arrogant!
Was
told
after
my
purchase
that
I
cannot
have
a
refund
nor
swap
size
if
items
purchased
doesn't
fit
because
it's
clearance
sale
item.
Understood
that
but
this
is
illegal
when
on
docket
it
printed
RIVERS
are
happy
to
provide
an
exchange
or
credit
note
within
30
days.
I
went
back
RIVERS
again
later
to
purchase
more
but
when
this
same
server
saw
me,
immediately
she
assumed
I
was
going
to
swap
size
on
my
earlier
purchase
and
was
talking
garbage
to
another
server
saying
she
will
deal
with
me
before
she
head
off
for
her
coffee
break.
i
heard
every
single
word
she
was
saying
about
me
trying
to
get
an
exchange
swapping
size.
Do
not
assume
or
judging..!!
Be
polite
to
every
customer..
I
was
actually
buying
more
and
not
returning
any
items.
Her
customer
service
or
racist
attitude
is
totally
unacceptable.....First
thing
she
mentioned
to
me
when
I
was
queueing
up
to
pay
is
I
am
not
allowed
"any
refunds
and
no
swap"
either.
Does
she
even
realise
that
I
am
not
here
for
a
refund
but
to
pay
for
my
new
items.
How
embarrassing
for
her.
She
went
dumb
quiet
and
walk
away
without
any
apologies.
Thank
you
for
being
such
A
smartarse!!
