Despite this, my meal arrived in a timely manner ...i give 5🌠 to the swan pub and 0🌠 to the premier inn. There is another premier inn near Warrington that is far better than this one.

I’ve been having a very difficult evening finding a place to stay for the night and as soon as I got here and spoke to Michelle all of my problems have disappeared. After my boss booked me into the wrong place she had my booking moved, got me a table in the Swan and basically made my evening. I’m very grateful.

Great pub next to the premier inn. The Christmas decorations looks really nice plus the gorgeous real fire.

Handy for exploring Manchester & Warrington area, about 25 mins from Manchester. Clean and comfy.

One of the chain, as expected. Did not expect to climb stairs to a ground floor room, and expected the equipment in the room to be working. Pleasent lady when we checked in, but did not expect to be moaned at by the chap when we checked out! Good placement, Chef & Brewer The Swan adjacent very good.

We like the Premier Inn and attached pub restaurant. In hot weather the noise of people leaving about 11.20pm and the hourly chimes from the adjacent church can be a bit much.

Nic on front desk made us very welcome from the beginning of our stay. She was very helpful giving us advice about the weekend of music that was happening close by and other points of interest in the area. We could see that the hotel was very busy, as the staff were working so hard. On entering our room, it smelt clean & fresh. There was no aroma of the past guests, that we’ve noticed in other hotels. The room was clean & stocked well with tea/coffee/towels. The lady who I passed on the corridor who was cleaning other rooms, took time to check if everything was okay with our room & was there anything else we needed. I couldn’t praise all the staff higher, but especially thank you to Nic & Kara ( Nic told me the lady’s name), for making our stay so comfortable.

Great staff always very helpful, been coming here for years on work trips. Great location for me but it is looking its age and the newer hotels really emphasis this, come on Premier Inn get it upgraded and this would be 5 star review.

Receptionist on check-in was fantastic. Room had a broken toilet seat and mould on the tile grouting. When my wife mentioned this to the receptionist on checkout, she (receptionist) became rather angry. Not very professional. My wife only mentioned it so it could be put right for next guests.

Brilliant clean rooms to start with but why are the rooms not cleaned everyday? I've asked a few times but Premier inn never answer me. Every hotel I stay in (and I stay in a lot) are cleaning rooms daily without the need to request this, so much so I do ask the office when booking my hotels if there are any other hotels available.

Lovely staff. Clean, comfortable and what I'd hope for with a Premier Inn. Easy.

Great place to stay pretty quite. Food next door at Swan stake house absolutely fabulous.

The 3 star are mainly down to the ageing of the place, no power by the bed, poor sound proofing ( could hear people upstairs) but I must say the lady on the front desk was lovely and polite, also the pub does brilliant food. Come on Premier Inn, it's time for a complete heavy refit!!

Very convenient location for us. Bathroom looking a bit tired. Excellent pub next door.

The bed smelt damp, but the room was generally clean and tidy. Unfortunately my car was hit in the car park and that kind person decided to drive off and not report it. Not the hotels fault, just a warning as every lamppost in the car park was bent where somebody had driven into them.

Very comfortable place to stay for a night to break up a long journey. Excellent breakfast provided just round the corner in the Brewers Fayre. Friendly staff in the hotel. Would definitely book again.

Lumpy pillow, mouldy ceiling in the bathroom, broken light fitting, no power next to the beds, it's summer but the room was 25 degrees all night. The fan did help keeping it cool, the reception were really nice and attempted but couldn't fix the light. The attached restaurant in the pub had really good food and is really popular, to the extent that they insist that you book with them as well as through the hotel. Again staff in the pub were awesome and helpful, food was great but the plates and cutlery were consistently dirty. Little things which took the edge off the quality.
