We love this place! Always book here for special occasions such as birthdays. The staff are amazing, extremely professional and very friendly and they are trained to really know their stuff. Nothing is too much trouble. Food quality is absolutely fantastic and just what you'd expect from a high class restaurant. They pride themselves on high quality local produce with a particular emphasis on local seafood. Highly recommended but make sure you book ahead as it's very popular.

The swimming pool was appalling the aircon was appalling my dad's bed was a appalling They were no sunbeds the sunbeds were appalling the swimming pool was really dirty it was like a bog at night it was like a pint of milk the staff were rude and appalling wont stay at your hotel ever ever again really bad 😡 I am furious at this hotel so bad 😡 your hotel needs to be destroyed really angry with you guys going to send Gordon ramsay to your discusting hotel 😡 really angry.

Very expensive unless visiting for afternoon menu before 1700, even then you can end up with a hefty bill. Also the £10 per person previsit deposit is over the top especially as this charged for children as well.

First visit & it was packed & extremely noisy. This made conversation difficult. The tables seemed very close together too. We decided to only order main courses as we didn't want to prolong our visit. The food came reasonably swiftly d my seafood kebab was good. My friends both had pizzas, both enjoyed them.

I visited with a friend in the week, at an evening booking. The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful- my friend is pregnant and the manager(?) offered a booth for maximum comfort. The food was delicious as I’ve come to expect from Piccolino (I was a frequent visitor of the one in Knutsford). The atmosphere near Christmas was cosy yet trendy. The lights look stunning! You know when you go to a Piccolino’s that the service is going to be good and the food delicious, and the Stockton Heath one is no different. It’s my go to when I have visitors because it’s never a let down. Will definitely visit again!

We went in and ordered a half tomato and half cheese garlic bread, bruschetta and ribs for starter. The ribs tasted very plain with no flavour and the bruschetta had no seasoning whats so ever. When my main meal came ( which was the carbonara ) it was very tasteless and the egg wasn’t nice at all. It was not your usual carbonara and they didn’t offer any cheese. The service was good and the atmosphere was good but over all the food wasn’t great. Many thanks

We have been visiting this Piccolino’s restaurant for over 5 years, and every visit has been fantastic. Staff are helpful and the food is always great. Good atmosphere within the restaurant, tables are always set well, very clean. Would highly recommend, and will continue being a returning customer in the future!

Visited a month ago with half price menu promotion. This is a good place to have dinner. Agreed with other reviewers, it is a bit noisy there. The food is excellent there. The ribeye in medium rare with smoky flavour is really great. I like it very much and will try again for the next visit. Special thanks to Artemisa for serving and helping us.

We had a lovely meal here… waiters were very pleasant and accommodating… cocktails was stunning I would recommend the French martini - for dinner we both had sea bass accompanied with sides of roasted potatoes with garlic and Rosemary 10/10 - creamy mash 10/10 - chilli and garlic broccoli 10/10 and creamed spinach 5/10 (was salty). Piccolinos can often be hit and miss but this one in particular gave us a pleasurable tea tonight … thank you
