The
hotel
asks
for
1000
zl
deposit
for
animals
and
they
don’t
mention
it
on
the
Booking
page.
Please
keep
that
in
mind
as
it
is
location
specific
policy.
We
booked
the
room
on
the
day
of
coming
to
hotel
and
found
out
about
the
deposit
in
the
hotel.
We
were
not
prepared
to
pay
such
a
big
amount,
it
was
more
than
our
whole
stay
for
2
nights.
Plus
we
were
never
asked
for
deposit
at
other
Ibis
hotels.
We
called
the
other
Ibis
hotel
(Ibis
budget
15
mins
away)
and
they
did
not
have
such
a
“policy”.
So
we
decided
to
go
there.
However,
I
couldn’t
cancel
my
reservation
via
Booking
without
paying
over
400
zl
for
cancellation
fee.
I
applied
to
cancel
this
fee
via
Booking
as
the
room
was
only
booked
for
several
hours
and
it
seems
unfair
considering
the
additional
charges
we
were
not
aware
of
before
booking.
However,
the
hotel
declined
my
request
while
we
were
still
there.
I
asked
Booking
to
help
and
they
contacted
the
hotel
from
their
side
and
again
it
was
rejected.
Booking
claims
only
the
hotel
can
refund
the
fee.
Ancor
group
says
they
don’t
accept
claims
made
with
third
party
websites
(very
convenient
for
both).
UPD:
hotel
replied
that
the
information
regarding
1000
deposit
is
visible,
which
is
straight
up
lie.
It
was
not
mentioned
anywhere
on
booking,
they
could
have
added
it
later
but
it
was
not
there
and
I
have
proof
of
that.
Staff
at
this
hotel
is
rude
and
unprofessional.
Money
for
several
hours
of
booking
were
never
returned!!!
