I had a quite complicated orthodontic case, before starting the treatment I did a lot of research on traditional treatment and Invisalign, I visited probably 5 orthodontists, some of them treated me with traditional methods, some with aligners. In retrospect, the Invisalign system turned out to be a hit. During the pandemic, it was not possible to easily conduct stationary visits, and then the scanning system and variable plates turned out to be a godsend. Other non-orthodontic services are also at a high level.

From the very beginning I was surrounded by professional "care". Doctor, nice, friendly and always smiling. The entire clinic is very clean and hygienic. Ladies at the reception, nice and friendly. When I look at the video showing the progress of changing my bite, I cannot hide my great emotion. The price is worth this metamorphosis.

My son is undergoing treatment with overlays. We are extremely pleased with the results and the staff who are able to advise professionally

The clinic was recommended to me by a friend from work and it was a very good recommendation. Professional staff and a very nice/human atmosphere :) Personally, I am very satisfied with the entire treatment process.

I had a similar situation to Magdalena - I was treated in advance, my question was assessed in an arrogant way, assessing my choice. According to the price list, prices are definitely higher than in renowned clinics in Warsaw. The receptionist independently makes decisions in matters regarding which consultations with a medical professional are requested. I don't recommend it.

I have been using the services for over 2 years and I am very satisfied. The employees were very nice and the teeth were straightened without any problems. I highly recommend it!

Today I had the unpleasant experience of talking to the receptionist of this company. I highly do not recommend it. I have never experienced such treatment of another human being. The receptionist told me to hang up, she didn't answer my husband's phone calls and told me I had to return the money because I hadn't been to the appointment. When I asked for her name and pointed it out, she just laughed. I would like to congratulate the employee, Dr. Weronika Wierusz-Hajdacka. And I called today for the first time and wanted to use the services. Besides, visit no. 1 based on the photos I took and sent was a joke. I am reporting the matter to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. This cannot be left like this. It's a shame that such people work in such places, no respect for other people. Moja historia z ortodoncja zaczęła się jeszcze jak byłam dzieckiem . Pierwszy był aparat ruchomy , potem ponad 3-letnie leczenie metalowym aparatem stałym. O ile pierwsze leczenie przyniosło marny rezultat , drugie było bardziej skuteczne , ale trwało bardzo długo , było często bardzo bolesne i niekomfortowe . Niestety , po zdjeciu aparatu nie uświadomiono mnie jak ważna jest retencja i jak powinnam postępować , żeby utrzymać efekt . Zdjęto mi aparat i tyle . Nikogo dalej nic nie obchodziło . W związki z tym , zęby dość szybko „ wrocily” na swoje miejsce, a może nawet wyglądały gorzej . Zdecydowałam się na ponowne leczenie , ale nie wyobrażałam sobie noszenia „ drutów” po raz kolejny. Dowiedziałam się o metodzie invisalign i od razu zapragnęłam spróbować . Nie było to jednak takie proste , byłam na kilku konsultacjach , ale różne były opinie min .ze z moja wada będzie ciężko , ze może inna metoda . Przy kolejnej wizycie profilaktycznej u mojego stomatologa dostałam kontakt do kliniki Pani Weroniki , umówiłam się , wcale nie musiałam czekać jakoś długo na konsultacje. Po pierwszej wizycie już wiedziałam , ze tu zostaje . Już od samego wejścia wszyscy są mili , pomocni i na najwyższym poziomie . Dr Weronika jest spokojna , rzeczowa , profesjonalna , pełna empatii i wiedzy. Sprawnie zaplanowała leczenie , a efekty były dokładnie takie jak się umówiłyśmy w dokładnie takim czasie jak powiedziała . Pani Kasia - asystentka , cudowna osoba , również znająca się na rzeczy, bardzo życzliwa , pomocna i profesjonalna . Samo miejsce jest kameralne , żadnych opóźnień , wszystko zgodnie z planem zawsze. Kontakt telefoniczny nie wypadł najlepiej z uwagi na nowo zatrudnioną osobę, która nie do końca wiedziała jak się zachować w kontakcie z klientem. Jednak pracownikom Kliniki bardzo zależy na jak najlepszych relacjach i za zaistniałą sytuację otrzymałam przeprosiny. Wywarło to na mnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenie i zdecydowałam się umówić na diagnostykę. Pierwsza osobista już wizyta przebiegła w przyjaznej atmosferze a panie z recepcji oraz pani koordynator leczenia chętnie i szczegółowo udzielały odpowiedzi na wszelkie pytania. Na tę chwilę polecam to miejsce choć jeszcze nie mogę się wypowiedzieć na temat leczenia.

Rewelacyjne miejsce! Moje leczenie ortodontyczne przebiegło bez żadnych niemiłych niespodzianek. Kontakt przez aplikację to świetna sprawa :) Pani Patrycja była bardzo cierpliwa i szybko odpowiadała na zadawane pytania. Przez cały czas leczenia czułem, że pozostaję w rękach specjalistów. Polecam!

Serdecznie polecam!!! Rzeczowa i profesjonala konsultacja, wszystko w terminie i zgodnie z ustaleniami. Leczenie pod okiem Pani dr Weroniki Wierusz-Hajdackej metodą invisilign, przebiegło bez problemów, a efekt końcowy robi wrażenie. Jestem właśnie po leczeniu nakładkami Invisalign. Byłam pod opieką dr Wierusz i oczywiście niezastąpionej Pani Marzenki ( złota kobieta :) ). Leczenie oraz opiekę oceniam 5/5. W każdej sytuacji był kontakt po stronie kliniki. Czułam się zaopiekowana pod każdym względem, a ponadto mogłam na bieżąco sprawdzać swoje postępy dzięki aplikacji DentalMonitoring. Ogromnym plusem było to, że nie musiałam zjawiać się fizycznie w klinice za często, ponieważ większość etapów leczenia odbywało się online. Z całego serca polecam te miejsce :)

POLECAM Jeżeli zastanawiasz się nad nakładkami i szukasz odpowiedniego punktu, to Centrum Nowoczesnej Ortodoncji jest właśnie idealnym miejscem. Przede wszystkim zależało mi na profesjonalnym podejściu do klienta podczas leczenia jak i po leczeniu. Pierwsza wstępna wizyta, wszystko przedstawione i wytłumaczone od A do Z, jak to wszystko wygląda z leczeniem. W trakcie leczenia Opiekun i Pani Doktor cały czas nadzorowała postępy i wskazywała wszystkie ważne elementy do poprawy, jak np gdzie trzeba dogryzać specjalną gumke, aby nakładki bardziej przylegały do zębów. Kontakt bezproblemowy. Wszyscy w CNOrto bardzo mili i pomocni. Wszystko na plus. Leczenie już kończe i jestem bardzo zadowolona z efektów, niemożliwe jest możliwe 😊😊😊

Polecam. Również dla dzieci. Syn bardzo chętnie nosił nakładki i nie sprawiało mu to dużego dyskomfortu. Nie było ukrytych dodatkowych kosztów. Dr. ustaliła plan leczenia i wszystko przebiegało zgodnie z tym planem. Pełen profesjonalizm 👍

When it comes to orthodontist services, Dr. W. Wierusz-Hajdacka and the oral surgeon Dr. M. Zmorzyński are definitely the highest level - I highly, highly recommend them. However, the dentist in my case, Dr. A.Dąbrowicz is a misunderstanding - twice you had to wait 30 minutes longer for an appointment. This dentist's prices are simply astronomical. During the first visit, the doctor took care of the upper seventh tooth, which is the largest defect. After the first visit, the tooth still hurt, so I made an appointment again - I thought that the tooth would be done as part of, let's say, a complaint - and it wasn't another PLN 630 (during the second visit, the lower third was also done)... The doctor said that maybe this was the case after all. the tooth needs root canal treatment - sorry - I think you should order a panoramic radiograph first and not rebuild the tooth for PLN 770 and then have it treated with a root canal as a last resort. I do not recommend this dentist.

The treatment was very quick, pleasant (because I could eat anything) and effective with the aligners. I always had contact with the doctor via the application and I received a quick answer :) I received everything I needed for the treatment, i.e. a set of overlays, a set for cleaning them if they became more discolored, instructions, boxes for the previous pair of overlays and, of course, a scanning set teeth, which is connected to the application. Thanks to this, I could see progress after each scan! After each visit, I received instructions if anything had changed and I had good contact with the doctor if I had any further doubts. Once there was a small problem with the aligners, but everything could be fixed without any problems, they even said that if anything happened, I could come to the office. I didn't know that dental treatment could be quite a pleasant experience. Thank you very much for taking care of my teeth and providing such nice service ❤️

This is felt from the first moments of contact - from the registrars, through the first online consultations (at a high level - the highest quality in terms of technical and interpersonal aspects). No questions are left unanswered, all information, course of treatment, fees - are explained in a clear and understandable way. The daughter's treatment was virtually unattended as far as parental support was concerned. She could ask the coordinator of her treatment process about everything she needed to know, what she was worried about, via the application. The application itself is great, easy to use and very modern. The child was satisfied, although the treatment required her involvement, she willingly performed all the indicated activities. The additional aesthetic appearance of treatment supplies, including packaging, was helpful. I am delighted with the level of services of this place. I hope that more companies (not only in the field of orthodontics) will make efforts to ensure that patient/customer service looks at least similar. I highly recommend it. The best money ever spent.
