A very nice lookout with plenty of parking. There are some easy trail walks to get to beautiful vantage points to see the sunset or take in nature. There are a lot of birds to see and seals from the lookouts. The ocean gives off a beautiful blue colour and is amazing to see.

Gorgeous views of a cliffy coastline and a perfect sunset. It's easily accessible via a large carpark. I recommend walking from Thunder Point via Pickering Point to Stingray Bay. It's an easy walk with some of the best views in Victoria.

I loved this place and all the trails it has, some trails are not super easy to follow which only makes it more adventurous and exciting. The contrast of limestone, vegetation and deep blue is astonishing! There's some shallow waters to dip the legs too, swimming is not recommended..loved that it was dog friendly!!

Love the views from thunder point. Look out area well maintained. Off the left you can look back onto the breakwater area, middle Island and to the right on a clear day portfairy, Shelly Beach area and cliff edges.

The weather was part sunny and part drifting drizzle on the wind, so I'm not surprised we saw only a few gulls. But the views are majestic, and there was a coffee van set up. It's a lovely place to sight see along with the other coastal stops in the area.

Stunning views and nice walking track It was windy when I was there but I have been other times and spent a fair bit of time enjoying the natural surroundings learning about its history and enjoying the fresh ocean air.

Located 3 hours drive from the city and need to take a short walk from the car park to reach to this place. Just amazing. A bit windy but worth visiting if you ever visit Warrnambool. The sea has high tides. And the color of the blue sea is so beautiful

It was an okay view but you really need to be there at sunset or sunrise in summer there is also a hike it’s not very long it takes about five minutes

Excellent parking at Thunder Point overlooking the rocks and the sea. We walked about 20 minutes to Squeaky Beach which was great. Tiny little shells on the sand caused the surface to squeak. Unusual.
