The room has a bed, a table, a TV and a large wardrobe. It is important for me that there are several sockets in the room. There are two of them here, which is very convenient (for example, you can simultaneously eat a smartphone and smart times or a tablet). And the room also has a beautiful view from the window ✅️ 📌 Pros of the hotel: 1️⃣ Convenient location: 🔸️ you can quickly get there by taxi or public transport (bus stops 25-35 m away). 🔸️nearby there is a lake with a wonderful park, shops and restaurants. 850 meters to the railway station. 2️⃣ The hotel has 22 rooms (single, double and triple). 3️⃣ You can move in with pets. 4️⃣ There is a conference hall for 30 people (meetings and events can be held). 5️⃣ Convenient booking of rooms through Instagram, booking or website. 6️⃣ There is free parking for cars. 7️⃣ There is Wi-Fi. Spędziłem w tym hotelu dobę, powiem że wspaniały jest ten hotel. Wszędzie czysto, są wszystkie wyposażenie, uśmiechnięty personel gotowy jak coś to pomóc. Wygodna lokalizacja, można szybko dojechać na taksówce lub transportem publicznym. Moim zdaniem jest to że będę polecał ten hotel znajomym.

Wyrażamy naszą wdzięczność pracownikom hotelu. Pragnę zaznaczyć, że wszyscy są bardzo życzliwi i uprzejmi, dzięki czemu tworzy się atmosfera dobrego relaksu i dobrego nastroju. Byliśmy tu już dwa razy, mamy nadzieję przyjechać jeszcze raz! Wszystkim serdecznie dziękujemy!

I had a wonderful stay at this place in Warsaw, a stopover on my way to Krakow. As a foreigner from Africa with no knowledge of Polish, I was initially apprehensive about what to expect. However, my concerns were quickly dispelled by the warm welcome and attentive staff. I was comfortably settled into my room within no time. Particularly noteworthy was the exceptional hospitality of the Admin Julia, who made my stay truly memorable. I am already looking forward to returning to this place again!

As you can see from the photo, the hotel is not bad at first glance. Clean, comfortable. But this is only at first glance. When we entered room 20, the room turned out to be very small, but this was not a problem after what we saw next. There was no kettle, no microwave, no spoons, no water, nothing...except towels in the room! Okay, let's deal with it. But when we entered the bathroom, I wanted to take a shower after a hard day at work, there was no cold water, there was only boiling water in the shower, the water was so hot that there was no way to wash anything. The cost of the room was about PLN 260, I’d rather pay extra, but I’ll live comfortably. I do not recommend this hotel!!!!!! In the very, very, very, extreme case, when there is nothing at all, only then.

This stay was one big misunderstanding and very unpleasant. We got a room that stinked in cigarettes so bad you couldn't be in it for a minute, not to mention spend a night there. After mentioning the problem, the receptionist offered us a twin room, which was not what we booked. Another sollution from staff was for us to wait for NOT MORE than 20min while they clean the other room. Although we were tired after a long trip (came there at 7pm), we kindly accepted that and waited. "Not more than 20min" turned into 40min, all of the staff were gone and we were just waiting in a lobby without any information about the room. This is totally unacceptable, the rooms should be prepered for the guest. In this case, they went to the room and noticed a strong smell just after I confronted them about it.
