regular
customer.
I'm
not
anymore.
After
the
last
treatment,
I
have
no
pleasure
in
coming
to
this
salon.
Then
it
was
my
next
visit.
I've
had
good
experiences
so
far.
I
was
assigned
a
new
hairdresser
-
NIkit.
It
all
started
nervously
from
the
beginning,
I
couldn't
communicate,
the
hairdresser
ignored
my
questions,
laughed
under
his
breath,
was
very
convinced
of
his
greatness,
self-confident,
over-smart,
unpleasant.
It
turned
out
to
be
from
Belarus.
And
then
it
turned
out
he
was
a
fraud.
He
burned
my
hair
on
the
back
and
told
me
that
he
had
made
a
masterpiece
for
which
he
should
have
"paid
more
money".
To
be
precise
-
it
was
supposed
to
be
beige
blond
-
highlights.
And
what
did
this
pseudo-hairdresser
do?
On
the
top
he
made
it
red,
underneath,
especially
at
the
back,
tanned
white,
on
the
sides
some
of
it
was
beige,
on
one
side
of
the
head
it
was
different,
on
the
other
it
was
different,
a
transition
from
dark
brown
to
red,
then
white
to
blond.
The
salon
did
not
take
responsibility
for
the
burnt
hair,
nor
for
the
waste
of
time,
nor
for
the
time
I
wore
this
hairstyle.
According
to
them,
a
repeat
visit
to
the
salon
would
be
compensation.
Well...
not
for
something
like
that.
I
also
advise
you
to
seriously
consider
whether
someone
wants
to
throw
away
PLN
700
and
burn
their
hair.
And
by
the
way
-
they
don't
answer
the
phone,
there
is
no
e-mail
anywhere.
I
replied
to
the
e-mail
confirming
the
visit.
But
if
anything,
they
might
as
well
not
answer,
because
there
is
really
no
possibility
of
real
contact.
I
heartily
advise
against
it.
