Pani wielce naburmuszona, zero interakcji z klientem, tylko chodzenie i poprawianie oglądanych przeze mnie rzeczy…sugeruje to, że klientka wchodząca do sklepu i chcąca zapoznać się z cenami i produktem jest tylko przeszkodą dla obsługi i burzy porządek ułożonych rzeczy, co pani z obsługi (patrząc na jej wyraz twarzy) bardzo przeszkadza, bo przecież gdyby nie przychodzące klientki mogłaby siedzieć w telefonie i płaciliby jej za samo bycie…żenada. Odechciewa mi się zakupów tej marki.

Definitely the worst jewelry store I have ever purchased a product from. Despite following the manufacturer's recommendations, the bracelet loses its golden color after just a week. After a complaint, it was politely replaced with another one, which also lost its color in a very short time. The second complaint was rejected and it was not possible to exchange it for an additional fee for a more expensive steel bracelet, which allegedly did not lose its color due to the fact that the saleswoman had no knowledge of the goods she was selling and issued a receipt for the difference in price when exchanging. The case is referred to the Consumer Ombudsman.

Chinese trash wrapped in better advertising and packaging. The jewelry is absolutely not worth the price. It deteriorates within the first month of occasional use (both work and water were avoided). The beads wear off, the gold elements turn blue and turn the skin navy blue. I have the impression that jewelry imported from China is of better quality than these products. Jewelery drama, I strongly advise against it.

I'm very sorry, but 8 days for delivery nowadays is a lot... No information on the website about the increased number of shipments and extended waiting times. The shipment did not reach me on time, even though I ordered it a week in advance. During the telephone conversation, the consultant approached the matter completely dismissively, when asked about a possible discount she replied that there are plenty of them on their website, should this be the approach to the customer?

I haven't bought such dramatic jewelry for a long time, I bought a ring for PLN 159, it got worn out and the crystals fell off after 3 weeks of wearing, the lady in the store assures me that the products are of good quality, unfortunately it's a big lie

Pani pracująca w tym sklepie chyba jest tam za karę …. Na pytania odpowiada niegrzecznie, z przekąsem. Typ obsługi klienta jak z PRL-u….Ewidentnie nie zależy jej na sprzedaży i odechciewa się tam coś kupić.

Pani ekspedientka bardzo niesympatyczna. Nieprofesjonalne podejście do klienta. Scena jak z ,, Pretty Woman". Poczułam się zlekceważona i oceniana

Nie uznają reklamacji, robią naszyjniki na nitce, które same z siebie pękają. Nie polecam.

Obsługa porażka. Odbiór zamówienia to jakiś przykry żart, Pani blond dziunia obrażona, klient to ewidentnie intruz, który powinien natychmiast zniknąć. Mimo chęci kolejnego zakupu, zrezygnowałam. Wizerunek firmy dużo traci przy takim kontakcie.
