A bistro with very well made dishes around their cheeses. I really enjoyed the salad with 4 kinds of cheese, fresh fruits and nuts. The tagliatelle with black truffle was a very good but somewhat heavy dish. The duck leg was good but I would prefer it to be more tender. The bolotus mushrooms were delicious. As for the dessert we tried the white chocolate cheesecake with caramel sauce, I was expecting it to be more creamy, but instead it was a bit crumbly. It's a nice restaurant for a modern fusion of French, Italian and Polish cuisine. I would recommend it

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! We came back twice in a row in 4 days. Every dish was excellent! Desserts were not too sweet and very good. Fondue and lamb confit was delicious too but my favorite dish would be the pierogi which was a very fine dish!

Beyond 5 stars for this restaurant. Absolutely amazing! I ordered at home the cheese soup (and I had no idea this was one of their most popular dishes) it was heavenly. Very creamy & perfect combo of cheese, baked potato, roasted cashew nuts and grapes. Edit: Second time I went for dine-in and it was lovely too, we also had the cheese wheel pasta 100/100!

The tastiest place in Warszawa! We tried dumplings (varenyky), duck, fondue, shrimps salad and tiramisu, and everything was very tasty! dishes where there is a lot of cheese (like soup, fondue or souse to shrimps) are rather salty, but other are not at all. Service is also very nice! Highly recommend

Great Christmas spirit especially for a mulled wine! Presentation is great 😊 and taste is perfect. They got choice between red and white wine, which we always appreciate. It is beautifully served with a Christmas sweet and a piece of the cheese sell - was so good, couldn't stop from getting out with another piece of it. Highly recommended for a tasty and comfortable stop during Christmas shopping on Warsaw's main street.

I am sure that this is the best cheese restaurant in Warsaw (and possibly the only one). Great food based on cheese or meat/fish/pasta with cheese sauce. Excellent service and good old Polish oldies played in the background. I forgot to mention a nice choice of homemade liqueurs from Polish berries. I'll taste them next time.

Amazing. We loved everything so much we went twice in a four day visit. We had Cheese fondeau, onion soup and tagliatelle with black truffle. The beer and wine were fabulous and the apple pie delightful.

A complete surprise.. a high-class bistro. I ordered onion soup. It was excellent, only that I think it should have been cooked for less time. For a main course I ordered a beef cheek which was simply excellent! 5 out of 5!

A nice place on the street Nowy swiat! Cheese is the theme. Service minded and friendly staff! The dishes are experienced in the smaller size but tasty! The raw beef was served sophisticatedly with a nice quirky touch! The prices in the higher segment, but still reasonable!

The food was amazing, they had probably the best beef tartar I've ever eaten. We came here to eat two times during our stay in Warsaw and left happy both times. Also the service was super friendly and professional.

I ordered the popular pasta served from Bursztyn cheese. It was really disappointing. The waiter didn't light up the cheese before putting our pasta ( but she did for other customers). The pasta was not al dente and the proportion of the ingredients was not balanced (way too much smietana). We also ordered a tartare and a cheese cake and those two were good.

This beautiful bistro restaurant was suggested to us by a Polish friend. And it was really worth the visit. Very beautiful decoration, smiling waitress and great food. The menu is a small one but with great choices. The pierogi were great. We tried many dishes and everything was great. The tagliatelle with black truffle was one of the best choices. The cheese soup was also great. I would suggest adding some more lettuce in the salad (which was really tasty). The prosecco was also a very good one. We didn't try the desserts since we were all full. I would also suggest the cheese plateau which was very tasty. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

The food was excellent, but our waiter (with brown hair) didn't look in the eyes when she spoke to us and seemed little cold. We didn't feel welcome. She didn't either understand English more than "yes" and "thank you" and forgot some of our orders which was frustrating. When we were leaving the other waiter (blonde) was friendly and helpful when we bought cheeses. If she had been our waiter for the evening, it would have been such a wonderful evening! As I said, the food was awesome.

Exceptional food and service. They went above and beyond to make our party of 3 a special 40th birthday experience. Great place for foodies where you can not only taste delicious creations but hear a little history behind each dish and drink. Need to visit if you are ever in Warsaw!

Such an amazing place opened in 2019 just before the pandemic. They survived and now thrive due to an excellent selection of Polish cheese, Polish liquors, great food and great service. If you look for a place serving Polish cuisine then this is the perfect spot offering dishes in which Polish cheese plays a major role. There are three cheeses to choose from - Bursztyn, Rubin and Szafir. Each of them containing distinctive traits. It’s simply amazing that these cheeses and this place are yet undiscovered. Absolute recommendation! Try 'poliki wołowe' (beef cheeks) and simply enjoy awe. This place also is culturally-conscious so expect lots of references to revered Polish poet Bolesław Leśmian who lived in the Nowy Świat building under the number 37. “A nowhere sailing golden boat, A lilac shore – and my dismay. Let’s glide in tandem, like two ships, Not looking at the gleaming floor.” excerpt from ‘Tango’ by Bolesław Leśmian

Nice (and expensive) place. Food is delicious, at least the food we ordered. Pasta with truffle was good, but still a bit overpriced, I guess. The preparation of the pasta was a little show by the side of the table, one could see how the pasta is being mixed with various ingredients. The food is fine, but (in my opinion ) not that special to keep such high prices. Anyway, it is a restaurant we might come back for a special occasion. Atmosphere is casual, people were dressed in a casual way. The main drawback is the fact that tables are placed too close to each other, so you can hear people talking very loud around you, and sometimes you hear them better than your partner.

All dishes we tried (pasta with truffles, pasta with mushrooms, onion soup, cheese soup) were amazing. Cheese soup is on the picture. It deserves 10 stars out of 5! Lemonades were also great!

Amazing food and service. Cheese potato soup, lamb shank and pasta made in a wheel of cheese were great, the waiter was very helpful and provided good drink suggestions, would recommend for the lovers of high quality cheese.

Great service and delicious food. Specialty of this bistro is polish mature cheese Burzctyn, almost each dish from the menu contains this luscious cheese. I took cheese soup and duck. Both were fantastic. Highly recommended this place.
