We had a bathroom remodel done. Needed a place to stay for the night. Sami at the front desk helped us out and got us a great room. Sami was very friendly and attentive to any needs a guest may need.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location is fantastic and close to Letchworth. We were very impressed with the hotel. We will be back! While you are in town, if you are looking for a great meal in a very welcoming restaurant. Check out the Amber Lantern Brewing Company.

We had a wonderful stay for a family wedding Room was clean, outside area for us to gather but most of all, the night front desk person, Angie, was exceptional!! She helped take care of my sick friend and got me into my room after my hubby fell asleep and locked me out of my room She was sincerely sweet!! Thank you!!

We’ve stayed here a few times during our move. The staff was very friendly and nice, the rooms were clean and it has a great little morning breakfast buffet the kids really liked. It’s a nice motel for a small town and I feel the prices are great.

Taking two stars off of what would have been a top review because this hotel is listed as pet-friendly and there was no notation of an extra fee anywhere on the site when I booked... only to be slapped with a $50 pet fee when I arrived. That is an exorbitant amount for one night with one small dog, but I had no way to make a last minute travel change, so I was stuck paying that in addition to the already high rate for a standard room. If cost is not of concern to you, then otherwise it was a clean, friendly stop with an excellent selection of TV channels and wonderfully comfortable beds.

Stayed here for one night and can say they were super friendly. It's nice and clean and beds are super comfortable and the breakfast is great as well. Room was so clean I had to leave a tip as I know how hard housekeeping can be being I've done it in the past not a sign of hair anywhere. Smells great thru out. Thanks for the late night check in from darien lake.

Overall experience was good, rooms clean and staff friendly. The breakfast was far from acceptable, we ate out for breakfast. The quality and nutritional value of food was very poor.

Was told we were "upgraded to a suite" turns out it's a room with a queen and a pull out coach. My 10 and 13 y.o. were not happy about this. Called front desk to switch rooms but there were no available double queens, which is what I booked. No one slept well. The positives: convenient location to Darien Lake and Letchworth st park where we were visiting. The breakfast options were very impressive.

The hotel and staff were great until our last night the desk agent was rude and laughed in my face when my was voicing a complaint about him. He had a sign up stating was temporarily away so we waited for him but he really was just in back of desk area folding laundry, he could hear us a see us but never acknowledged us. Finally we rang the bell. He said why didn't we ring the bell earlier, we said your sign said you were not here. He then just laughed at us. We were very embarrassed as there others waiting to check in as well.

I am giving this microtel a five star rating mostly because the front desk clerk named Sam saved my day. I accidentally spilled water on my laptop and I freaked out. Sam was sweet and calm and found a way (he ended up using a drill bit because the screwdriver was too big) to open the back of my laptop so that it could dry. His demeanor was kind and patient and I was able to relax, knowing that he was helping. Fortunately, my laptop did dry out, and is working again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, too.

Hotel was nice and clean overall in the lobby and common areas. However, the previous occupant had smoked in the room and they hadn't removed the smell completely, nor did they remove ash that had fallen on the remote. Which also makes me wonder how thoroughly they clean the rooms...I was compelled to wipe the room down myself with disinfectant. It's a nice hotel other than that. They were sold-out so we were unable to move rooms. We had breakfast there the first morning, but we ventured out elsewhere the other days because there are not very many options. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby with great breakfast. Service was nice. Price to do your own laundry is absurd. Best to go find the laundromat. Really liked the window seat in the room. It's great there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Large desk. Clean parking lot. Cute little patio in the front to hang out with a fire pit.

In such a cute town! My husband & I came here so we were within an hour from the Bills stadium for a game. Decent pricing. The hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in! From the lobby to the rooms. The rooms are smaller but that is expected. The layout was perfect & I loved the window seat! I really appreciate the full size products in the bathroom & they seemed of decent quality. The ONLY downside (& just personal preference - the beds are quite firm)

Microtel was charming, clean, and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was great. I particularly loved the breakfast sandwich. They had a fun competition in the lobby of towel creations. The staff were very friendly and nice. My room was clean and bigger than expected. Great stay.

The staff is helpful and friendly, and the location is convenient as well as quiet. Only issues I have with this hotel: the regular rooms are smaller than the barracks room I was in as a young Airman, and the breakfast is not good at all (bring your own if you can).

My boyfriend and I were passing through last weekend when we ran into some car trouble. Everyone in the town of Warsaw was so friendly and we ended up staying at this hotel. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. (Mahal kita Jason!) The lobby, breakfast area and rooms were immaculate. We were passing through again this weekend and decided to stay here and had the same welcoming experience!
