    I have been training with Rafał for four months now and I can definitely say that I do not regret a single day :) Rafał is definitely professional and meticulous in his approach to each person. During each training session, I feel that I learn something new, and above all, I know that I am training under the supervision of a professional and I will not get hurt :) There is a great atmosphere at each training session, and I am motivated to cross further boundaries during exercises. Within four months "under Rafał's supervision" I noticed a big change in my appearance, but above all in my thinking. Because during training, Rafał also shares his knowledge in the field of nutrition, which in my case turned out to be crucial in my path to my dream figure and well-being. For those who are curious, ask Rafał about training with Bulgarian bags - BUNCH! I definitely recommend Rafał - cooperation 10/10!

    Rafał tailored the training to my needs. With his professional approach to personal training, my fitness and strength are improving. Rafał is very sociable and communicative. Gym in Mokotów, large and no problems with unavailability of machines. Rafał is great at motivating you to train. I recommend

    I recommend Rafał. I'm after a period of "massing" and I managed to build up nicely :) I wanted to build up my chest, back and shoulders, the training sessions were great. Now we're cutting for summer ;)

    I definitely recommend classes with Rafał! He can really push himself and make sure that training is time spent productively. After just a few training sessions, I felt a difference in my well-being and overall fitness (e.g. less back pain due to office work). Additionally, a great advantage was the ability to train with the equipment, even when the gyms were closed during the pandemic!

    Great trainer - very professional and individual approach to the client. I started exercising with Rafał because, despite numerous rehabilitations, my back still hurt after 2 spine surgeries. After three months, I see significant improvement and I no longer need as many painkillers as I used to:) The exercises are varied and adapted to my skills. Rafał always motivates me during classes and shows me that I can do more than I think. I definitely recommend it

    Fifth year of training together. With Rafał you can quickly but safely lose weight, gain mass or sculpt your figure. Great communication regarding arranging dates (from dawn to late evening) and no injuries during training under his supervision. Five stars! Thanks

    The decision to start my first gym training with Rafał was a bull's-eye! Rafał is not only a professional in his field, but also a positive, open person, which makes training, even though often "murderous", a pure pleasure! With such a trainer at such a gym, you want to give your all! I recommend!

    I found Rafał by accident. I wasn't entirely sure, but I called and made an appointment for the first training session. It was the best decision I could have made!!! Rafał is a great trainer and professional, demanding, he doesn't give up, but at the same time he motivates and encourages. Apart from that, he is a nice, nice guy who is great to talk to (although it is difficult because there are no breaks during training to chat ;) ). I believe that under Rafał's supervision I will achieve my goals.

    I highly recommend it!!! Coach Rafał's training sessions are varied, tailored to your needs, and the pace he imposes allows you to quickly improve your fitness. The atmosphere during training is always full of positive energy.

    Strong 5 stars! Rafał is a professional with extensive knowledge and experience, he effectively motivates you to constantly work on yourself and overcome new boundaries. The training sessions are well-thought-out and the exercises are individually selected to suit your abilities. The right man in the right place! It's worth trying and seeing for yourself!

    I have been training with Rafał for several years now. I have greatly benefitted from working with him. Rafał is very knowledgeable about the workings of the human body and how to train effectively and safely. He understands my individual needs and tailors the trainings to them. I'm not the kind of person who has been consistent about training in the past, but with Rafał 's encouragement I have stuck with it this time. Perhaps most importantly, Rafał is a kind and caring person, and I look forward to working with him each week. I highly recommend Rafał Kiszło to anyone looking for a trainer who will help them be their best!

    Rafał is a very communicative personal trainer, full of professionalism and a huge range of exercises. He selects training individually for the person. He motivated me a lot and made sure I performed the exercises correctly. I recommend it to anyone who would like to start their adventure in the gym, but does not know how to do it.     Training with coach Rafał is pure pleasure. The training is tailored to my abilities and goals. Personal training sessions are held in Mokotów at the justgym gym at ul. Dziekoński. This personal trainer is a good choice if you are looking for training in Mokotów.

    ATTENTION ATTENTION!!! If you want to know an honest and objective opinion, please read on;) Maybe I'll start briefly with what the beginnings of cooperation with Rafał were like. We started training on October 24, 2023. From the very beginning, we felt an individual approach and a good vibe. Of course, there is always a slight stress before meeting a new coach, but believe that in Rafał's case, seconds are enough and you know that you are in good hands. The first training sessions were very demanding and it took a few weeks to get used to the new way of training, but Rafał always motivated and supported us in our endeavors💪 The following weeks and months were not an idyll either, Rafał always pushes himself and doesn't allow himself to be slacked 😎 even though the training takes place in a very nice atmosphere and there is plenty of laughter, it is always a workout. Another great thing is that with Rafał you overcome your barriers and touch burdens that you didn't even know you could bear. Asking questions from him is nothing to be ashamed of. You can ask anything you want, if you have any doubts, you don't know something or something bothers you, you will always get an answer. Speaking of answers, online contact is also great and there is nothing to complain about. You get a reply very quickly and when it comes to choosing hours for training, you can come to an excellent agreement. Rafał is also a hard worker and devotes a lot to his work, which everyone certainly appreciates 😉 To sum up: Less than 3 months have passed and I see better results than in the last few months at the gym where I trained alone or under the supervision of another trainer. While training with Rafał, I noticed that I had better awareness of my own body, better muscle feeling and improved technique. After this time of cooperation, the only disadvantage I see is that after training you can die 🤣🤣🤣 both from fatigue and pride after doing an awesome training 😁

    I highly recommend training with Rafał, no monotony, great substantive knowledge. He selects exercises with sensitivity and an individual approach. We have been practicing together for over 5 years and the effects are really visible. There is no better trainer :)

    I recommend training with Rafał. Reason one: professional approach. Interview with the client before the first meeting. Expectations, past injuries, etc. Two: exercises tailored to expectations. Three: high-intensity training. Additionally, a very good motivator. To sum up, after 3 months there are effects. It is worth using Rafał's services.
