Today's visit was very positive. Very nice service lady, great approach to the customer and, what is very important for me, no pompousness. At Złote Tarasy in Apart Exclusive, the customer is treated as if he were a nuisance if he is not a newcomer. The boutiques in Geneva are a bit intimidating (including the Montblanc showroom by the bridge of that name) and are very "stiff". Here, despite the red carpet outside and elegance inside, you could feel at ease.

Very nice staff gave professional advice and I would be happy to return to the salon for Christmas shopping.

I do not recommend!!!! Attention!!! Removing defects in the event of a complaint takes up to 3 months, which makes functioning quite difficult and is ridiculous given the current reality.... I think there are other stores that do much better, and this particular one is worth skipping.
