Great food great atmosphere amazing staff

Very disappointing. Very rude customer service. My friend ordered a philly cheese steak and she paid for extra steak. Upon receiving food there was no extra steak. When politely asking if this was the extra, the waitress replied Rudely with " I don't know, I didn't cook the food". we left before finishing our food as we felt uncomfortable. There was also an older couple seated next to us who did not own a phone. They had to order manually and not via the phone system. The waitress then told them rudely " it is 2022 get a phone"

A fun place that delivers as promised. A burger joint basically that is popular for a reason. Food is tasty and well prepared with a good range of cocktails and huge milkshakes for the kids. Tables well spaced so no need to shout to be heard over others conversations. Relaxed atmosphere. Great choice for families and groups looking to catch up or come as a couple.

Enjoyed having our family dinner at Lady Vandeburg during the Christmas break. It is possibly one of the best family friendly restaurants in Warrnambool. Their burgers and sides were simply delicious. Enjoyed the ambiance, their efficient service and the beautiful decor ( the use/combination of black and golden colours is refreshingly unique).

Disappointed with our bad experience here after hearing good reviews. The whole experience was unpleasant but low lights listed below: Chips undercooked/not crispy, companion even had chips that were still partially frozen in the middle Cocktail ordered definitely wasn't a full measure. Cheeseburger fries had a 4 small slices of pickle, when I asked if it's possible to get more I was rudely told I could have more for extra charge. Burger was hard, tasteless and clearly highly processed. See photos attached. Not once did any staff check to see if we were enjoying our meal, not even when we left. I suspect they 're coasting on being allergy friendly and being perhaps unique in a small town, but I'd rather spend my money on better food and service - they should take some tips from next door, Red Spoon Thai, where we had excellent, friendly service and allergy -friendly food to boot. We certainly won't be back.

We used to be regulars here, but the last few times we’ve had sloppy burgers, cold chips, burnt onion rings, and even the cauliflower bites which were our favourite, tasted different. I’m not sure why we’ve had this experience, but it’s definitely put us off eating here again unfortunately.

I never ever leave reviews but this place deserves a 50000 star review. I came here for a birthday party and my sister who has Tourette’s was anxious so we called ahead to explain and the staff here went OUT of their way to turn the music down, put food in takeaway containers for safety, getting plastic cutlery and cups and double checking with food preferences, and just being so so so accommodating and doing there best to make sure that we didn’t feel like a bother. No one has ever gone to this much trouble to do everything they can to make the day good. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help! I will be coming back as many times as I can ❤️ ❤️

Ordered x2 deserts via the QR code just to be told 20 minutes later that they are out of stock of pretty much everything on the menu. Got a cash refund but still had to pay card surcharge. This place used to be a great spot however service seems to have gone incredibly down hill.

Lovely artwork and atmosphere. Prompt service, classic burger joint. Fully loaded.

Food was great service was prompt, atmosphere was flat, not many people in the restaurant. The chocolate lovers espresso Martini was DELICIOUS.

Decided to take my lovie out for a nice meal at this local dine-in establishment we found. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Service rating 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. And the food, omg, so fattening... but so so yummy. They customised my order to the way I like it without any issues. 😋🤤🍔🍟🥤

50 cent wings on Sunday (All Day) - best deal ever for great tasting wings. Three different flavours each week. Eat til you drop. Order the grilled corn as well - so good! Staff are super friendly and really make your meal an enjoyable experience.

Excellent place. This is the third time we go to this place for hamburgers. The meet is delicious and the fries regular no very grassy. In general the price os very reasonable and affordable however I don't lime to pay $1 for a small amount of tomato sauce or mustard. The vanilla milkshake very yummy as well

Highly recommended for the burgers and cocktails, plenty of gluten free options and must also compliment the trendy aesthetic of the place too. However please get some hard copy menus, I brought my family here to try the burgers and some people ordered the shun bun by accident using the iPad/phone! All of our reception was terrible so this would avoid mistakes like this occurring in future.

Really disappointed ordered dessert and coffees for 2. First dessert and drink came normal time you would expect but my coffee came much later and they obviously forgot my dessert so when so few people at restaurant to not bring out 2 simple orders together let alone huge wait for dessert long wait so coffee would be cold to have with it terribly disappointing

Regularly get takeaway here. Always arrives within an hour. Which is better than most delivery services. The fact I can get a cocktail delivered with my dinner also definitely earns them a 6th star.

Big thick juicy burgers! Highly recommended spot for lunch or dinner. A more upmarket burger shop than the norm with the taste to back it up. Burgers are curated and presented with style and packed with flavour. Great sides and cocktails on hand as well.

Many gluten free option!! 😊 So happy about donuts. We asked about gf and df option from their menu. Apparently the web menu was wrong but they changed it immediately and that was amazing!!

Burger was pretty good, however, waiting, half an hour for dessert some cold doughnut sticks that would’ve been much better had they have been fresh and hot

As GF eaters, we were excited to eat here as they have so many gluten free foods! The wait staff were lovely, explained the ordering system on Mr Yum or we could order through them. Drinks were tasty. Sadly we didn't find the food meet the expectations of what we had been told. The pork belly, halloumi and Mac n cheese were bland. Jalapeno poppers had no heat (spice) at all. Frickles seemed overdone. But the GF Doughnut Fries with Nutella and strawberries were delicious. And the apple sauce with the pork belly was great. Admittedly, we did not try the burgers, but they did look amazing (happily come back to try).

So many options we didn't know where to start! Pork Belly bites were delicious and the cocktails were so good! Super friendly service and a funky atmosphere. Definitely want to come back to try the desserts!

Food is fantastic but website is absolutely horrible! Really turns you off from wanting to order, food always tastes fantastic but the website needs work asap! Logs you out, doesn’t take your order properly, it’s a big mood killer. No hate at all.

Came one night for food and just had to come back the next night for dessert and cocktails! Food caters to vegetarians and meat lovers with gluten free options. Most creative cocktail list I have come across, highly recommend to anyone visiting Warrnambool.
