😠 You phone spend all day till answer only to be told you have to go in. The staff are very unhelpful be amazing if could just write out a prescription when one is on antibiotics and the side effect is sunlight and can burn skin more easily. Everything seems to be hard work need more of a positive out... People often mention appointment, surgery, doctors, told, doctor, time, phone, call, staff, nurse,

A smart surgery, good doctors and nurses however, the reception staff😡. It would be unfair to say that they are all useless but I booked in early for an appointment and asked to take a seat. I was looking at the TV screen waiting for my name to pop up, the info on the screen was saying that all doctors and nurses were on schedule. Twenty minutes after my appointment time I approached the counter to see if there was a problem, only to be told that they hadn’t booked me in, however I was told that I would be seen straight as the nurse had nobody in with her. A further ten minutes passed and I stood up and told them I was leaving. A member of the office staff must have then phoned the nurse that I was due to see. Apparently they forgot to tell the nurse that they had forgotten to book me in. They should book themselves into the dementia class.

Everything seems to be hard work need more of a positive outlook on things instead of a can't do this outlook. Absolutely unacceptable service the customer is always wrong or is it these.. I Der say there will be more options on this but everytime I go in never without a cuppa at side so can find the time for that but not pen and paper. Maybe one day they will read these reviews on how to improve as a GP is only as good as the team around them !

try to get to see a doctor you need to go through 20 questions from the receptionist then they tell you to wait for a call back to see if you warrant a doctors appointment . it's a complete mess instead of just booking you appointment you have to wait for a phone call After not getting a phone you have to wait on the phone until they answer it took me over an hour to get an answer .when they answered I was in the waiting room .which was empty very poor service needs modifications to get a better service

It would be a lot better if you could book an appointment online. You can’t ever get one even if you call at 8:30am, by the time they answer it’s full. Most surgeries let you book online now, and this was possible during covid so I don’t understand, why that’s not an option now?

I find the extremely negative reviews very unfair. The staff do what they can and they have already hired additional receptionists. Warrington has been growing massively and it is hard for local NHS to keep up. And don't forget Covid. The GP implemented a very useful option where you receive a call back instead of having to hold. It can take hours to get the call, but you can just get on with your day.

A very dangerous place where you can lure mirages. Trying to make an appointment with the doctor in January, I got the answer that my doctor left for his home country and will be back in August. Three more days after the phone call, I decided to visit the clinic in person. My great surprise when my doctor walked down the hall pretending not to see me. It must have been a mirage because I don't believe that the receptionist could lie so brazenly. I think Klaus Shwab is bursting with pride.

Worst doctors in Warrington to try and get too see a doctor. Myself and my dad have tried for a month to get him an appointment, answer from them is if your unhappy go to the walk in centre in St. Helens / Widnes. APPAULING service. APPAULING care.

Would give less than one star if possible, all the receptionist are rude and think they're doctors themselves except Jackie she's fab, only one who's ever helpful. Talk blonde receptionist is the most miserable person I've ever met I've not seen her smile for the last five years. Can never get an appointment and told to go walk in or a&e which is stretched as it is so don't think they'd appreciate knowing receptionists are advising that and now my husband's at the point he can barely walk and they've been told by st Helens walk in and 111 he needs an MRI and to be seen urgently face to face and still haven't bothered to contact him he was on hold for over an hour today to be cut off absolutely useless I wouldn't let them care for my goldfish never mind a human.

Very very bad experience with this centre to have an appointment or any sort of help. I have been trying to talk on their sheduled time from exact 8.30 am and as my husband has got covid with severe chest infection,I tried flu appointment on option 3. I was on number 1 on hold and no one was answered until 8.50am. Then I have tried general enquires and stayed for hold for 9.15 am and then only they have told I am on a que above 30.!!! I feel so awful for this centre. Really really waste of time. And I am not going there anymore🙏🙏

Let's start with a good thing first. Doctors and nurses at the surgery are amazing. But the reception is a joke. I've given up bothering to get treatment now. Every time you try and get help you either get told different things or get fobbed off. Sick of bothering now. When you are ill it's bad enough. But to be then stuck behind a fire wall of wannabe doctor/nurse receptionists. Let's make this clear. My problems are personal I don't want to speak to an un-medically trained person for you to decide if you think I deserve an appointment or to speak to a doctor. Guess what that's the doctors job.

I’ve been a patient of this surgery for 25 years and I have always been a strong advocate for the surgery. I never doubted that I would receive not just good care but outstanding care. Over the past year and more recently this year specifically, I don’t feel the same. I don’t want to leave this surgery because my history is with this surgery. I would love for the surgery to get back to where they were - even though I know that the constraints to surgeries put on by the NHS/Government combined is immense, things like proper triage of patients and signposting to services quicker than they do would surely be beneficial. This year, I have struggled to get appointments, struggled to get through on the phone lines, not been signposted to services when I should have been and have been sent to a walk in centre out of town when asking for an appointment. Econsults can be closed after 10 minutes of being open. I am an occasional user (3 or 4 times a year) but have been in need more this year due to physical health - unfortunately, I haven’t had the service I needed when I needed it.

Disappointed to read some of the other reviews, often find if you are polite and considerate its met with the same from others. We should say thank you for staying open and working supporting people with health concerns at an unprecedented time. The staff and doctors having their own families safety no doubt in mind whilst they helped ours. I find the staff polite, considerate and professional and the doctors excellent.

the worst clinic, no possibility to register for an urgent visit, you can never call the patient after hospitalization, they are left unattended.
