As for 3* hotel this hotel was really nice: new and comfortable. The location is quite good, there are for sure better ones in town to choose from but it all depends on where you plan on spending time around in the city. At the first glance breakfast had a lot of options but in reality it wasn’t much to eat, for me at least (and I’m not very selective eater). When it comes to the room, bed was comfortable, bathroom was big. And the only thing I didn’t like was that there were quite big piles on dust on air conditioning and some tiles higher up. But overall, hotel delivered pretty good quality for the price paid.

Super clean and nice hotel. No issues. Quiet and and there is a small bar in the lobby. Free breakfast was impressive and they even offered a to go breakfast when I called the night before for a wake up call, and had it waiting for me for my early morning departure to the airport. I wish all hotels were as nice as this.

I liked this hotel a lot. The rooms are brand-new and quite stylish. The bathroom is compact without being stupidly designed like some hotels. Room had a kettle for tea/coffee and bathroom sink had a plug so you could actually use it for washing/shaving. I liked how the breakfast room was on the 7th floor so there were nice views over that area of the city. Breakfast buffet was adequate for the price I was paying for the room, but not excellent. Hotel has dining options for dinner nearby but nearest tram stops are still a 10-minute walk in a few directions. Area felt very safe at night.

Very good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quite small but sufficient, smaller than in Holiday Inn, everything was super clean, same as in Holiday Inn, nice view from top floor. Decent breakfast, much better quality than in Holiday Inn, especially meat. I can honestly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Good hotel for the price, but the people at the reception were not very friendly, and couldn't give us a receipt when we checked out. We were told it will be sent to the travel agent, and this was annoying.

Beware, very dog unfriendly!! They updated policies and charge a 1000 PLN deposit for all pets. Also a small behaved doggie from us won't get an exception. Why then not ask a deposit for everyone since people 'could' smoke, or have kids who 'could' be problematic? That night we went to a new Holiday Inn hotel nearby which allowed our doggy without any fees or deposit with more quality, better service and a lower price. So this was the last time for me to go to any IBIS hotel..

The hotel asks for 1000 zl deposit for animals and they don’t mention it on the Booking page. Please keep that in mind as it is location specific policy. We booked the room on the day of coming to hotel and found out about the deposit in the hotel. We were not prepared to pay such a big amount, it was more than our whole stay for 2 nights. Plus we were never asked for deposit at other Ibis hotels. We called the other Ibis hotel (Ibis budget 15 mins away) and they did not have such a “policy”. So we decided to go there. However, I couldn’t cancel my reservation via Booking without paying over 400 zl for cancellation fee. I applied to cancel this fee via Booking as the room was only booked for several hours and it seems unfair considering the additional charges we were not aware of before booking. However, the hotel declined my request while we were still there. I asked Booking to help and they contacted the hotel from their side and again it was rejected. Booking claims only the hotel can refund the fee. Ancor group says they don’t accept claims made with third party websites (very convenient for both). UPD: hotel replied that the information regarding 1000 deposit is visible, which is straight up lie. It was not mentioned anywhere on booking, they could have added it later but it was not there and I have proof of that. Staff at this hotel is rude and unprofessional. Money for several hours of booking were never returned!!!

I recently had an experience with bis Styles Warszawa City regarding their room pricing. I noticed that the rates listed on Booking.com were significantly lower compared to the prices on the hotel's own website. Hoping to get a better deal directly through the hotel, I reached out to their customer service team to inquire if they could match the price found on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the hotel declined my request. This experience was a bit disappointing, as I had expected more flexibility in pricing, especially when there was a noticeable difference in rates across platforms. I thought potential guests would appreciate knowing about this price discrepancy when making their booking decisions.

Wonderful breakfast, great location and good prices. Checkin is a bit late from 3pm (most places i have been to allow checkin from 1pm). However, the staff are nice and very friendly. Theres a well kitted gym too!

A great hotel for your stay in central Warszawa. The map fooled me, as it is 30 minutes to walk down to the old city, however you are practically dead center of the business district. A few cafes and grocery shops close by. Quality of rooms and breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing Ibis. It is a new building with great design elements. We had a large, comfortable room. The location was convenient to the main train station and stylist reserve nearby. In addition, the breakfast was fantastic. Loved everything about it.

Room was very small. New bathroom with glass wall. Kettle available, complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water. Breakfast is served on the 7th floor with a great view. Very good selection. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are tiny, even smaller than some Ibis Budget rooms. And you are guaranteed to hear noise from the corridors and nearby rooms. The A/C did not work in any of the rooms. The staff were not particularly friendly. In fact, when I phoned to report the A/C issue, the girl from reception came up with a heavyset security guard. It made me feed as if I was some kind of criminal. They obviously don't trust guests. In any case, the A/C was not fixed. Overall, this should be a notch lower than Ibis Budget. Definitely a waste of time.

For an ibis, this place is fantastic. On the next business trip we will have this place on the list again. Lovely, travel based styling and theme. Breakfast was nice too.

Beware ! Hotel is charging in advance 69 PLN per day for parking lot straight at check in and tells you it's paid until 3 PM the next day. Every next hour costs 10 PLN and must be paid after check-out at parking payment machine. Suprise: You will pay 250 PLN for parking 24 h and 7 minutes. Payment machine is not considering your payment at check in. Staff does not care and is not answering emails about this. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Everything is so new, the bed, linen, carpet, furniture. I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and the location is very convenient!

I am very impressed with this hotel's staff professionalism and level of service. We have tested positive for Covid mid our stay and have received a tremendous level of care of support. Nice modern hotel, good service. Breakfast was good. It's a little walk to the closest public transport, but not a problem. There is a zabka right around the corner if you need essentials.

The hotel has a very nice style. very close to the center and transportation. The room layout is different and pleasant. I advise. food is considered delicious.

Room was cleaned nicely, no spots. As I slept here only one night, nothing much to say. Had pleasant stay. Update 23.05.2022: Second stay in the same hotel and again had a great stay. 5/5 View is not the best but it doesn't matter.

Breakfast was awesome and healthy with a great view of the city. I will really like to thank Marta and Ula for helping me through out my stay. I am new to the city and they both provided me with great service. Once again thank you so much brother of you. I belong to Hospitality Industry, I worked at the reception but I have never given or seen anyone giving such kind of rude and disrespectful service at the receptionist. Frontoffice known as a face of the Hotel and Brand I really don't get it why they behave like that might be because IBIS brand don't take care of their employees in this hotel or they didn't get any training how to behave in front of a guest who is paying to get good hospitality service. No toothpaste and toothbrush, no slippers. I will never recommend ibis Styles Warszawa City to anyone.

If you're looking for a cozy hotel close to the city center and to the offices then that would be a place. Prices are not too expensive and the quality of the service is very nice. My second stay in the hotel and no complaints. Recommended for short or longer stays in Warsaw.

The hotel is well located, close to shopping, restaurants and the center of town. Staff is very nice, most speak English, everyone very helpful. Breakfast buffet is great, has something for everyone. Rooms are smartly decorated, perfectly suitable and sparkly clean.
