The housing estate is above average, nothing extraordinary. Residents "praise". But as a guest who comes here often, if I could, I would give -5 for the lack of any parking spaces for guests... This is a complete loss of thinking among the designers and administration of the estate!

A classic housing estate :) because it is located at ul. Klasyków. A good place to live. There are underground parking lots in each building, and parking spaces for guests controlled by porters behind a barrier. Inside, between the buildings, large beautiful trees were left. There are also local, small playgrounds for children. Local shops are appearing. In the immediate vicinity there is a small forest complex, adapted for walks. There is also a model, novella park with attractions for everyone. There is a school and small kindergartens nearby. A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE 😎

Nice, simple architecture and urban planning, well-designed and well-kept greenery. A friendly place to live and walk

It is clean, the administration looks after it, the flowerbeds are trimmed in the morning, the whole area is washed with fresh water, super!!!!
