This is an awesome hotel! The rooms are very nice and so is the hotel service. It had a great location and is very modern feeling. The breakfast is excellent and I had trouble leaving after we ate. I just wanted to keep getting omlettes and enjoying the food 😂. 10/10 would stay here again

We were stayed on this hotel for one night on our way To Berlin. Good location, friendly staff. Ordered diner to our room and that was one of the best diner i ever had. Very tasty!!! We had a view to the main street, and it was noisy if windows is open. But overal view was nice. The hotel has own private parking for 20€ per day, but we found free parking spot along the street.

I will skip the part where we had to wait 45 minutes for ordering a drink.... we ordered a starter and a main course. When they brought the food they served the main course. I asked why we did not get the starters and they told us that the chefs were not in the mood to cook it....!!! Really I know it is unbelievable. I obviously said it is unacceptable but what they could offer me is a free thee..... really if you spent money at a hotel in warsaw. Don't do it here. Take some of the other hotels.

One of the most tiny rooms I have ever seen. Very small shower room. Difficult to move around the room because of the small space. Not enough space for a normal suitcase. The heater was not working properly and the room was cold. Location close to metro station.

A great place. Very comfortable, clean, with incredibly professional staff. Fabulous buffet style breakfast! Amazing selection of cold cuts, breads, cheeses, cereals, juices, boiled and freshly fried eggs, etc, etc. I am really impressed! I will definitely come back!

I have stayed just one day at this place. It was really good experience. Rooms are clean and quiet, location is great. I want to mention one employee for the hospitality and professionalism. I loved mostly everything about the hotel. But I wish there was more soap available at/in the shower/bathroom. Only a small "shot" of shampoo and another "shot" of body wash it contained basically just a few milligrams. This is not enough for 3 people... And the reception desk looked kinda dirty and rusty, but it looks like it has been very clean and nice before. If they could fix these things, i would give a 5 star. But everything else was perfect tho.

Lower quality than usual Radisson, however, room rate is very reasonable, especially for members. Beds are comfortable, the breakfast selection is good (with smoked salmon), personnel is professional and helpful. Mask and plastic gloves are required to use in the breakfast room. The hotel itself is a bit outdated. Dirty carpets. Empty fridge (former mini bar). No daily cleaning, except on request. Only one bottle of shower gel and shampoo per room, not per person.

Definitely not a place to go if you would like to be comfortable. Although they advertise air condition in every room, it's a hot week in May and the air conditioners are turned off. When I asked if they could look at ours, they told me to open a window. Problem is that it's very warm outside and there's a lot of street noise. My wife and I slept with the window open, but didn't sleep very well. It's still a humid ~75 degrees in our room and it's been very noisy from the open window. The rest of the service at the hotel has been lacking as well. I would stay here again only as a last resort, and possibly not then.

The mattress is just bad👎👎👎👎👎, getting body pain just after two nights, cleaning is good, location is good. The key-card doesn't work smooth, it can be deactivated couple of time per days. won't book it again, for sure.

Food and breakfast are perfect. Service too. However, the hotel needs some serious renovation and fast. Carpets have plenty of stains, bath(rooms) quite a bit run down. Varies from room to room though, some rooms still hold it together other rooms close to collapsing.

I must say that Tlthis is the best hotel I visited in a long time. The rooms are big, clean and elegant, with a nice view and a Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast buffet is a wedding banquet. They offered me free underground parking which was a great advantage. The hotel is situated at 15 minutes walk from the palace of culture and from Warsaw Central Station with the adjacent huge shopping mall. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Warsaw

I had a wonderful stay here. A good location about one or two stops from central Station, and close to public transport stops. Comfortable rooms with all amenities necessary, and good service. only slight negative was breakfast was adequate but not as great as others in Radisson group eg. menu said brioche French toast but when it arrived, it was plain sliced bread they used for toast. And most international guests appreciate bacon which is easy to get here . But I will definitely return. my second stay here ~ all the same, exceptional service especially from the young man who checked me in, comfortable rooms , great location, skipped the breakfast 👏 only negative was a slippery bath which caused me to fall causing nasty bruising. I will return again.

The breakfast was very good and it had several options (even live cooking). The rooms are in urgent need for an update as they do not meet a 4**** standards. I had to ask the reception for a change in my room as the smell that was coming from the bathroom was horrible and unbearable... they gave me another room where the air conditioning was not working properly however I didn't realize that until it was too late. Due to the horrible noise I woke up 3 times during the night... I have posted a video so you can enjoy it with your own ears...

Perfect location not far from Złoty Terazy and not far from Old Town, great service very kind and friendly staff. The breakfast was great too and on the weekends it closed at 11am so plenty of time to eat. The food variety was amazing, there was also a chef that could make you any style of eggs with your own choice of toppings. The quality of the food was really good and the Royal Suite was a very spacious room with an amazing view and two balcony’s. The house keeping did an amazing job making the hotel and our room very clean. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone.

The Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing, consistent food everyday with a chef making amazing eggs. The location was perfect the room had a nice view and the hotel was close to the old town and the centre.

The room was large and very well cleaned. The breakfast was average, there was no good coffee and I was a bit disappointed with the sweet pastries. On Friday and Saturday there was an event at the hotel and the music was carried into the room until two in the morning. A bit of ridicule from the staff at the reception, who gave me a choice if I wanted a quiet room. The recepcionists at all could learn how to smile a bit, it can make quite a difference in the final feeling for the guests. The nicest person at the hotel was the houskeeper, and I thank her for her work.

Excellent choice in a good price. Clean with good breakfast. 15 min walk from the modern centre. 15 min with tram or bus from the old town.

Nice premium hotel in the centre of warsaw. Loads of rooms and space. Got the room with windows to the backyard it was very silent. Underground parking with many spaces, but the machine takes only cash, and it just eats the money but do not print a receipt for the payment.

The hotel is located quite far away from the main touristy sites but there are a lot of buses and tramway which can take you everywhere. The stop for Chopin Airport is right outside the hotel. We were surprised to get a bathtub and not a shower. We are quite fit and could go over the bathtub but we suggested during the check out that this should be told guests before to give the room. The bathrooms downstairs were not well monitored, and I happened to be in two where there was no toilet paper.....quite embarrassing. Breakfast is wonderful a lot of choices healthy and less healthy. By the way, we shared these comments with the receptionists.

For a 4 star its really affordable while maintaining good standards. Breakfast was fine. The bar prices are really good and cocktails are great!

The superior room was really big and nice. The bed was stained and there were hairbin the bath as I moved in. I don't mind but other can be disturbed. In the night there were loud machinery, I guess on the roof, which made noise all the time. Sevice and reception were helpful and kind.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Radisson Blu Sobieski I'm Warsaw. The hotel is about 20 mins from the airport during traffic hours. The staff is really welcoming, polite, and courteous during the check in. Since I am a Radisson Rewards Premium Member, they also upgraded my room to a higher category of a larger room. Extra amenities can be requested if needed, the room has everything you need. The beds were also comfortable too. A limited number of still bottled water can be asked from the housekeeping on a complementary basis. Was just here for a night, didn't try their breakfast spread. Room service and their Restaurant have a very limited vegetarian options for vegetarian, however, you can order food online. They have underground parking which is 10 PLN / HOUR or 90 PLN / Hour. Rest the hotel is really nice.

I will never book this hotel ever again, possibly not even this brand of hotels. I don't understand how such a service is even possible. I call the hotel on the on the 3th of July at 9:30 to confirm a reservation made by my company, and they mentioned that actually I had an extra night booked so I could arrive earlier. When I arrived earlier they made a mistake, no extra night was booked. When I said that then they lied to me on the phone, they said they have no access to the phone calls done to the hotel, it goes to a central and actually nothing is recorded so they can't even investigate. So I had to pay a last minute extra night at the hotel, on the 6 of July at 4:18pm. When I arrived in my room, I called again the central number to find out who how I can make a complaint, so exactly on the same day right after I paid my room. They refused to let me know how to make a complain, were not only rude, but they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. How is this even possible? So if you ever have trouble with them, they don't even get your complaint into consideration they just ignore you.

I paid 703 polish zl, which is $175/night and was unable even to sleep in the horrible conditions of the room the hotel staff put me in. If hotel decided to remodel you shouldn’t put people in rooms living there. For hotel of this level I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Will never come back. I expected more from Radisson Blue. It wasn’t my first time staying here but definitely the last! I was coming from a long journey, spending more than 48 hours on the road and my wish was just to have good night rest before my next flight. I was put in the room where all the construction of the hotel exterior was in progress. All the equipment and ladders were installed right outside my windows. Early morning the workers started working. The noise so loud it’s like they are inside of my room. So i didn’t get even 4 hours of sleep. On top of that I couldn’t open the drapes since the workers were watching everything that happens inside my room. For the price I paid i was looking forward to get to the room and to rest and that’s exactly what I hadn’t been given. Another unexpected surprise!!! I booked 1king size bed- I received two full size beds. They were put unprofessionally together with gap between the beds so it was not possible to sleep on both. On top of that the room was old and neglected, stained smelly carpet, drapes so old that it had holes in them and light come through them. I could continue on and on, but the bottom line is for the hotel of this level that’s a shame!

Pretty standart and presictable level of quality, just as you would expect from a chained hotel. Positives: Extra-comfortable bed Negatives: The room is clean and well-made but it really needs a restorartion. Scratched furniture, marks on walls. The carpet is older than my grandma, etc...

Good place to stay for a business trip. Rooms are okay, especially the windows to the street should be checked regarding thr noise level. The service is overall quite good. The highlight is definitely the variety of the breakfast even though the breakfast room ist rather functional.

Well-managed and easy-to-access hotel, with traditional spirit, but Radisson standard. Very comfortable rooms and superb breakfast, as always in Radisson. Garrage and/or parking optional. Nice staff, very tasty menu in the restaurant. Clean, quiet and safe.

Nice place. Kinda busy street, but the location is convenient, and the rooms are nice and no noise. Inna did a great job on the reception even though there had been quite a queue.

Good hotel experience. Friendly staff, but we missed a bit of information during check-in. Had to ask for basic things later. Room key card stopped working several times during our 5 overnight stays, so we had to stand in line for about 10-15 minutes each time to get it fixed. Annoying. Location of the hotel is really good. Close to pretty much everything, with public transportation available in very close proximity. Our room had a windows towards the street, and unfortunately the sound proofing wasn't sufficient. We woke up pretty much every night from loud noises from the streets.

The good thing is the location. Rooms are old, but spacey, corridor carpets are spotty from cleaner. Not everything works, in our case bathroom ventilátor. Staff not experienced, apparently new folks after covid. Good if the distance to the airport is your priority.

Clean and well kept. Possible downside: no fruit salad and no croissants for breakfast buffet. Bad luck: when I returned late my door card did not work and I had to wait tired at reception for very long to get it reprogrammed.

Generally, the hotel holds high standards. However: very long waiting times for breakfast due limited number of tables, as management did not open the second part of the dining area. 15 min in line to get into breakfast for another 10 min line to get coffe is not how you want to spend your weekend. In fact, after more than a thousand hotel stays, it is the first time ever I did not get coffee for breakfast. Management posts signs showing they are aware of the problem, but that they think guests should adapt instead of supplying space and staff. Dirty carpets in bedrooms not delicate and no ventilation in bathrooms. Many other issues show management is not interested in guests having a good time.

3* in the assessment, with 3 meaning - good. It is correct but without revelation. This is my second visit to this hotel in recent times. Strange stuffiness- despite airing and then turning on the air conditioning. Not too bothersome, but strange. TV with horizontal stripes running across the screen (p. 774). Clean, very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast varied, but as in a large hotel, terrible crowding at breakfast. Nevertheless, everything ok.

Radisson Blu is an amazing 4* Hotel in the centre of Warsaw. It is in a perfect location for everything and just a few meters from tram and bus transportation!! To begin with, there is a 24h check in service desk, where the staff can help you with any problem or question you have. The hotel is very fancy, clean and the walls have good isolation. The rooms are big, bright, clean, comfortable, luxurious with great view to the city and the sunrises..!! There is also a gym that you can use without any charges. Summing up, I highly recommend to stay in this hotel to everyone because it's worth it's money.. Staying in this hotel was a pleasant experience and I would gladly book it again when visiting Warsaw!!! So, I give easily a 5/5* for this hotel. 😄

The hotel is adequate and comfortable but it's a bit dated. The price is fitting so that's a plus. Also, the breakfast is so extensive - they've got vegan meat, vegan cheese, gluten free stuff, smoothies... it's one of the biggest breakfast buffets I've seen and it's only 15 euros a person!

Very decent hotel with big comfy beds and no noise from outside. Staff very attentive and friendly. Superb breakfast with lots of vegetarian options. The only reason I’m not giving 5stars is because there was a dead cockroach in one of the corners, but I told reception and they cleaned it the same day. About 20 min walk to the main station. I’d probably stay here again.

Upon arrival the room had a strong cigarette odor and the receptionist's recommendation was to keep the window open (!). After two days the odor was still strong. The cleanliness of the room (especially of the toilet) could be better. The breakfast was of medium quality despite the variety, and on the second day I found mould in a croissant which I had half-eaten. I immediately and very discreetly informed the chef who apologized and just said that he will take photos and will inform their supplier. Not sufficient. Unfortunately, I had stomach ache and diarrhea for almost a week afterwards. I would expect more from them. Overall I am not satisfied at all considering the high price of the room. I prefer the Hampton by Hilton where I stayed three weeks ago at a comparable price.

The receptionists are welcoming and prompt to help at any time. The room is reasonably clean and the staff is very sweet and polite. The price of the restaurant is a bit salty compared to the rest of the city. The location is amazing and the surroundings are very good. Easy to walk to the main station and some other touristic attractions.

Disappointing. Don’t book. Not clean despite pandemic. Tired hotel which is in itself not a no necessarily. We found stains on bedding, carpets were dirty (including hallways(, room had not been cleaned. This was topped off with open yoghurt found in fridge. *See photos below* We went to see reception staff. They offered us a different room after 30 mins. We chose to go elsewhere. We booked instantly - see our review for Holiday Inn Express at the Hub for details of the sky top restaurant, complimentary treats & luxury beds.

Near to the airport but at the same time close to all the public transport areas and not far from the important landmark by walking distance. Room was cleaned daily and I love the smell of the lobby. Zero hassle for check in and check out. 💋

Great place to stay in Warsaw for business meetings nearby. Rooms are nice as always in Radisson Hotels and include iron and ironing board for those pesky wrinkles in shirts that always appear when I travel. The restaurant is also top quality but somewhat above pricing right outside the hotel entrance. Good to have for a late dinner when just arriving. Warsaw feels very safe to walk around in, particularly around the hotel as it is situated in the business area. There is a train station close to the hotel and paying for tickets is easy. Taxis are not expensive either, if that mode of transportation is preferred.

Radisson Blu Sobieski is a very good hotel. Nice infrastructure with big rooms with all amenities needed for a good stay! This is located in the city centre, a walk away from the Warsaw central station/ Shopping mall / bus station & a fee attractions! Breakfast is too good with lots of options. Staff is well trained and courteous. I would recommend it for a long stay.

Avoid for business trips. You will not get the service you wish as a business group. You may stay for nice rooms but be sure that you spend your time outside with much better options. You will feel disturbed and ignored in the bar and restaurant. I am sure there are other hotels which have properly working elevators and room cards.

We booked a room by phone and when we arrived at the hotel, they didn't find our booking but offered another room smaller than we ordered. I put three stars for service. But the hotel by itself is very nice, clean and rooms are perfect. What we liked the best was their breakfast. It's very tasty and everyone could choose what he liked.
