Great location if one needs to be close to the airport, especially considering the offered shuttle (one every 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport and on demand from the airport). Good value for money when it comes to the room. Didn't try the restaurant nor the bar

The stay was excellent. The location is very close to the airport and the hotel comes with airport transfers which was really helpful to us after our long connection flights. The hotel room was really big to hold all our bags and came with all the toiletries and other service you would need after a long trip. We had a good rest and scrumptious breakfast in the morning before we took the airport transfer for our next flight. I would recommend this hotel for all the travellers or anyone looking for a stay near the airport.

Had a 19 hour layover here and was so pleased when I arrived at this hotel. 1. Love that the checkout is as late as 12pm! 2. It had a really nice bathtub 3. The restaurant was open until 10:30/11pm and room-service is great. Had the breaded pork chop which was DELICIOUS! 4. The employees were super helpful and polite 5. Room was clean and spacious 🧡

We had an overnight Layover in Warsaw. This hotel was very nice. They had great customer service. Communication was good. The rooms were very clean and neat. The beds were super comfortable.

Above average airport hotel, conveniently located only about 5min away from the airport using their shuttle (every 30 min.) The room was slightly on the warmer side and the air-conditioner could not be switched to a cooler. The bed was also a bit hard for my taste, but the room and the rest of the hotel was kept very clean and for the price, I don't have much to complain. Staff of course speaks perfect English. Would gladly return (also as they have a lovely restaurant).

What can i say? Amazing! Close to the airport, price worth what you get. Everything you'd need is in a room. Bed comfy. Three pillows that there were - good but I'm very picky. Shuttle bus is a good idea but not really good idea to squeeze more than it fits in it. Also blasting loud music in shuttle bus at 4am is not a good choice. Anyway, it's definitely good hotel to stay overnight.

It is a quiet hotel, the rooms are clean and there are materials in the rooms to meet all your needs, the food is very tasty and affordable, the staff is kind and helpful. there is a 5 minute drive to the airport and the transfer vehicle from the hotel to the airport is free when you tell the reception, they give you all the necessary information.

Stayed here on a Layover. 10/10. So reasonably priced for big room, amazing food, gym, spa treatments. Was able to visit other areas very easily with transport. Also staff are very friendly and helpful.

Tired day and check in was so fast! Room was nice and price for this quality was fantastic! Shuttle at 5am was great for a quick trip to airport. Also had a voucher for beer or wine and nice service in restaurant.

This is a very good hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, very nice and friendly staff. The administrator Wiktoria has a non-trivial memory, she remembers guests by name! This is surprising, given the large flow of guests in the hotel. I'm pleasantly shocked. That means buy in from the beginning.

Nice hotel to stay for the night if you have an early flight. The room was clean and the restaurant served local Polish food with a bit expensive prices but it was very tasty.

We had booked this hotel through the booking , the building is massive and huge but when you enter you get a extensive cooking smell everywhere as you are in china town ... The reception is located at the restaurant almost and no lobby to set , when I tried to get set the waiter jumped to offer the table , the booking was confirmed the king size bed but when arrived we've been told that all is twin beds 😟 ... And as a compensation they offered us a spa access ... I thought it is included massage but then it turn that this is entry only ... So this is the first time to see that entering the spa is paid service at any hotel ...

The hotel definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars. It's a run-down hotel, though it is clean. The air conditioning is old and it cannot be controlled by the thermostat. This would be ok, but the AC did not do its job and it was unbearably hot in the room. Overall, it was ok for one night while waiting for one's flight, but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.

I stayed here on two occasions for a couple of nights at a time. The service here is fantastic. I had an issue with air conditioning in the room; they sent a technician promptly and when he wasn't able to fix the problem, the front desk brought me the key to a new room. I didn't get the names of the people who helped me but they were fantastic. The restaurant is open late and check-out is at noon, which is great for tired travellers. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Warsaw.

Good hotel. Certainly well deserved 4* rating. Very prompt and positive service. Breakfast spread was very satisfying and excellent quality. Linen and toiletries were up to the mark. Minor thing that standing lamp was not working. airport shuttle was a great help and made things easy. The driver was very helpful with the luggage too.

I've been using this hotel for years and it never cease to amaze. Awesome friendly staff, top-notch rooms, great amenities, and an ideal location with a shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes. Just remember to ask for a softer mattress when you book... there's a bunch of options, but they're not immediately clear when you book and the default mattress is like a slab of concrete...

5 minutes from the airport, free airport shuttle, great price-quality ratio, spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, possibilty to select a pillow to your liking (soft, hard, orthopedic). Wonderful restaurant (very tasty pierogi and chicken broth). Recommend wholeheartedly.

I like this airport because it is my home airport. But it is not extremely friendly and beautiful. I wish the toilets were nicer. Huge advantage: its location - 15 min from the Warsaw center by taxi.

Rooms are nice and clean. Dawid from the reception desk = super helpful. Breakfast might seem overpriced, but both quality and selection (massive) are definitely above average. Only one remark: transfer service and luggage loading/unloading. The driver should be really more proactive in that area and not wait for us to do the loading/unloading.

A very nice hotel close to Frederik Chopin airport. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice restaurant with fine local cuisine. Shuttle service to the airport is included.

It is a great hotel with easy transfer to the airport via bus. Excellent breakfast, can strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms are average and far not as modern as the fotos show. So probably the have renovated ones and old ones which are no good value. There are no safes in the rooms, which is a no go for a 4 star. The spa area is nice, but with 60 PLN (per hour!) totally overpriced and should be included. All in all it was the worst price quality hotel I had on my Poland trip. Lucky I spent only 1 night.

The hotel doesn't deserve its 4 stars, bad restaurant service, most of the employees are not properly covering with masks their faces, just somehow they cover their mouths but not always though. The staff in the restaurant is removing completely his mask when talking to guests... Very bad impression! Old-fashioned furniture, dark rooms, not working TV, slow room service

I can't say enough about this hotel! After an 18 hour bus ride from Kyiv, I roll in a little after midnight. The staff at the desk welcomed me with warm smiles and nearly perfect English! There was a mess-up in my reservation, but the gentleman at the front desk took care of it with ease. The room & bathroom is immaculate and the bed is one of THE most comfortable beds I think I've ever slept on. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Everything under the sun is served. I ate scrambled eggs & bacon then just lounged in the dining room drinking tea and having a pastry. It is literally right across the street from the airport but you CANNOT hear any of the outside traffic! Nor any inside noise for that matter! I highly recommend this awesome hotel! Definitely 5-star service at 3-star prices!

Outstanding Hotel near the airport!👌 My wife and I only had 1 night in Warsaw and our suite was perfectly quiet clean and very comfortable! Only about a 20 minute ride to the city center, we got to see and do a lot during our layover. The hotel is 5 minutes or less from the airport and the free shuttle picks you up and drops you off. Check in was easy and the Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Highly recommend! Update for June 2023, We just enjoyed another overnight stay on our way back home to the USA and everything was as it was before. Perfect 👍

Perfect hotel for an airport stopover. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities i needed. The staff were very helpful and spoke great English as well. The free shuttle to the airport was a great bonus too, and it runs 24/7, so is perfect whatever time your flight is.

Liked: Reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located quite close to the airport, with a free shuttle service every half hour. There is also a good gym on the 1st floor that is free to use 24x7. The rooms were clean, with a mini-fridge, decent sized TV and proper blackout curtains. The bathrooms had a shower bath with complimentary toiletries. There are several small supermarkets within 10 minutes' walk. Disliked: Breakfast was expensive - double the price we'd paid at our previous hotel. Would stay here again.

After a gruelling 12 hours on a coach travelling from Ukraine to Warsaw this hotel was greeted with open arms. Extremely helpful staff and really comfortable beds. The free shuttle bus to the airport was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again.

I've stayed here 3 times for the El Sol dance festival, and it has always been a delight. Helpful front desk, lovely well-appointed rooms, and a solid breakfast buffet. They even have a pillow menu for different needs!Highly recommended

Close to the airport. They provide airport transportation from and too. At the airport, when you get out of terminal( Arrival 2) just go to the second line of pick up ( you will see a post for hotel limousine) and look for the hotel name placard on the other side. After that, you need to call the hotel to let them know so they can send the van. Usually take 10-15 min maybe less. Hotel looks nice, clean, with polite stuff. I even managed to forget my jacket with some money and password in it at the restaurant where I had dinner the night before. Next day was pleased to find it at reception with nothing missing. Big thanks to the manager and the staff. You doing a great job!

Rooms and service are great! ✨ There is a wellness center inside with Spa, sauna and massages. Great food, nice people. The only disadvantage is that it is far from any mall or point of interest for tourists.

The rooms are large and clean with a really comfy bad. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and you have so many options to choose. The hotel bar is just fine and opens quite long. The location is out of the city, close to the airport.

Near the airport, there's round the clock free shuttle service to the airport for every half an hour. Luxury stay, rooms with locker, fridge, bath tub, bath robe. It has a massage center with a variety of massages. They have a pillow and bed program, which gives you the desired type of pillow and bed, hard, sift, round etc. as you like.

Located just 3 minutes by airport shuttle to the airport the rooms and spacious and super comfortable. I ordered room service and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. It's a shame I only stayed for a few hours
