The instructors do not exude good energy (at least I didn't feel it at all) without smiling, you can feel their distance very strongly. The ladies at the reception are very rude. Out of several instructors, one was nice. I prefer more friendly places, not those where the teacher creates distance with the students. Generally tense atmosphere.

A great place where you can develop a passion for yoga. My favorite classes are those led by Mrs. Magda. The asanas are always perfectly matched to the level of the group, and the soothing voice of the leader allows you to truly relax.

An intimate place. Classes were well conducted. Nice atmosphere. You can reset and calm down. I RECOMMEND

A large selection of classes, I go regularly, so does my husband, but we have never met ;) Seriously: fans of both dynamic and dreamy yoga will find something for themselves. The room next door is uncomfortable in winter, but that's okay. Thanks. Edit: the opinion was honest and I am not changing it, but it may be misleading for new customers, because the studio on Wańkowicz Street is very different from the one on Mielczarski Street.

Atmospheric place, great instructors, very varied classes - everyone can choose something at their level. When I enter there, I always leave all my worries at the door, in this place it is easy to be in the here and now.

The studio in Kabaty is definitely the most atmospheric place I have ever encountered when it comes to yoga. Instructors approach classes with commitment and passion, paying attention to each participant. I recommend it 😊
