Apartment is good if your an Indian you will face problems like washing clothes and washroom etiquettes except that the apartment is very good clean, hygienic and have sufficient space. Only good to stay for small period of time.

This Review is based on my personal experience while staying in Warsaw Appt for almost one year . 1) Very ill behaved Reception . Reception Staff are very rude specially to non-polish people . They will not even smile and raise unnecessary voice while communicating . I was asking for my invoice and the reception was like which invoice with a cringe face . I am not sure what is the issue with these people as they should treat customers with respect. 2) Apartment's : The Apartment which i was allocated had several issues a) No curtain in one window , i had to ask multiple times and wait for months for it. b) Windows where not sealed and Air was passing through due to which i had to suffer a lot during winter whole room was freezing cold . Even the heaters where useless . Imagine the heaters how they will work if there is still cold air inside the apartments. 3) Worst Wifi ,it was too slow and sometimes it will stop working. 4) No cleaning service. 5) Towels : Sometimes i have received used towels which were not clean ,i could smell it that it is not clean Pros: 1)Good Area to stay

Photos are inaccurate, the rooms are old and need renovation. One towel for a person? And these were dirty. Ridiculous! Cleaning ladies were nice, but staff at the reception is very disappointing! They don't value clients at all. Don't waste your time and money there! There are better places.

They never clean the flat not even once in a month, it's really very bad no reply for your mails after you leave the flat and also they will deduct more money on deposit amount or bail money without any reason and also they won't give any explanation for the deduction and there will not be any damages. Please don't go to that magnolie apartment warsaw. I suggest check something better with the price. Very bad customer service.

room was dirty and badly equipped. toilet and shower didn't work properly. I'm absolutely sure nobody has even never washed a floor in the room. we found some lost toys in tons of dust when we moved bed to another corner. a lot of noisy around, bad sound isolation, I couldn't sleep because of snoring neighbors. No attractions around at all, no places to eat, nearest shop is Żabka in the next neighborhood

Reception is helpful. Room is at acceptable size but doing laundry is complicated (book time frame in advance no dryer in good condition) and room not fully swt for winter. Cold came in and room was a bit cold with max level electric heating. (I was charged 800 pln). Thia is OLDER EXPERIENCE from early 2018. Things might have changed since.

If you have no standards and only plan to stay for a very short time, it's probably not the worst choice. For the average person, the place is frankly bad. Dirty, no equipment for cleaning, very few in the kitchen, there's no washing machine in the apartments, only one per building, usage is around 6-7 eur per batch of clothes, and the machines are old and dirty, and you can only use them during reception open hours. Some rooms are just cold, I had trouble sleeping in about 16C degrees, and they say the heating works fine. A room for two people is really small, no space for all of our clothes and the bathroom is tiny too. This place should really improve for the price they ask.

I give 2 stars only for the Man who was in the reception who was very kind and understanding, the slim rude lady in the reception is horrible! Zero professionalism and very bad attitude. She said she was the Manager though she is not worth being even a cleaner due to her attitude and rudeness. The room was clean and spacious with a kitchen. Not bad place, but not worth the money. The location is good as you can find a grocery store and ice cream cafe and many other things 500 meters away. NO AC nor FAN (so you will melt in summer)

The place and services are good, and I found that my contact person, Liliya Bondarava, had managed everything in a suitable way. She is truly helpful and demonstrates a professional approach in dealing with clients.

Flats are nice but its a bit far to centrum. However, I would still recommend!

The location and the apartment is Very good. But the service provided is really POOR. I would rate a 2* for service. They used to clean the room only once in two weeks and sometimes even more worse, 3-4 weeks.

Good location relatively close to the airport and Ursus Outlet center, with direct express bus 25 minutes from the Central railway and the maon square. They even provide modest breakfast served in rooms

Receptionist are very rude don’t even speak properly and answers are not professional if they don’t know even proper English why they are on reception

Affordable and comfortable lodging for a traveling group or a family - you will get a room with small kitchen fitted on one side. But be careful to bring your own pans, some extra dishes and washing up liquid. The room I stayed in has been cleaned, but the bathroom was smelling of cigarettes - there was cigarette ash still visible down the toilet, I guess the cleaner could not do much about that. Still, taking a bath in there was awful. Be prepared to drag your bags up the stairs - there's no lift. All in all good budget accommodation for those who prefer to cook their own food while staying in Warsaw.

Worst place to live. Better to book a hotel really. Rooms are smoky and idiots sitting on reception. Would like to give zero rating if possible.

terrible service. the rooms are dirty and smelly. horror, their underwear was brown, not white. There was a terrible smell of cigarettes. Unpleasant ladies at the reception

please be careful about this property, they talk very nicely before booking and till we make payment of deposit. the worst thing i experienced is, during my checkout , they deducted around 400 + PLN as electricity bill even though i did not use electricity that much during last month, usually i used to get with 200PLN before last month . and also they deducted 270 PLN as maintenance cost. out of 2000PLN deposit amount i hardly received 1300 in return.

Honestly, all the Receptionist including Manager Marta as well as Tatsiana are unprofessional and least cooperative. They are not returning or refunding any deposit amount. They generated a Tentative Service Invoice and kept the whole 2000 PLN Deposit amount. I recently checked out and sharing my personal experience. Do not choose Marta and Tatsiana as your Spoc as they are biggest cheater.
