Unfortunately this place was very quiet. The four staff seemed very busy and waiting 10 minutes for one black Americano seemed a bit long. Drank inside and even when nobody was asking for coffee none of the staff cleared the tables. Just needed better staff.

Clean but food expensive. We were only given a small wooden knife which did not cut through toastie at all. Comfy seats taken up with people on computers,not eating anything. Music too loud.

A very good drive in compared to others I have visited. Have visited several times and always had a great cup of coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

First time I have been to a Starbucks for years Over priced and they charge you on top of the prices for a cup to hold your drink. Shocking.they don't tell you that until you pay. I also dislike them asking for my name and proceeding to get clarity on how to say it. Was going to get cakes etc but didn't want to remortgage to buy.

Yum yum cakes! I had caramel biscuits cake it was delicious very moist and tasty. We visited sat afternoon so it was steady. We didnt wait long to be served or for our drinks. There didn't seem enough chairs to go with the tables? And one of the toilets was blocked (that's why I gave only 4 stars) However nice visit and will return in the future.

I'd give 0 if I could. Won't take cash said its because they keep being broken into. Atleast have the decency to tell the truth. So me and young daughter had to leave as they wouldn't serve us unless I paid by card. Which is wrong

I love to visit Starbucks for my morning cappuccino. The prices are very reasonable and the servers are always super helpful. It can sometimes get a little busy at my local Starbucks, but I've never had to wait more than five minutes to grab a giant cup of frothy goodness. Also, free WiFi which is nice 👌

Altogether it's a good place but all the best seating was full of people working g on thair laptops to use the free WiFi. One guy sat on his own on a couch with two chairs and another couch empty. What a waste of space. I was in there two hours waiting for my M,O,T to be done and he and others filled the spaces buying nothing .

Very clean , bright and relaxed place at this Starbucks- I visit regularly when nipping to the other shops on this retail park.

Great service. Lovely staff. Drinks are amazing especially Caramel Latte and the Lime refresher.

Wi-Fi not working and very poor reception on both my phones with 2 different phone networks. It seems like the location is in a black spot. Not very convenient if you want to come here to work for a couple of hours. Friendly staff though.

Decided to order from Uber Eats cause I didnt make it to Golden Square and the taste difference of the usual order i get was astronomical. Coffee is bitter and tastes burnt despite it being caramel latte with vanilla syrup. Waste of money. Clean ur machines and learn your staff how to make a shot of espresso or go to Golden Square for them to show u how its done properly.

Came in for a coffee while I waited for my car ordering 3 drinks one of which was a vanilla frappe with coffee no cream. I had to take my drink back twice cause each time the order was wrong. First frappe was just frozen milk no vanilla or coffee and the second one was just a coffee frappe. When the drink went back thdthird time I was met with well the vanilla frappe doesn’t come with coffee maybe I got confused and thought it came as standard. I’m well aware the drink doesn’t come with coffee which is why I ordered a vanilla frappe with coffee. What I don’t understand is why it took 3 attempts to make a drink. Staff clearly don’t listen and can’t make drinks severely unimpressed as this isn’t the first time I’ve been here and ordered the exact same drink which they also messed up that drink too. Staff attitude stinks as well mistakes happen own it instead of being rude

It's a Starbuck but it's a good one the staff always seem really helpful and the coffee is good. Some places tend to over push the blonde roast but this one is not too pushy which I really like.

Not really happy because we asked one member of staff to use our Starbucks rewards but she didn't do it. We bought lovely looks cakes with 50% discount . Young lady charged full price. Shame,but this is not first time. OK next time we needs take a receipt 🤕🤕🤕

Service was a bit slow today but staff were good and courteous

Cold AC on even when outside temperature is 15degrees cannot get it. Coffee good dependant on who is making it. Some of them do great foam some of them are lazy. Otherwise ok ish

1 star for value, no offence but is very expensive, 5 starts for taste, yes true it is tasty, but still too expensive.

Service is a little slow but can't be helped given the nature of making each individual drink. Staff are always lovely and never had any problems
