The showroom is probably as busy as on Marszałkowska Street. Theoretically, notifications are sent before the scheduled visit, but in practice the notification did not come to the provided telephone number, the deadline has passed and that's it. No concern for new customers. So many impressions from this place.

We bought a SPA package with my wife the other day and absolutely loved it. great friendly staff and professional approach. highly recommended and we will return again soon! thank you!

I highly recommend it, my partner and I took advantage of a groupon for a body massage with peeling and a body mask. We are very pleased. There was no problem with making an appointment. The massage was very pleasant and relaxing, the body peeling was also very pleasant, just like the mask. We will definitely come back and use the massage or other services again. The place is visually very nice, clean and tidy. We are very pleased.

The owner was very rude. When he heard that the service was from Groupon, he shouted at me that he didn't make money on it and changed my date from Saturday to the middle of the week... the massage was probably done especially as a punishment because it was from Groupon. I don't recommend this place!!! I guess he's not doing well, that's why he's depressed. Even the lights are off and the workers come from the East. It's a pity that I can't give it less stars because it doesn't even deserve one!!! Give a wide berth

In January, we called to make an appointment for a massage with GROUPON, the lady said that they don't make appointments on Saturdays because they don't have schedules yet. Ok, we call in 2 weeks, the gentleman says they are not taking bookings because there are still no schedules. We called a day later and suddenly the schedule appeared, but the first available date on Saturday was in April... the day before the massage, the lady called and canceled the visit for reasons beyond our control - ok, we understand, so we want to book for another Saturday - the lady said that Saturdays are no longer available they write down (?) and the only thing they can do is suggest a date during the week. After waiting for a massage for 4 months, we didn't feel like waiting for it for another 4 months, so to get it over with, we took the first available date. The massage itself is ok. However, the offer includes a massage for 2 people lasting 2 hours, and ours lasted 1 hour. The "spa day" package sounds rather funny if it lasts 1 hour. The masseurs did the job correctly, although they shortened the package significantly. I feel more relaxed from a physiotherapist than from this "spa". I do not recommend and we will not come back.

Spa and treatment was good. Only complaint was I tried to call multiple times after purchasing a package but got rejected for appointments for a long time. Weird.

It was difficult to get in contact with the place to book an appointment, but the massage by Leo was great and professional, really recommended.

My visit to the Royal Day Spa purchased on Groupon was postponed twice due to the lack of water in the premises. On the third try, the phone rang 10 minutes before. This time the masseur had stomach problems. I offered to exchange the service for something else because I was already in front of the premises. After entering, it turned out that a masseur had been found and the service would take place as planned. The massage was of very poor quality, I was cold, the cheapest blanket from Ikea was sticking to me. The worst thing was that I felt the masseur's feet stink... The facial treatment involves a sloppily applied mask and a lamp shining on the face. In one word, a mistake... when I think that I took a vacation to finally take advantage of this offer, I feel bad 🤣 I do not recommend it

I don't know where these negative comments come from, I just bought a package for my partner on Groupon. I called immediately and made an appointment without any problems, the lady was very nice, the massage was arranged on April 26 and there were some packages. I don't think there will be any problems, of course I will call you the week of my appointment. People simply don't know what they want and they can't live without text messages and the Internet.

Terrible service, they don't answer the phone, then cancel appointments at the last minute, alternatively they give a strict deadline in the middle of the day (good luck to people working until 5 p.m.), the "SPA" that is supposed to last 2.5 hours doesn't even last an hour. Massacre.

I do not recommend this salon, which smells of cigarettes. Appointments are not confirmed by text message. The clinic doesn't even respond to messages confirming the appointment! You have to call yourself and find out whether the visit will take place. The first visit I had scheduled in December did not take place due to lack of staff - the masseuse was absent. I found out about it while I was there. As compensation, I was to have the massage time extended by 10 minutes. In total, I spent 1.5 hours getting there. Only one parking space is available to the customer. I made an appointment for a Kobido massage on January 5. Three days earlier I received a text message that the visit had to be canceled. In order to arrange a massage, I had to contact them myself, which once again proves the lack of interest in the client. Finally, the massage took place at the end of January. Once there, it turned out that a man would be massaging me, even though I had previously agreed that the massage would be performed by the lady who was supposed to do it the first time. The reception lady/owner? she announced that we had not agreed on such a thing because it was just a "group meeting". I remember perfectly well that I had the choice of being a student learning massage or waiting and making an appointment with a masseuse. Today I found out that this lady comes only every other Friday, so I wasn't registered with this lady from the beginning (the visit took place on Wednesday). In response to my review, I expect you will read that you cannot choose a masseur in the Groupon offer. I have no objections or comparisons to the way the massage is performed. The only thing on offer was that it was supposed to last about 50 minutes. and it lasted 40 minutes, not to mention the addition of 10 minutes. within the above-mentioned situation.
