I
do
not
recommend
this
salon,
which
smells
of
cigarettes.
Appointments
are
not
confirmed
by
text
message.
The
clinic
doesn't
even
respond
to
messages
confirming
the
appointment!
You
have
to
call
yourself
and
find
out
whether
the
visit
will
take
place.
The
first
visit
I
had
scheduled
in
December
did
not
take
place
due
to
lack
of
staff
-
the
masseuse
was
absent.
I
found
out
about
it
while
I
was
there.
As
compensation,
I
was
to
have
the
massage
time
extended
by
10
minutes.
In
total,
I
spent
1.5
hours
getting
there.
Only
one
parking
space
is
available
to
the
customer.
I
made
an
appointment
for
a
Kobido
massage
on
January
5.
Three
days
earlier
I
received
a
text
message
that
the
visit
had
to
be
canceled.
In
order
to
arrange
a
massage,
I
had
to
contact
them
myself,
which
once
again
proves
the
lack
of
interest
in
the
client.
Finally,
the
massage
took
place
at
the
end
of
January.
Once
there,
it
turned
out
that
a
man
would
be
massaging
me,
even
though
I
had
previously
agreed
that
the
massage
would
be
performed
by
the
lady
who
was
supposed
to
do
it
the
first
time.
The
reception
lady/owner?
she
announced
that
we
had
not
agreed
on
such
a
thing
because
it
was
just
a
"group
meeting".
I
remember
perfectly
well
that
I
had
the
choice
of
being
a
student
learning
massage
or
waiting
and
making
an
appointment
with
a
masseuse.
Today
I
found
out
that
this
lady
comes
only
every
other
Friday,
so
I
wasn't
registered
with
this
lady
from
the
beginning
(the
visit
took
place
on
Wednesday).
In
response
to
my
review,
I
expect
you
will
read
that
you
cannot
choose
a
masseur
in
the
Groupon
offer.
I
have
no
objections
or
comparisons
to
the
way
the
massage
is
performed.
The
only
thing
on
offer
was
that
it
was
supposed
to
last
about
50
minutes.
and
it
lasted
40
minutes,
not
to
mention
the
addition
of
10
minutes.
within
the
above-mentioned
situation.
