It's a wonderful budget opportunity. Clean rooms with all basic facilities. Nice customer service experience.

Excellent service, quick check-in and check-out. Whole staff was delightful and helpful. I was able to get all the information i needed from the reception staff about city transit and places to visit. For breakfast - all you can eat buffet - with great and tasty choices. Room was clean and spacious with a great view on the 9th floor. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time i visit Warsaw

Very bad quality hotel. Bed pillows soup towels everything very cheap and low quality. Power of the water in the shower is okay. Staff are nice.

The rooms are clean and small. There is no kettle in the room. The bed is pretty comfortable. The location is good. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is easy to get the centre in 15 m8nutes

The staff members are excellent in customer service. Mostly, Sylvia, Martha and all others(sorry forgot other names). Very helpful in our journey planning, even offered to store our luggage for few weeks and packed us some food because we missed our breakfast. Superb service. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for good place to stay in Warsaw. Very nice location. Thank you guys

I wouldn’t recommend this very overpriced hotel! Our room has no phone, only two outlets that are located far from the beds, shower has bad smelling combo shampoo and body wash, no hair dryer in the room, no tea pot or coffee machine, not enough towels in the room, and when I asked for more, a receptionist asked why I need extra towels!!!! No hooks for wet towels in the bathroom or in the room. Customer service can be better too! There was only one receptionist who would give us requested things without questioning us, the rest of the staff acted as if we asked for something outrageous (Like extra towels, ice and a hairdryer). $167 for a room is way too much for this place! The only good thing I want to say is it’s clean.

Compared to Ibis Centrum, it was worse. Burger I got was defrosted, very moist and the bottom bun was soaked. Breakfast had smaller selection, parking was crammed and difficult to park and key card for power in room means you cannot charge devices while you're out. All points I mentioned were much superior in Ibis Centrum hotel.

Warning!!! Do your self a favour and find a different hotel. Apparently it’s ok in this hotel cleaner goes thru your bags while cleaning your room. And stealing some money out of your wallet. Complain was reported but hotel wouldn’t do anything. Usless. No safe provided in rooms,no fridge,no kettle.

I stayed here before several years ago and then again last night. The rooms now do feel outdated and compared to other Ibis hotels the rooms here feel old and basic. Also the soap dispenser was almost empty and there was a faint odour of sewage in the bathroom. Hope the rooms will get a refurbishment soon. Still the location is very good close to Warszawa Zachodnia Station and just 10-12 mins by taxi to Warsaw Chopin Airport.

If you don't like showering naked in front of people, don't share a room with friends/ colleagues here. The shower door could be genuinely improved. Price is too high for the quality. Maybe because of the location. The location is perfect, near the train station and airport. If you are looking for a place to go through the night, this will do!

The hotel is good for the price. The location (not a central one!) is convenient, not far from the western bus station. The transport stop was right near the hotel entrance, and also there was a small shop near the hotel as well. Bed was good, breakfast was a standard nice one for ibises. The restaurant downstairs serves the white chocolate souffle which I enjoyed a lot :) Shortcomings: no fridge in the room (haven't asked for one, possibly they could add?).

Very convenient location- Clean room - comfortable beds - pleasant employees at the reservation - professional associates at the Sales department ( Ms.Anna) - delicious breakfast buffet - great value for money paid.

For its price, not bad. I stayed in ibis budget. Still had daily room cleaning option available. Excellent multilingual staff from front desk to restaurant. Location is between three mega malls, so very Center indeed. Fifteen minutes to train by walk through the park. Convenient. Restaurant has good food and WiFi. Very good

I had the best sleep in my 10 days of travel. Bed is super comfy and amazing pillows. It was very quiet. Kind stuff. Delicious food. The coffee is a bit on a pricey side for the size you get but delicious.

I really enjoyed my weekend here and next time in Warsaw I will come back here. Nice rooms, lovely staff especially girls from reception. Awesome 👏

After a very long trip I slept through the breakfast I'd paid for. My mistake. When I went at noon to order myself some lunch anyway, all I was told was a curt if not slightly satisfied, "Breakfast is over" (I didn't ask, and I'm well aware) "We are closed until 12:30 -- you will have to wait." Cute. Desk staff, by contrast, were pleasant and helpful. The bed was very thin and firm, but I had good shower temp and pressure. Oddly, the room doesn't have a power outlet anywhere near the tiny table for laptop use. The 'modern' lighting tried far too hard to be cool and it was activated by switching that wasn't remotely intuitive. Overall the stay was fine, but I'll look for other options in the future.

Typical city hotel for business trips. Nice kitchen with solid choice, but we had quite poor experiences with food (pierogi and salad were strongly under average, cheeseburger was good). Rooms for this type of hotel are really spacious, but what is huge negative, that there's no minibar at rooms.

Ibis hotel, where my wife and I felt like in the USSR in the Intourist hotel. At brunch, the croissants and yogurts were removed right in front of us & we haven’t even finished eating and it was all that there was to eat. But the most outrageous was that an elderly woman who lived in a next door ibis budget Reduta was not allowed to get a cup of boiling water for free. What a shame and disgrace! Good afternoon. Thank you for your response to my review. Information for the administration - brunch was on 06/13/2013 around 12:00 pm, at the same time a woman from the neighboring ibis budget was denied a free cup of boiling water (she was Ukrainian, I translated her request into English) I am a regular Accor ALL customer, golden status.

A 10 minute drive from WAW airport, but well worth the drive for a hotel via uber. This hotel has one of the best breakfasts selections offered at any reasonably priced hotel I’ve been to.

Fair price. Comfortable bed. Better than expected food. Rest of the room is clean, yet shaggy.

Great hotel for on business trip. Not over luxurious, but simple and good - all was clean, breakfast was good. Only minus was the slow elevators which were overly occupied.

Good value for this money. The hotel is budget, clean, conveniently located for those who arrive at the bus station and railway station Warsaw Zachodnia. Good breakfast with a varied selection of food.

I do not advise this hotel, the rooms are very small, there is no hair dryer. Very basic and poor quality breakfast. They don't come to clean the rooms.

Ibis is Ibis. No surprise but I like that simplicity in a good price

Silent place, same small compact rooms like all ibis budget hotels. Quick check-in. Room is neat and decently managed. Good view of the city from 5th floor. Real value of the money in budget travelling.

Good food and nice staff. Quite far from Warsaw centre and not many busses. Very close to the bus station so accessible for a bus lay over

  • 3/5 Bart S. 2 years ago on Google
Okay, the staff was great. Unfortunately, They didn't ask me if I want my room to be cleaned... (they should do that).

  • 2/5 Andreu Boullosa G. 2 years ago on Google
The beds are really bad. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because my opinion about the rest of things is that they are acceptable for the price.

We have just arrived from Ukraine and had 2 sleepless nights. We booked 2 rooms and came very early about 5 am. The girl administrator said there is no available room but we saw several people made the check out ;(. Very cold and uncomfortable atmosphere in the hotel because of such behavior….

Unremarkable but otherwise perfectly acceptable place to stay for a couple of nights. Very good breakfast and a broad spread of choices. Restaurant less inspiring but obliging service. Few gluten or meat free options but ALL items ARE labelled according to important dietary restrictions. This is the first time I have observed this in a hotel of this kind here. The room was clean and fresh. A bit more drinking water would be welcome together with slightly more effective curtains. Street noise was somewhat disturbing on the 4th floor. Everything was functional. Fairly close to Warsaw town.

Excellent service from a joyful staff who always surprised you in a positive way. It is situated near a park and the suburban and train station, the mall, and it is served by punctual buses. House keeping services need improvement.

Small room, but clean and bright. They offer breakfast for a small fee. USB charging in the room.

  • 3/5 Olga R. 1 year ago on Google
The location is great and the room was clean. My biggest issue was that the sink and shower cabin are located directly in the bedroom. Plus, there are two mirrors next to the shower room which give an excellent view of the shower to everyone in the room. While the shower door offers some privacy (there's a hole i the door at hip level), getting in and out is an issue. So if you travel with someone who you are not comfortable with seeing you naked, you're going to have a hard time. My suggestion to the hotel would be to demolish the wall between the toilet and the rest of the space, and to enclose the shower and sink together with the toilet. This would drastically increase comfort, especially for people who book a room with separate beds, not being intimate partners.

We always use ibis when we tour as they are a good standard. Always clean and staff are nice. Usually in a good location and 90% of the time somewhere to park out huge van.

Standard higher than expected from an Ibis hotel in the suburbs. Efficient and friendly team. Convenient location.
