    If I could give the customer service in this place less than 1 star I would. On the 11th May my Dad and I visited here at around 7:40pm. I work in hospitality and understand that customers coming in right before closing can be very irritating, however we entered 20 minutes before the store closed. If it was too much trouble, we would of preferred to have been told to try somewhere else for food instead of being given the poor, rude customer service the man behind the counter gave us. My Dad and I haven’t been to subway in a while so when we arrived we were reading the menu for a couple of minutes. The man that served us on our visit made both me and my Dad feel extremely uncomfortable. He was abrupt and passive aggressive. His approach took me aback, because he should not be working in customer service. He was impatient, and it seemed like a big inconvenience to ask him for anything. He was obviously very annoyed at my Dad and I for coming in as my portion of crinkle wedges included about 5 pieces? Neither of us will be returning😃

    One of the people who served me and my friend was OK. Although he gave her a foot long when she asked for a 6 inch. My main gripe was with the women who did the salad and the checkout. Her communication skills where poor, as she mumbled alot. That on top of giving me a face of thunder.🤨 This subway just can't seem to get it right in recent years.

    They have changed the policy after over a decade such that you are limited to only a few salad/veg items. One used to be able to select whatever they wanted - insane they would remove this. Really poor especially considering you’re spending almost £9 for a sandwich.

    Don't know their own menu, refused to make wrap as wanted as they stated they don't do it despite it being on their menu. Very rude, made my partner upset. Will be going to different subway in the future.

    Just ordered uber eats. Sent a 6 inch instead of footlong and missed 3 cookies off the order. Employees struggle to read a very simple receipt, pay peanuts you get monkeys I suppose.

    Gets busy but that's a good sign!! Had a few things my grandson also likes their kids choices....if you download their app you earn points too....double points til end Jan 24.... Entrance for a wheelchair n public toilets ,usually spend 45 mins depending on our meal,can also order from the app ( follow info on how )to collect or sit in ,just go to front of queue if ordered on app...

    Visited on sunday the 18/09/22 served by a lovely young girl my only issue was then speed of service it was explained to me by the male member of staff that they were really short staff I can't fault them for it they we both helpful however however is running it need to get more staff

    I met a lovely young women today as I came in for a 6 inch sub. Nice and fast service no fuss and she complimented me on my outfit which made my day. Great start to the day and amazing way to sell food. Her recommendations were well educated thank you very much

    Ordered a click and collect which got told was ready to collect and when I got there it wasn’t, the girl who served me looked around for a good few minutes before asking other staff who said oh we’ve been too busy to even start it. Fair enough it was busy but staff don’t seem to know what they are doing. Maybe some training needed? She then found the receipt and started to make them slowly. Assumed I’d be given the right sandwiches and headed off. When I got back to work and opened them was greeted with one correct sandwich and then this mess. See picture. Ordered a coronation chicken with red onion and mustard sauce. Clearly not this. It looked grim. Service is poor. They can’t get orders right and then they said they’d given me free cookies to make up for it but they never. This store needs sorting out and turning around. Constantly advertising for staff and you can kind to see why.

    Nice to have Subway in Birchwood. Staff always friendly and approachable. Would be 5 stars but Unfortunately it is never clean.
