A huge advantage is the location, very close to the center, direct access to public transport and the Rondo ONZ metro station. An interesting solution with the room access code sent via text message. You can survive one night (low costs PLN 115 in July 2017), but I do not recommend more than that. A very worn-out room, an uncomfortable and damaged bed, no light in the toilet, a badly worn shower cabin.

The rooms are OK, but I don't know if the bedding was changed for us or if you don't have an iron. The place is about 2 km to the old town, entry with a code is a plus.
